The place is clean and inviting. Service is OK. The cooks need to lighten up and look alive. The meat is tasteless. No seasoning apart from the juice poured on top of the patty. Ordered a hiboy. It came with a little shriveled tomato and a very thing line of lettuce. Absurd ! Two hiboys and a fry came up to 15$+. No drink. With any other fast-food competitors. You'll get your full meal (trio) for less. Bottom line. No wonder it's not as busy as it was several years ago. This is the result of jacking prices up and lowering quality standards. It's shameful!
Good fast food. Tasty burgers and good fries. Having it served sitting in its own juices put my off a bit, but the buns are so thin it's not soggy and makes only adds to the taste...
Love the spicy sauce in the burgers
My first time at a Dic Ann's. Its really different from other fast food spots. Got the double cheese burger. All burgers are in plates with the sauce from the meat oozing out. The bottom bun can get soggy. All their burgers are flat. The fries are really good. The poutine is not your regular poutine. The best description I can come up with : a poutine you make at home when you don't have the right ingredients for it. Fries, mozzarella shredded cheese and a little bit of gravy mixed with meat juices/sauce. I personally didn't like it, but my companion did. So I think it's a hit or miss depending on the person. Very clean and the staff if friendly and accommodating.
Quebec owed restaurant. I love the sauce. Bosses seem great and close many locations on Monday and Tuesday for family. They have been doing this way before all the staff shortages.
Delicious burgers and good poutine. I've only been to Dic Ann's a couple of times but their take on burgers has always been a different approach to other food chains.
Drove by and decided to give this place a try. Friendly service, burgers were great, next time I'll now to order a double or a few extra ones. My kids were asking for more! Worth a visit to try this historic establishment.
Nice atmosphere, a friend reccomended this place, and since it was next to a great beer place and a nail salon, I had to try it. I was not impressed, I like big burgers and these were thin cheesy messes. But the staff was polite, and price was good. I guess it's a classic.
Super nice place, like all the chains. Their specialty is thin hamburgers with their spicy sauce, a real treat. Ready faster than McDonalds and freshly cooked when you order. I take detours when I pass through the area since there arent any in my area.
Thursday evening 5:00 p.m. CLOSED!!! Even though it says 8 p.m. on the door . Very very disappointed.

I stopped by today to eat a poutine and a hamburger, all of them were really cold, I have eaten in several Dic Anns since I was very little, I am now 54 for me the one in St Eustache finished bar.....not bad boring to pay for cold food I was unfortunately too far away to change course.....
Water poutine like a soup not strong
Their menu is simple and traditional but, everything is good. Their sauce in the burgers is unique. Counter service is courteous and fast. The price is competitive. I like to go back there occasionally. I recommend.

Delicious if you like the genre
Worst Dickies experience Ive had in 20 years. I have come to this restaurant several times, but today the burgers were not edible. To the point where we ate half and threw the rest away. The burgers were not flat, the bread dry, the sauce dry, the meat had nerves in every bite. Maybe review the work of some of your chefs, because its a shame to the couple who beat Dic Anns.

Disappointing. Flavour was okay but the super flat style was weird. Burgers and buns are ultra thin with juices sqeezed out the sides. it was very messy. The all dressed is almost nothing. A sprinkle of onion and some indeterminate sauce. And no fresh ingredients. Not even a pickle to add zip. The fries are almost identical to Macdonalds and the portion was very small. On the plus side. Service was super speedy and freindly. All containers compostable. The restaurant was clean. Organized and pleasant. Parking: Easy parking Kid-friendliness: Too messy for kids.

Sorry, I was extremely disappointed, I was speechless when my man arrived with the cheeseburgers in a sauce. I never asked for sauce and poutine with uncooked potatoes so we really didnt like the result, I was very sick and today Im not better.

1st and last. Never again. Worst fast food experience of my life. I received a beef patty as thick as a pita bread served between 2 breads that looked like pancakes on a paper plate full of juice. Ahhh I thought it was a joke plus I received pieces of frozen Julienne puff fries luckily they serve canned drinks. I dont even dare imagine an ark fountain...

We travel outside our city... we drive a lot... to eat it. Hamburger Main course and thin meat with their special sauce... all served on a small cardboard plate (recyclable)... Thats Dic Anns... Its Worth the Detour! If you dont like it... instead of criticizing... Go to McDonalds.
Service a little long but worth the wait because its freshly made and hot
Tried for the curious, different hamburgers with their sauce and flattened. Basic fast food restaurant atmosphere, 70s look. Like anything, prices go up... In general its good. Parking: Large parking lot, just very busy because of the SQDC. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchairs.

Seems that the taste is slightly different than the one on cure Labelle If I had to choose between them, Id go the extra few kms and go to cure Labelle location. There the taste is consistent and original. Food

I knew and was served by Dic and his daughter Ann, was not so far from dad on Pie IX in Mtl north, I believe that the next generation (concession) lost the recipe, water sauce and very little tasty, I visited Anjou, Laval, St Jerome and of course Pie IX but St Eustache the worst of all.
Very good service, I go there regularly and have never had an order error! I recommend it! On the other hand, it should open on Monday! I never understood why Monday was closed!
Best Quebec Burgers you can get anywhere. Truly the taste of this province.
