104 Rue Saint-Eustache, Saint-Eustache, QC J7R 2K9, Canada
Simple, tasty food in a calm atmosphere. Service is kind and friendly. The price is also very reasonable. I’m glad I came.
Quiet while we were there. Friendly service. The cappuccino and the latte were fabulous, I love lots of milk foam on my cappuccino and this was one of the best. Worth a visit, parking lot entrance next to the cafe, parking lot behind the building.
Extremely overpriced. Two coffees and two most basic egg ham sandwiches cost 38$. Their menu doesn’t have prices on it
Beautiful location on this lovely street in the lovely Saint-Eustache. The outdoor seating is nice (not the seating, more of the location) and in the afternoon in summer I noticed I was in the shade, contrary to the cafes in front, which were not - a big plus. The owner (I guess she was) was very friendly, the other woman who served me as well. They are pretty zen like some other comments read. The coffee was ok, the baklawas were quite good (that's all I had, the owner seemed Irani so I guess that is their speciality). Some of the comments were right about the place not being properly set up and having more of a personality - it's true they could do better with it, but I guess it is what it is, and you have to enjoy it like it is. It is not bad, and it is cozy unlike one of the comments I read. The bathroom was clean, the place was clean, and the people quite welcoming. I would go there again.
The prices for what is served on the plate is outrageous. Fish plate very dry only thing we liked Was the rice. Salmon & filet sole dry Lucky we had lemon to use.Sorry We tryed Coffee & muffin in morning Decided to try lunch (disappointed).
Great experience, walking in the morning in st Eustace, I was looking for a coffee place, so I entered this traditional shop. The staff was very friendly and I tasted a great breakfast with eggs, potatoes, grilled bread with butter, a chicken burger and some fruits. I will come and visit this place again.
This place was so incredibly uninviting that we turned right around and left. For a cafe, it had a disturbing lingering aroma and it certainly didn't smell like any cafe I've ever visited. The interior was very drab and unwelcoming. Such a small space should not be too hard to decorate and make it feel cozy. Sorry about the harsh comment, this does not deserve the title of cafe, very misleading. The village has such potential and the cafe, with a little TLC could go a long way to attract future customers.
Our visit to Mina Cafe was a terrible experience. We were overcharged for three drinks because prices weren’t listed. Then when the drinks were ready we found that the server had made the wrong drink. When we told her, she went to correct the mistake but returned as refused to give us the correct drink unless we payed for it or return the incorrect one. Frustrated by the horrible service, we decided to leave and drink our sad instant powder tasting coffees. Would not recommend.
The cafe closes for the winter
I love this place.
First time and certainly not the last! I loved the warm welcome, the lunch was excellent and a relaxing atmosphere. I recommend x1000
Simple, cozy place, nice staff and the coffee was good
If you are in Deux-Montagnes, stop and see Mina who will welcome you with the most beautiful smile and a good coffee, lunch or dinner. Thanks Mina!
Very kind lady.
Nice, relaxed little place.
Congratulations on your coffee. He is very good. Mina is very kind and always smiling. Very relaxing place. Decor to review.
Old-fashioned cafe. $9.25 for bad coffee and herbal tea! Average reception. I do not recommend
It s a super nice place, with lovely service!
Nice little place with family atmosphere. The owner is always welcoming and smiling. Its like a homemade lunch
Best coffee in town as they say! Always a warm welcome, friendly place and good humour! Excellent products to taste!
This review only concerns the Café latte. Rather disappointing. It tastes like Tim Hortons with a whipped milk foam floating on top.
Vegetarian options: Persian Products Parking: Big
Nice welcome from the lady, but very dated decor, lacks a lot of warmth, low-end Latté coffee (homemade Keurig machine style) and few fresh products in the display. From the outside, its easy to walk straight past without seeing it. Neighbor of the 3 Galopains... difficult to compete.
The lady who received us was very kind and accommodating. My granddaughter loved her croissant and chocolate milk
Lovely welcome, panini and biscuits are delicious
Are you looking for a quiet little place where you can eat healthy? Have the best coffees, the best teas, a varied selection and exceptional service? Its the perfect place. There are a few indoor seats and a few outdoor seats during the summer. Desert variety
Very serene place and the most wonderful part is the ambiance and staff mina , very caring and loving. Feel like awesome
I love Mina Café and I go there every day because I feel at home (comfortable and quiet). The employees are warm and friendly.
I went there to discover something new When I arrive, people stare at me and when I politely ask to taste a (small) biscuit, I am told it s $5 too expensive for you, no Then the 2 employees went back to sit and talk together and completely ignored me and left me alone.. It s really expensive and I couldn t even buy anything, it was refused to me. not very pleasant
As in the other comments, the star is for the lady (very nice), but our two cappuccinos were expensive (prices not displayed) and the taste was mediocre to be honest (I unfortunately threw it away as soon as I I could. Very unfortunate). We went there for the first time because the 3 GaloPains bakery next door was temporarily closed for renovation. I wont go back there again and will instead make the detour to the Torrefactorie or to the Café Bistro Découverte the next time the opportunity arises for a takeaway coffee. N.B: very old decor and associated smell too. N. B: My opinion is 5 months old. To respond to the owners response dated November 10, 2022: I work in a bank and I have never sat on your terrace (i.e. the sidewalk of the street...). I see that you are quick to accuse your competitors...
The lunches are excellent, very good service and the owner is very nice!
Its a very good restaurant I can read and have a good soup the waitress always has a smile and its not expensive great little quiet cafe and super good its a very good restaurant
Nice little place and I like to support local
Lady at the reception very friendly, otherwise 1. the prices are not displayed 2. The chocolatines tasted really strange (garlic or other) and the cook said that it was the normal taste and did not refund or issue a credit hence fair prices in consideration which were not good for the next customer and it cost more than a lunch restaurant for 2..so not very good value for money! So the star is for the lady
Great food. Great service. A delightful resto to relax and have a good hot cup of coffee.
Very nice little café at Minas.
Very good music. Went on a Sunday afternoon, very good atmosphere. Excellent food. And if theres no room. They find it for you. Im going back there for sure.
Cool and quiet
Very good service and excellent price!
Excellent service, but a little too much oil to cook the food which is inherently very good.
C very
Excellent service Food + Relaxed place
Its a Sunday meeting with the music group
Im divided between 3 and 4 ... The place is indeed very sober. The tables are draped with plastic tablecloths, the furniture is old without being charming... But! There is such a good atmosphere, so zen and calm. The lady who served me exudes happiness and serenity! My double short espresso was in the price range of the competitors but it was served in a magnificent old cup made of porcelain decorated with gilding So Im still mixed, three or four You be the judge!
Quiet location and excellent service
Very sober
Cozy little homestyle place on St. Eustaches main street in the old town. Friendly proprietor, serves home-made bean soup and Iranian version of baklava or kanafeh plus the regular entrees.
