always good on scores but we have not reduced the portion correct service and bills a little expensive

We have the excellent service of Emma as waitress and she had an excellent honest smile I really suggest the restaurant since the pandemic I have been to some restaurants and it is by far the best service received

To begin with the service was perfect the atmosphere too but for the kitchen I dont understand who knows what happens we went today tonight in fact December 14 and we ordered two thighs and seriously I dont understand but on my plate it had a chicken HEART A HEART but how can it be picked up and not see that it is there! On va chercher des côtés levé...on demande moitié frite...moitié riz ...elle dit que cest 1.75 de frais maintenant...on dit ok...arrive à maison...ZÉRO FRITES...on appelle...elle donne un crédit de 5$...wow...jy demande de les livrer...ça quand même été vite...mais on a du tout mettre au four micro-ondes...35$ ...vraiment déçu de notre souper :(

Very efficient and fast service with a smile and joie de vivre, new in the menu, except for dessert no choice as before, because todays menu you had a choice of dessert more now and it was included, the cappuchino cake is very rare , its not worth paying extra for a miniature cake. The salad bars with the soup are very good and good. Depending on who is in the kitchen, the quality varies. Despite this I like this Scores, as they say there is nothing perfect.

My daughter and I each ordered a thigh meal with salad bar included. My daughter didnt finish her plate, she asked for a box so that we could bring it back. The waitress said: eat more, that is: half more otherwise you cant bring it back or I have to charge you $5.95... We were in shock... We had 1 soup each and a salad to share. Its not like weve been to the buffet several times and stuffed ourselves into the salad bar!!! The owner should review his process to avoid losing customers and should better train his waitresses for the approach because it was very insulting!!! 2 lost customers... Park it for good or bad but talk about it because our opinion must be considered.

I recently dined at Scores St-Eustache and had a fantastic experience!! From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive. The salad bar is always fresh and offers a nice variety of options to start the meal off right. I ordered the ribs, and they were flavorful and cooked perfectly. My friends enjoyed their chicken dishes, which were equally delicious. The restaurant is clean, well managed and has a pleasant ambiance. I recommend Scores St-Eustache to anyone looking for an excellent meal and quality service!

At Scores... Good morning. This October 19, me and my family have reservations for + or -60 people following my dads funeral. I ordered a medium rare steak. My piece of meat was not only completely raw but filled with taffy and therefore inedible. I returned my dish... which I never do, and the owner came to see me very aggressively telling me that I had to have another dish and that I would be charged for the steak. What bothered me the most was his aggression towards me, his unprofessionalism and his stubbornness in continuing the discussion in front of my mother that should never have taken place. Several times I had to tell him to stop but he wouldnt listen. Finally, the bill with the steak was paid despite the fact that I didnt eat anything. Between you and me, with 60 people Im surprised he couldnt afford the price of an uneatable steak... This isnt the first time Ive heard about this Peter, an unmannered owner. I dont know how this franchise thing works but I can tell you that you have just lost a huge clientele since my dad was a very influential person in our region. With that, I wish you good luck with this Peter... Thank you.

The chicken thigh very disappointing. The thigh has no flavor other than tasting water. Very flat gum taste, I took just one mouthful. The skin is soft and pale, as if the chicken was boiled, it is not appetizing. Not sure its a rotisserie. Luckily the salad bar comes with it because I would have been hungry.

The food is okay, nothing more. Staff does not demonstrate great professionalism. always errors on our orders and more uncooperative and disrespectful managers. more than an hour waiting for an order and more than 45 minutes of delays. No compensation for the inconvenience of being told its not their problem. I do not recommend this restaurant in any way.

We went yesterday to eat. The meal was good, but nothing more. I ordered two cakes to bring and they were not edible.

All of the food was great, and impeccable service done by Emma in St-Eustache.

I had a Caesar wrap. I found a piece of Saran wrap in my sandwich...I was given regular mayonnaise packets not Caesar. Im still looking for the parmesan. The sandwich was dry. I dont think Ill go back there.

I ordered chicken tenders with rice for delivery, and received chicken wings with fries. I called back to advise them of their mistake, and it took 2 calls to make sure I received my fillets and the manager told me it would take 40 minutes....to be continued

Ive been there twice for dinner and Im amazed each time. Not comparable with other Scores. The one in St Eustache is great. The service is quick and the food is always hot. Nothing negative to say.

