The experience was truly disappointing. I ordered 2 bowls of shrimp, 1 tuna and 1 salmon. They put literally SIX shrimp in it , not the big ones, the little ones!!! When I called to ask if it was a mistake they said it was not their fault but that the franchise decides how many pieces of shrimp they put! For the price that a bowl costs, it’s pretty expensive for only rice, lettuce and 6 pieces of shrimp. The staff was nice and reimbursed my husband.
I've tried to order on UberEats they've canceled my order TWICE, I've called and they didn't answer. I called the delivery person and he said the store was closed why keep the uber open or even the opening hours if it's not accurate?
We got food poisoning that lead to hospitalization and I’ve been calling them for over a week trying to get at least some responsability taken and get reimbursed but each time they come up with a different story and we’ve basically been done they don’t care. That day the manager will be there, call then, I do and no one’s here, same thing for over a week. I have to contact customer protection services.
First time ordering at Poke Monster. I ordered the Dynamite Chicken Monster Bowl and it's so delicious!! Definitely 5 stars. Recommend 100%.
Bought 3 Pokémon bowls—1 monster and 2 general—with extra shrimp tempura and extra shrimps. However, upon returning home, there were no extras included in the general bowls. The monster bowl barely included the ordinary shrimp portion nor the avocados. Contacted them, and they assured me they would rectify it during my next visit. Will update my review accordingly.
Very good quality food. Coming from England I tend to find during my travels of North America that the quality of meat and veg is not as good here but maybe that's just my preference. Out of every place I've ever eaten in this continent this was the best by far. The overall flavours, quality of the produce and presentation was fantastic and reminded me very much of eating a takeaway back in Europe. Staff was very friendly and the restaurant is certainly clean and well presented. I hope I can return again someday.
Have ordered from here a couple of times and it never disappointed me. Amazing portion, always fresh, has several different options, and super worth the money. Also, special notes in the orders ARE taken seriously. Not like other places where you ask to remove onions or cucumbers, and when you start eating, you see they didn't read your request. I love buying my poke bowls here.
TELLLEEEMENT déçus! Je suis une grande fan de poke Monster & j y mange souvent ailleur que à Saint-Eustache & cetais clairement la dernière fois ici. Remplire un poke bowl à 30$ avec juste de la laitues (coupé tout croche) & une goute de riz le saumon est coupé tout croche. Pas de sauce c est meilleure n importe où que ici. Get your things together.
My favorite restaurant open until early in the morning!!! Nice big portion compare other places!!! and you should definitely not forget the Bubble tea.

The portions are unacceptable or even insulting at this price. There is almost no rice in the bottom and they fill it with a lot of salad and other ingredients to bulk it up... Yesterday I decided to order two poké to take away, when I got home I I was speechless, its been a long time since I felt robbed. We pay more and more and the quantity is reduced visibly, its ridiculous.
I have ordered twice from Poke Monster, the first time it was excellent and very good service. The employee was alone at 11 p.m. and managed the line of people well. Delicious chicken. The second time I Uber ordered a salmon poke and it was almost just lettuce (2nd photo, after I tossed it). A little disappointed. But the egg rolls were nice and crispy, so Im half-forgiving.

Im very picky with poke, because Ive been to Hawaii and few places in MTL make good poke that satisfies my taste. I was surprised, good taste, good portion and always fresh. I have been 3x to date and always consistent with the taste/portion.
I ordered twice from Uber Eats the food is excellent so I would have given 5 stars but I give 4 stars because you are announcing a promotion of two free imperial rolls with the purchase of $30 and the two times I ordered order I didnt get them

I really like poke monster, but theres always something missing in my poke. I took the monster, it didnt have chicken, shrimp tampura, avocados and carrots. I paid $30. I went back and they remade my order. However, upon checking it, salad, sauce and salmon were missing! I was already home, but I still ate it. You just have to make sure its done well and ask that the chicken be heated otherwise its not very pleasant to eat. Otherwise Ive always had good service and aside from the lack of ingredients, its very good when its done well!
I ordered poké because I didnt have any avocados to make it at home. I get my 2 salmon pokés, they are made quickly, almost no cucumber, no avocado or tempura!
YUMMMmmm! Last night, my husband and I, we were very hungry but it was getting late and many restaurants were closed or near closing. We came across this hidden gem and decided to give it a try (we are fans of sushi and likewise, of poke bowls). I got the salmon poke bowl and my husband got the crispy chicken poke bowl. Our poke bowls were delicious and the ingredients seemed fresh. Portion size was reasonable for the poke bowls (we did not add any extra toppings), but the seaweed salad portion was a bit small. Still, overall, we really enjoyed the meal. Would def recommend.

Good poké, good value for money, and good service, even at 10 oclock in the evening, well done.
Barely any sauce, you could almost believe that there wasnt any at all... One of the bowls barely had a spoonful of rice, the other should have been spicy but wasnt at all.. It wasnt as good as the other Poké Monsters. (First bad experience)

We dont know if this is a mistake or normal at this restaurant, because it was the first time we ordered there, but it was disgusting. The two poke bowls we received today were completely drenched in sauce/mayo. It hits the intense heart and it s impossible to taste the other ingredients, it just tastes like mayo! Poke bowl restaurants have become popular, there are new ones springing up everywhere, but it is also more and more common to receive atrocities like this. Youre supposed to put a thin drizzle of sauce on a poke bowl, not a lake!

Fail, not at all like the pictures. Ordered salmon poke, tuna poke and general tao. Tuna poke was barely a cup of food at the bottom of the bowl. Salmon was barely more. General tao was quite full but underneath the chicken there was salmon. A bonus i could do without since it was for my kids who can t eat raw food. Three fails out of three. Go somewhere else

We had two poke bowls delivered (the monster and the general). It was really bad, it looked like it had been sitting on the counter for days. The extremely black avocados, breaded chicken and egg rolls were completely frozen and the tuna tasted like old shoes. I just hope I dont get sick tonight.
Really ordinary and we were very disappointed with few toppings only iceberg lettuce and no sauce. There are better options on 25th Avenue.
