Its pretty simple why there is only 1 star: 1: manager is not accountable for what his employees do or say, if they tell you since there was a mistake next time you will hahe a discount, next time you call you wont have one and he will make fun of you for even thinking you’d had one 2: manager is really disrespectful and to me seems like he thinks he’s managing a fine dining restaurant and you are a peasant coming in 3: lack of training results in alot of mistakes in orders 4: i feel this place is dirty and filthy and I’m pretty sure it’s all related to the poor managing skills the manager has …
I ordered a fiesta salad and it was delicious, a huge bowl full of toppings of corn kernels, tomatoes, peppers, onions, guacamole, romaine lettuce. I am a salad lover so I ate the whole dish. I have never had this type before so I took a chance and I am glad I did. If you want a big salad, this is one to try
Usually don't get good service there. Gave them a chance again last night and it was ok service and food but it was 20$ for a gyro and poutine so I guess it'll be another while before I think of going. Also, my mother went recently and wanted a coffee but they didn't feel like making a pot of coffee...
OMG!! Please make sure that the person who takes the call is in a good mood! She was super rude with me. She confused me with a girl. When I asked for a manager she said.. What do you want to ask? I asked for her name and she said doesnt matter!

We ordered from there and the pizza was excellent! There was an error in taking the order, but they sent us what was missing very quickly, so the service was as good as the pizza, excellent too! Very satisfied!

I have ordered it since I live in Saint Eustache (June 2024). I love pizza, the subs and the CHICKEN PITAs are excellent, I cant do without them every time I order from botan pizza, in my opinion its one of the best pizzarias in town (I I tested 5). Its even more delicious and fresh when I order at the restaurant at the table. There was only one error on one order (a pepsi was missing) and when I called they offered to either credit me for my next order or redeliver my pepsi. I recommend

I placed an order for 4 pieces of chicken with fries today to be delivered to my work, they ended up in the trash. I phone the restaurant to tell them that the chicken is way too salty, the Mr on the other end tells me its impossible, he says Im the first to complain even though he sells at least 150 of them per day. So I called two of my colleagues and asked them to taste the chicken without telling them anything and they also found it too salty. The worst part is that the Mr. gives me the address of another restaurant telling me that if Im not happy that Im going to order elsewhere its completely impossible that his chicken is salty

Great food, the only downside is that the delivery is always long, sometimes and often 1 hour. Otherwise the service is impeccable and especially the food

I dont like the pizza, undercooked bacon, pizza cheese and the sauce have a taste that I dont like, the poutine I hate, but it tastes to me, that doesnt mean that it doesnt Good
You can never go wrong with this choice of restaurant. Good taste, good service and fast delivery.

I ordered 3 subs over the phone with a large fry (at $8 per fry + tax) I received a small bag of brown fries. I called to find out if there was an error and I was told no!! They lost a good customer...
So I just called botan Pizza as I have many times in the past to order a couple of pizzas when they answered the phone ,I said I would like to make an order for delivery and the guy on the other end snapped at me me no speak English and hung up ,looks like I need to find a place that will take my English money
Following my order of 2 14 inch submarines (sauce separately) otherwise its not edible...I receive them with sauce I call to tell them that my son doesnt like their sauce and that I asked for a separate sauce so I want him to send me another one for my son. He tells me that I never said sauce on the side and hangs up the line on me. Well finished botan pizza my man. If I could give you 0 stars thats what I would do

After waiting 45 minutes for delivery, I called to find out where they were. I was told that 45 minutes was not normal and I was delivered pizza and fries 6 minutes later after assuring me that everything would be fresh and hot. Well no! When I called again to express my disappointment, I was told nonsense. A we re sorry would have been appreciated not even! Never again this place.
Lack of transparency in prices, I order a combo, but the staff charges everything separately, twice. Misleads the consumer. Damage.

I went to have a 10 s-marin prepared for me with small Poutine, without drink $28, $2 tip... Regular Poutine, the submarine on the other hand, was very good... but was it worth $30???? I know it increases but frankly I pay at least $5 to $10 less elsewhere...it was the first time, I tried that.

After waiting 1 hour 15 minutes, I was called to tell me that they had noted my address incorrectly. The delivery man has gone elsewhere, they are in too much of a rush. However, after an hour of waiting, I even called to confirm that everything was correct. I have 6 children here who have been waiting all this time... Too bad because their pizza is excellent.