Wow, I receive my order of chicken tenders WITHOUT honey mustard sauce and when I call them they tell me there is nothing they can do about their mistake!!!!! Im at work and no other sauce options for dry fillets

Well what can I say... my very positive opinion has just changed unfortunately not for the better, I am very disappointed with the quality of their chicken thigh or breast which was cooked in the microwave it has the impression of being sick without talk about the presentation which resembles that of a factory canteen and I dont even want to talk about the extra $$$ that they charge when you ask for a little more sauce because they didnt put enough on the plate in leaving, its not as if I wanted more, no I just wanted to have what I should have had in my order when leaving... very very disappointed nothing to encourage me to come back often like I did for several years

The best is the one from Drummondville. Your chicken parmesan was not cooked enough and your Margarita was not famous, too many limes, the service was more defensive than listening to what we had to say, we paid the bill but I dont think Ill go back there, we were 2 people..

Disappointing for a Scores. The salad bar was really not great, the chicken in the soup was to be avoided, the salad was rusty. A very ordinary meal. Ive been in better Scores than this one.

A very good place to eat properly with friends or family.

Poorly cooked chicken skewer (all soft and pink inside) the salad from the salad bar tasted old and the other plate of steak we left 3/4 of the steak so bad for $75 without tip. The lady who served us was very professional and left her 20% for her service. I wouldnt go back there again!

We were served by Jenny Z and really disappointed with her arrogance and bad behavior towards us! Fortunately her boss was super nice to us to try to calm her behavior and make us happy despite her rudeness! She came to apologize thanks to him but it didnt really seem sincere coming from her! In addition, she never came to ask us how our dinner was and never asked us if we wanted dessert or coffee! His boss was super nice!!!!! But the meal was super good!

I called Scores for a take-out order and the lady who answered the phone was super stupid. I didnt leave a tip because of that. Next time Ill be happy to order my club sandwich elsewhere.

Quality is on a downward slope here. My fishnship was served in a square metal tray so scratched it looked like a hospital meal, the chicken was bland, the marinades from the salad bar were partially frozen (grainy pickles are really not top) and there were poorly washed plates with dried food in them in the pile of clean plates at the salad bar. We waited an abnormally long time for a waiter to come and get us after being seated. Last time at this Score which is no longer what it was.

Finishing for us Score, the chicken was very tough and seemed to be cooked in oil, the waitress explained to us that now they cook the chicken with an air convection oven. Chicken with no taste, nothing like chicken cooked in a rotisserie. You now have to pay for a second bbq sauce which has absolutely no taste like the rest of the ingredients served. If you want to pay for good chicken, go elsewhere and pay a little more for quality because the price increase does not suit at all with the scrape they served us!

Today I want to take the salad bar only. $18.50, its worth it if you can eat...I started with the chicken noodle soup, these are overcooked but in large quantities I tell myself it happens. I take a plate: heart of palm, a few slices of olives, a little couscous and 2 vine leaves. I eat the soup, I cut my first vine leaf and oops 1 very long black hair comes out of the cut, I warn the waitress who takes the plate and goes to the kitchen, she comes back and tells me can we offer you a coffee and a small dessert, because since its a buffet we cant take on this responsibility. I didnt have dessert, I had a regular coffee and even that one I didnt finish because I was feeling sick...I said to the lady behind the bill theres a note to the manager we got paid for everything and left. Its not the waitresss fault, but unfortunately losing her reputation for a hair, you wont see me here again.

Very good portion! Be careful if you order online for delivery, make sure that you are on the restaurants website to have delivery by the restaurant and not by Uber, because delivery by the restaurant is faster.

Very good service and very polite staff and quick highly recommended

The quality of food and service have gone down a lot recently. The cashier at the takeout counter looks stupid almost all the time and the last two times I ordered the skewer, the chicken tasted weird and the grilled vegetables were practically rotten. I felt very bad afterwards.

We went for diner last night. I took the salad bar as a side on my second serving there was a hair inside one of the salads. That cut my appetite for the salad bar so I didnt finish the serving. Then I had my main course and was still hungry but the hair really did it for me so I was withheld from going again. At the end, we got the bill and my salad bar was charged even thought the waitress was well aware that I wanted more but wouldnt dare go again. Then my girlfriends main was the STEAK PICNAHA, honestly one of the worst steaks Ive ever seen served at a restaurant. My girlfriend barely touched her plate, she only ate the baked potato. So I mean overall I wasnt expecting to leave from a Scores restaurant both wanting more (because i was still hungry) and so unpleased with my experience Dont know if idd go back anytime soon...

The food is excellent

I like this Scores in particular. Significantly higher than other scores. Really good soup and very good service every time.

Unfortunately, more vegetarian opinion is needed. Its a shame that the fake chicken was removed. It gave an interesting option. Otherwise, our meals were good! Vegetarian options: Almost none!
