Poulet Arthur in Saint-Eustache

We really liked this restaurant before... very disappointed with our meal this evening. The fries are no longer like before and were undercooked. The chicken in the poutine was just okay and the piri piri sauce is no longer the same. Not to mention that the poutine sauce tasted nothing. The chicken burger, previously a generous portion of chicken, was 2 chicken fillets...plus I asked on 2 occasions if our drink was in the bag as it was skewered. But no... very disappointed :(

Ordered a chicken sandwich combo, the bread was cold and there were two tiny pieces of chicken that made up half the sandwich looked like frozen chicken nuggets u put in the oven. Very disappointed in the meal that cost $19.53

The food was good but it was extremely expensive for chicken ... I dont think that we should pay 30$ for half of a chicken in St-Eustache, while there are spots in Montreal that are serving the same food for less than 20$.

I picked up chicken and was really disappointed! Dry and really not good! No taste! Very bland. Rotisserie chicken from Costco is way better. I read the owners comments to the negative reviews and with an attitude like that NOBODY should even eat there. Take the negative reviews and learn from your mistakes instead of lashing out at your unsatisfied customers.

Really disappointed. Order with Uber Eats. Chicken sandwich, chicken poutine and chicken breast. Bland sandwich, no taste. Chicken breast I thought I was eating the one from Costco. The two stars are for poutine. No idea why this restaurant is rated 4.6. Harveys would have cost $40 instead of $62 and would have been similar. Disappointed....

So disappointed. Read the revews and was expecting something delicious, instead ot was a really not nice experience. We ordered a chicken woth fries and salad. The chicken tasted like grease, it was not fresh . Fries already mushy and cold. The service was amazing, owner is super kind! Sadly not going back.

Disappointing first experience. 2 meals delivered. The very dry breast, same thing for the chicken in the poutine. Overcooked rice and fries too. Really ordinary! However, they are the same owners of the nearby Kabab restaurant which is very good Lebanese.

I admit I was a little surprised when entering the restaurant, I thought it was a real restaurant with lots of tables, waiters, reservations, etc. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that even if we had to order at the counter, the kitchen employees provided table service. The place was clean and very quiet for a usually very busy time at regular restaurants. The value for money for the meals was very satisfactory, offering generous and tasty plates. The chicken burger was HUGE and juicy, but so delicious! I will definitely go back! Honestly, hats off!

Disappointing for a chicken place... A club that is half white meat, half dark meat. The chicken is very dry both in the chicken strips and in the club. The service really lacks a smile and is very slow! For the atmosphere we will come back when one of the employees and/or boss speaks on the phone for 10 minutes so that we can no longer hear each other talking and even burying the music... Very disappointing as a place!

This restaurant is my new favorite! The flavor of charcoal-cooked chicken is absolutely delicious. The place is immaculately clean, which is very appreciable. Terrible experience! It doesnt deserve any stars! We thought we were going to eat chicken cooked over charcoal but unfortunately that was not true. The chicken didnt taste any of that, plus it was bland and terribly lacking in salt. A child is capable of realizing this. The chips were soft, black and flavorless. The rice not cooked at all. I am deeply disappointed and feel ripped off! Think twice before setting foot there!

Okay, this my review of this place. First usually I love to support local and it was my first time here. Just felt the bad vibe like if they are not happy working. The cook had his airpod on his ears and was talking the whole time? I order a poutine that cost me 17$ ?? So I said it must be good, Im sorry to say it wasnt the chicken had small bones, the fries where okay but he went to the backstore to add the sauce because it wasnt warm enough. Once finish he left it to cashier girl that was very polite, like he did care. But that is it. I think if they give a little more love into it maybe it would be better. Here is the picture so you can be the judge. Update: Wow, never had a owner reply like you did, just because I said the truth. I was going to give you another chance but after your reply, I will not. We ordered a full chicken, chicken wings and fries with all the trimmings. It wasnt a cheap bill. The chicken wings were burnt and the feathers were included in my order. I have never see a restaurant provide the chicken feathers with the order. It was disgusting. The full chicken was burnt too and dry. Very disappointed. Will never order from there again.

This was our first visit to this restaurant the atmosphere is good the decor is warm the whole restaurant is clean the service is excellent the chicken is very good however the sauces should be improved they are bland and although the coleslaw is very fresh the vinaigrette could be improved. For all these reasons I give it a rating of 4 out of 5.
