Kind and patient delivery man but disappointed I ordered online the order was placed 1 hour later I got called to be told that we are out of area the owner promises that I will give his delivery man a big tip without consulting me and tells me that I am out of the area so that the guarantee of less than 1 hour otherwise free is invalid so after 1h20 finally arrived pizza of course cold

I am a pizza lover. I have tried most of the pizza places. This was one of the best pizza and pizza pizza I visites so far. Clean, delecious and on time.

Usually, its an excellent restaurant. But today, the cashier didnt understand anything at all. I simply asked for 2 large pizzas. Nothing complicated to understand. However, the first time, he entered a special with drinks. The second time, another medium pizza special with more drinks. The third time, pizzas with 4 ingredients with choices that I didnt order, but it was the first time he listed 2 pizzas! The other times, he only brought in a pizza. We didnt want drinks. This is the first time we left without ordering... Very disappointed because we love your pizzas.

Good prices, pretty good pizza

Their pizzas are really good, but the poutine in the box... fried on the top dry and brittle, fried on the bottom soft and very moist.

Being able to choose how to top your pizza is really very interesting. The only thing thats not so cool is that you have to pay for each ingredient. So we cant really create a nice big pizza full of meats without paying a good $25.

Unless the owner is present (Raja), the service is rather ordinary...

I have been a customer since almost the opening, the service is excellent and very friendly, over time we have become regular, they recognize my order LOL. the order is always hot and ready, or I wait very little if there is traffic, the room is small, more designed for take-out, there are few dining tables, but thats okay in a pandemic, and even harsh. The place is clean and there is a screen with funny videos to relax. Im outside the delivery limit, so I still have to go there.

Elsewhere, we have difficulty getting a small one for $20 or more to take away from pizza pizza we have a medium one for $10 And there is a difference between those from Montreal and those from the regions .few ingredients on pizza in Montreal one wonders if they put cheese in it but in St-Eustache, more beautiful pizzas

Ça fait deux fois que je commande chez vous, fais deux fois les livreurs chialent que je donne pas assez de pourboire. Tellement pas professionnel de leur part. Jhabite à 3 minutes de char, vous me chargez déjà 4$ de livraison, si vos livreurs veulent plus de pourboires, donnez lui une partie du 4$ vous me charger pour livrer ma pizza à 800 mètres du resto.

Always welcomed and served with such good humor! Bravo for your dynamic and warm customer service! They are quick to prepare orders, and make sure you have everything you need if you eat in. My orders are always exactly as requested and they dont cut corners or ration toppings compared to other places that are a little cheap and hit or miss! I make the detour to order from this place and highly recommend it!

I give 1 star for simple and unique reasons: I called 5 times before getting an answer because each time I was put on hold for 5 minutes or more, Several times I had to repeat the person who took my order and I had very clearly said that I would pay cash and that I had clearly said that their delivery man had to call me before ringing so as not to wake everyone at my house. clearly not calling and luckily someone came to see me otherwise everyone would have been awake, and I had clearly said to pay cash but clearly the message was not sent because the dude wasnt happy that I wasnt paying with my map. Plus, I couldnt call given the time it arrived, the pizza wasnt even hot and I didnt even receive my bill. For a $24 pizza, you could have done a lot better than that

I have not been disappointed to date. Each time I have had my order delivered, it has arrived very quickly within 30 minutes and often less. I was surprised. The strombolis are extremely delicious, I ordered them 3 times from the 4 meats. All dress is good too but you have to try the pesto one, there is no meat in it but it is very tasty.

I bought 2 XL pizzas from Pizza Pizza Saint Eustache, today March 4 at 4:45 p.m. they made a pizza with other ingredients, I spoke with Jack at the Montreal complaint center to find a solution he had offered me $2 credit I refused, after that I said I was going to go with the 2 pizzas to change them because I couldnt have a hot pizza and a cold one he refused and hung up the phone phone, after 30 minutes talking and waiting on the line, after that I received a call from the owner of the pizza pizza saint eustache had explained to me that the error was with the person who had taken the order and that he himself made the 2 pizzas that yes there was a mistake, after that I called Jack after 20 minutes he answered I didnt have time to come back and get the pizzas it was after an hour, he had me agreed to change the order but I asked him to make delivery to me, he said no I have to go get them myself, I explained that I dont have time now, that I need that he gives me a credit of the total amount if he is not able to make the delivery, he did not accept and he hung up the phone again, What bothers is that jack is completely incompetent and hangs up the phone in front of the customer, and treats the customer poorly, in fact zero customer service NB that I am a customer who always orders from pizza pizza we love your pizza but really I did not expect this type of treatment THANKS

I had never disappointed by their pizza but last night we had half moon cheesy bread which was disasters! My kids don t eat those ! it was dry bread without cheese on it ! Their barbecue sauce is very good. We usually ask for this sauce instead of the regular tomato sauce. Extremely good even if only pepperoni and cheese. We also tried their cauliflower dough; very good. Sad it comes in only one size though.

First experience at Pizza Pizza. Saint-Eustache branch. The standard crust pizzas were good, according to my guests, but I ordered another gluten-free cauliflower crust pizza, the site says, and even though it had a little Cauliflower sticker on the box, the dough was not cauliflower dough... There was clearly wheat in it, it had the texture and elasticity of a standard pizza dough... Never nice to have a Christmas tree passed around. We would have had a bad surprise if we had been celiac. That being said, the concept of customization is interesting and the toppings were all those we ordered. But check your crusts when you order something other than standard... A priori, I will not order again from this branch.
