This franchise has one of the best customer service. Although there are often errors in our orders, the staff is exceptional. More professional than in many high-end restaurants. Honorable mention to Lea and Thomas. So polite and kind. The bowls are excellent and the ingredients are always fresh. Congratulations, it s hard to get service these days. We continue to order from you almost every week

We had guests over tonight and ordered 4 poke bowls from you. There was no sauce in the 4 bowls and we didnt have ramen or tempura. It was dry and inedible. I was really disappointed with the visit. In the past we went to the Sainte Dorothée poke station and the poke was always excellent. A friend told me about your restaurant which is closer to my home and I wanted to try it. It was very disappointing unfortunately. One of my guests didnt touch his bowl.

I always order online. Sometimes its hard to get special requests when theyre added online, but generally its good. The food is always super good!

Im used to coming to get a poke and for once Im coming this evening with my boyfriend, each of us has our own poke which we come to pick up and bring back to eat at home... very disappointed when we realize that everything has everything was mixed between our two pokes, from the base to the ingredients... quite frustrating when you pay $55 and you discover it once installed at home... $55 in the trash since we dont have the same tastes and everything was mixed

First really unpleasant experience, the cashier seemed on drugs, she wanted to cry for no reason. Really bad customer service. Im disappointed I saw this restaurant on TikTok I was so excited. The outside of my bowl was full of sauce. The cashier says to me, heres your crab and shrimp bowl, I take it, open it without looking at it, eat it and I drop some salmon.. it wasnt my bowl, I tell her and told her that I ate in it, she stares at me and speaks to me disrespectfully. She wanted to give it to the other customer I said no I ate in it!!! She still stares at me, yet shes the one whos cheating, she didnt tell me salmon, she told me crab and shrimp and gave it to me... Im zero of the type to write bad comments but its beyond me how she speaks to me and my served! But the bowl was delicious!

The atmosphere is ok, the food is very good I prefer more vegetables than rice but overall great nice place clean and at a good price

2024-06-21. Unfortunately this time I really wasted my money. Undercooked rice, brown avocado, questionable tasting salmon...I asked for sauce on the side but there was soy sauce on the bottom of the rice. If I hadnt said anything they would have forgotten to give me the sauce. Even the second bowl (Chicken Katsu) purchased at the same time was not edible. I wont go back there again.

I had a lobster poke with extra lobster. I wish their customization formula was similar to Moushis. But I appreciate the inclusion of tomago and the option to add extra meat.

I ordered Salmon Poké as usual. Once home we noticed that there was practically no rice in the poké and I called to inform them of the situation so that they could rectify it with the next customers. I mentioned to him that I preferred to call to notify them instead of leaving a review on the internet (which I almost never do) and the only response he told me was ok that s good and hung up. The least thing would have been a we re sorry . So considering his response I leave you my customer experience.

Thursday January 4, 2024: poisoning after eating a salmon poke bowl. Dizziness and headache, vomiting, diarrhea, chills. I will remember this birthday party/night all my life... We have ordered shrimp poke from this place multiple times with no problems. Unfortunately, its over for us now.

I called the number displayed 4 times with no answer and once there the open sign is on, the door is barred and there is light inside with no one to open the door. Do not order online.

The last time I went there, I ordered 2 poke on the phone, I arrive, They are ready, I pay and leave 18% tip, or around $8. First time I ordered it was good. Today I placed two orders online. The first one arrives earlier than expected, great! I check my bag, the starters, the drinks are missing and a poke is not what I ordered. Second order, arrived late. I look in my bag and the entries are still missing. To top it off, my colleague had a piece of salmon in her chicken poke. Luckily shes not allergic. Very disappointed with my experience and I strongly doubt the hygiene in terms of contamination between foods. I do not recommend this place and will not order again.

Generous portion, fresh food and very fast service!

Very satisfied with the lunch service with 2 women but on the other hand the evening service with 2 waiters is not great especially the one who prepares the bowls, we ask for no peppers but there are peppers! We ask him to remove it, he does it again but the green algae and the pineapples and the salmon are missing for a signature shaka bowl.. after a while I dont just have to check! For 2 yen and 50 dollars it has to be perfect especially with the tips!

The poke bowls are always excellent, but today I had them delivered. The service is super slow (1 hour 20 minutes of waiting), plus the delivery man delivered to the neighbors house and didnt even knock to make the delivery. It was my neighbors, not alerting their dog, who called me (luckily my phone number was on the bill) to tell me that the delivery man had dropped the order on their doorstep. Really disappointed with the service

I was looking for a place for a fresh and tasty dinner and Poke Station was a great choice. I chose the Tuna Poke Bowl. All ingredients were fresh and well cut. The bowl was filling and delicious. They also took my allergy into consideration, I had no concerns related to this aspect.

I just got the katsu chicken poke bowl and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was tender yet still crispy and the ingredients were fresh. Cant wait to try more!
