Really the last time We were greeted by stupid looking people with their arms crossed.

Terrible service. I went there one day around 10:30 p.m. While waiting at the window, one of your employees gave me my change again with gloves. 30 seconds later I see her take my burger with the same gloves. I banged on the window and people waved at me for 1 minute. They came back to see me about 5 minutes later. I confronted the girl and told her that it is unacceptable for her to touch money with gloves and food afterwards. She told me she never touched the food...I said Im not blind. I saw you very well. She ended up apologizing, not really knowing what she was apologizing for. Cleanliness and hygiene are common sense. I will never set foot in this location again.

When we enter we are disturbing and the burgers are very far from what we are offered when we look at the menu, very disappointing and when I explain to the burger maker she doesnt care x1000 Poor!!!!

The employees are friendly and the food is OK but ITS VERY HOT. THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONED ANYWHERE, NOT EVEN IN THE DINING ROOM. We will not return this summer, thats guaranteed. It feels like youre in the oven cooking the burgers, and the poor employees must be really hot.

The employee who is at the checkout today doesnt listen to what you say and says yes, its good. Once the order is made and you dont have the right thing, she tells you that she didnt understand and that in her country they dont call it like that. Disservice.

I have been there twice. First time, the fries were cold. Second time, I bought a gift card at this place, I want to pay with it, they tell me I have to pay more than $20 to use it. Im trying to make it clear that there is another card above which indicates that there is indeed a free poutine with purchases of $20 or more. Keeps telling me that I absolutely have to pay more than this amount to use the card. So I went to the branch in Ste-Marthe-du-Lac and it worked straight away without a problem. Im not going back to the Arthur-Sauvé one again.

Harveys in St-Eustache offers fast service. The owner is always on site in the kitchen. The employees are polite, helpful and prompt. Is it because the owner is there? Im sure it makes a difference. In any case, big difference with Harveys in Deux-Montagnes, where you should avoid going because the service is lousy and the employees have no respect for the customer. Well done Harvey s St-Eustache!

I am surprised by the number of bad comments because I have gone ten times in 2 years and always satisfied and served fairly quickly.*I did not go inside.

The store says it closes at 10:00. I came at 8:40, where there were employees and clients eating. The store was closed. 0/10.

In fact I arrived about 30 minutes before closing time registered at this Harveys in Google Map, and the 2 employees had already started closing... So my rating can only be a very big ZERO!!! If the opening or closing hours would have changed, I dont know, but the merchant MUST at least make the change demonstrating at least a minimum of respect towards HIS LOYAL AND/OR FUTURE CUSTOMERS!!! This is the least decency!!!

I ordered delivery 15 minutes prior to them closing. I ordered 6 burgers with different toppings & received all 6 the same with Spicy Peppers. Unable to eat spicy, the burgers went to the garbage & I wasnt able to contact the restaurant due to them being closed when I received my order. Its as if whoever was preparing the order was spiteful that I ordered right before their closing hours. I definitely will not be ordering from here again.

Worst harveys ever!!!!! Friday the 24 of marche 2023 at 9:37pm, i wanted to order something to eat, the person was disrespectful, she told me she told me that they were closed when their supposed to close at 10pm, not 9:37pm. The person was trying to tell me that she was alone working and have no beef meat available when i just wanted a putine and while there was 3 people inside working together. The worst harveys ever, that was not the first time that i got dissapointed over there. Last time, i saw a hair in my poutine when i ate from this harveys and another time when i wanted a slush redbull watermelon and pay an additional flavor blueberry, the person refused to give my my order! Guys dont go to this harveys!!! Worst clientele and worst place to go to!!!

The dark-haired employee who works evenings often gets orders wrong. Plus, shes arrogant. By telling her that it wasnt my order, she replied ok yes I know that. She gets it wrong 2 more times and tells me the same thing.

I usually love Harveys but not this time. I went there late in the afternoon and was served a hamburger patty that had barely been heated for 15 seconds on the grill as well as a bun that had clearly been lying around. It was hard and dry. In short, it wasnt fresh as usual.

Overwhelming heat in the restaurant, drops are running down my face as I write this. Was served in 15 minutes even though there was no one in front of me. Rather disappointing.

Waiting almost an hour for a small order, despite the presence of 6 employees. The employees argue in front of us, shout and insult the customers. I asked for a refund 5 times which was refused, I ended up receiving an order which spent 45 minutes under the stove and which fell to the ground. Still no refund. Truly an excruciating experience.

Dont know if its a regular occurrence at this location, the staff we simply not on there a game I will point out it was about an hour to hour and a half before closing so not sure if previous interaction may have had an impact on staff and service. overall the food was good I would go again.

Je mennuie du temps où les galettes de boeuf étaient cuites sur du charbon de bois, ce qui leur donnaient le goût des galettes de boeuf cuites au BBQ de charbon de bois durant lété... Les frites aussi avaient un goût différent des autres.

Drive-thru I waited 10 minutes before the person took my order. I would have left but I was already stuck with a car behind. In short, 40 minutes of waiting in total and my poutine was stuck with fries and I never got my turnovers. The attendant was particularly innocent, she opened and closed the window on her arm, letting her hand come out only to hold the glass or bag.. she didnt bother at all.. it spilled my glass.. she had to tell me do another... anyway ok would say mentally retarded at this drive there. Arrived at 9:20 p.m. at the drive-thru when the restaurant closed at 10 p.m. and the employees refused to take my order saying they would not have time to complete it. Very disappointed. Poor representation of closing time. When I walked past the window, the bosses would be disappointed to know that their employees are stuck behind the counter on their phones waiting until 10 p.m. to leave.
