Gravy was gross. Don’t know to put the sauce over the cheese for the poutine and the all dressed sub was inedible as well with the gravy as well.

Really like their French fries; we usually ask them to be crispy and have to say it is one on the places that does it extremely well. Their salad dressing in their all dressed hotdogs are among the best. Their poutine sauce is also very good. Have been a customer for years and plan to continue to be.
Ordered via Uber. Decided to try this place. BIG MISTAKE. Do not order from this place. Ordered 4 regular poutines with 2 of them with extra cheese. Received 2 regular poutines and 2 poutines Italiennes with terrible tomato sauce. So not happy with the screw up and we could not even eat the 2 poutine italienne as they were disgusting. Try calling them, zero response. Message saying voice box not set up. If I would leave zero stars if I could. Will go back to Le Poutine Bar on Ste Rose.
The pita chicken is always on point. Very tasty... my husband loves the hotdog with italian sauce and my children loves the poutine. However, we order via UBER over 5 times in the last year... and they always miss our drinks. This happened almost 4 times. Eating delicious food without any drinks. Disappointing.
The fries were old and stale. Stopped in at suppertime and the fries looked and tasted like they were from the day before. I wasted my money on a family sized fry that had to go in the garbage because no one could eat them. So disappointed, especially since Chez Gerard is known for the best fries around.
Good junk food. Fries are great and so is the pita gyro chicken but the employees at the order counter have to be reminded to wear their mask.
The hamburgers are excellent but the service was terrible. The lady at the cash was super rude and while she was cleaning she was saying people is dirty. She can't explain the menu when you ask.

La nourriture était super bonne. Cependant , je me suis senti juger et elle était vraiment bête . Et je n étais pas la seul à le penser . De plus, nous avons eu de la difficulté à avoir notre commande car elle ne savais pas quelle commande elle donnait . D habitude tout vas bien mais là , la caissière avec le bandeaux noir était vraiment pas agréable .
Solid buffalo poutine.
This evening I bought 2 poutines, the fries were too soft, it had almost no sauce and it tasted bland. I called to give them my feedback and the girl who answered simply hung up on me without saying a word after hearing that I was calling to express my dissatisfaction. Very disappointed because Gérard potato has already been much better.
Although they serve gluten-free poutines and the employees told me that cross-contact is almost impossible (because they make their fries in a different oil than other foods), I do NOT recommend this for celiacs. My sister who suffers from this disease was very, very ill following her experience there. However, for non-celiac people I recommend because the food is delicious.

A little disappointed with my meal. A grilled hot dog with a cold steamed sausage. I expected the sausage to be this grilled and hot. A cheeseburger with dry meat and a cold bun. A chicken pita with salad and cold tomatoes. Only the onion ring was good enough.

Baby high chair available, fixed tables and benches, plus removable chairs. The prices are very affordable. Loved the potatoes. Accessible in front of the hospital. The staff were smiling and welcoming. The interior decoration is made with images of yesteryear, from the beginnings of Chez Gérard. Kid-friendliness: Wooden high chair, with fabric rope between the legs. The child must be able to stand alone in the chair.

Good morning, A friend told me about his adventure with Gérard. He is celiac. When he saw gluten-free poutine on the menu and he hadnt eaten poutine in so long, he took a chance. He shouldnt have!!! Just because youre careful about what you put in your food doesnt mean that all the ingredients used in something you buy dont have gluten. You dont use flour for your sauce. You use gluten-free flour. Okay But are all the other ingredients, all the spices that are gluten free. Thats the question and if you cant say yes without a doubt, you cant say your poutine is gluten-free. I have two examples. Many, if not the majority, gum contain gluten and many pill manufacturers use gluten as a binding agent. So if you use spices, that doesnt mean they used gluten in their ingredient list, but it doesnt mean there isnt any either. In any case, to all celiacs... be careful.

Receptionist is unable to understand how a telephone works... after 10 minutes at the end of the line we decided to call back and the line has been blocked for 15 minutes I dont think we can talk about good service here (the 2nd star is ONLY because the poutine is good)

I will never go back there. Their poutine format is tiny, it doesnt even make sense, its half of a small poutine elsewhere
Hot Dog: warm sausage, cold bread. Fries: good, although one portion was not as cooked as the rest. As if we had added a handful of fries in the middle of cooking the basket. No Cream Soda. We seemed to disturb the cashier in her conversation. Never had a bill.

big nonsense! Every week that I order there are errors in my order. when I ask for poutine with separate sauce it is in there. or something is still missing! it was my puck... and have me answer that in customer service...well!! We were in a rush. Its just a puck. Its not our fault these Doordash... Doordash is just the delivery man, he takes what you give him or in this case, not given!
