This evening, I went to get myself a little red chicken and my service was impeccable. The young man who served me, Emile, is a hardworking young man. He had a smile throughout my visit, he started the conversation. with me, he made sure that I lacked nothing, a young man very well brought up by his parents, he communicated a lot with his team. The red chicken can count itself lucky to have an employee like him, hoping that his colleagues will follow his example.

Absolutely disgusting. I wanted to vomit the second I bit into the feta cheese. I HATE FETA AND STRICTLY SAID I DONT WANT IT. How can the cook sleep without remorse after making me throw up a whole chicken on my grandmothers carpet? Do not recommend

This is my first time at this restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised: I had a good portion of chicken and the choice of sauces, vegetables and condiments made my dinner tasty! I would like to highlight the dynamism of the staff and their professionalism because they explained the concept of the restaurant to me well and I was able to taste the thyme and lemon sauce before choosing it to accompany my dish. Overall, a very pleasant experience at this restaurant!

3 small pieces of chicken like for children, not even fresh all dry & I ask for lettuce on my plate and he tells me that its not a choice just a base ridiculous worst red chicken ever the employees not welcoming and never fresh really disappointed very disappointing yet I made all the red chicken in Montreal Laval and never had a problem Shame on St Eustache

Everything is perfect apart from the somewhat flat dining room and the wooden forks...but otherwise the staff is nice and the food is delicious.

So I went to poulet Rouge in st-eustache to pick up an order for a client today. As an uber driver or any other delivery service the driver represents the client and should be treated as such. This particular location is rude, disrespectful, accuse you of lying, mistreat you, ignores you and pretends you dont even exist. And the reality is that every driver from every delivery service is a potential client and should be treated like everyone else. But I have been to other franchisees in mirabel, rosemere, Carrefour laval, downtown etc. And have hever once been treated the way the one on Arthur Sauve has treated me and other drivers. With that being said I will never eat at that location and I will make sure to let everyone know the disrespectful dogs they are. Horrible management!!

We returned with almost complete ignorance of this restaurant and came out with a watering mouth, a takeaway and an immense desire to return. I recommend!

Lots of ingredients were missing (spicy mayo, Monterrey Jack cheese and fried onions). Not to mention the overcooked and cold chicken. I was very disappointed. For my part I classify it as McDo quality and nothing more. Its a shame, because I had already tasted it back in the day and had much better memories.

Commander une poutine avec onions fris , c était assez dégeux comme assiettes, presque pas de fromage et presque autant d onions que de frites peu de sauce presque pas de fromage. Safe a dire que je n y retournerai jamais et je ne recommande aucunement . Le temps d attente était inacceptable au delà d une heure pour la livraison.

I really like red chicken and unfortunately I will not return to the restaurant in St Eustache because we saw the young man who grilled the chicken, eating pieces directly with the tongs he uses for cooking, the ones he uses for put the chicken on our plate! Hygiene is poor!

I am changing my opinion because of the change in reception, the cashiers are friendlier, the guy with a mustache in the grille is professional.

I work in fast food and I can guarantee you that for the portion I had I thought I would pay more. On top of that I know how quickly you have to serve the customer, when we arrived we didnt know what to order and the cashier was patient. Pi another little plus I asked questions and I didnt feel like I was bothering. Good service and good food served quickly. It was the first time for my boyfriend who is picky and he loves it. Its not the last time I go there.

I tried the Poulet rouge de St-Eustache for the first time a few days ago and the quality of the service amazed me, I was served by a young girl named Marilou I think very smiling, knew how to orient me well and was very warm. The cleanliness of the place is impeccable, I will return there with pleasure.

Food took more than 30 minutes to be done. Rude staff who care more about talking with each other than serving their clients. I have been to multiple poulet rouges and this one has to be the worst one i have ever eaten at. With the prices they charge the portions size are very underwhelming. The chicken made me and the people I ate with extremely sick afterwards. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

I took my wife and kids here a couple days ago and everything about it was perfect. Food was amazing, the workers treated us with great care, and the ambiance inside of the restaurant was undeniably beautiful. The cuisine is delicious. customer services the cashier at the front had a little trouble understanding us. Didnt explain to us how it worked. The toilets lack a large trash can to put baby diapers. Loud music in the dining room. But otherwise the meal was really good.
