Incredible food, great taste of Quebec, excellent service, atmosphere is great, and employees are respectful and very humouristic, just could get very cramped with kids running around at times, and small space. in all, 5 star place in my book
Best french fries in town
Ordered a hamburger 1/2 poutine and a drink combo with a hot dog steamy. Poutine is good, but not for the price they sell it at. Hamburger is bland, nothing special, and the steamy is actually the best thing. Price wise, I find it a tad to expensive for the amount of food you're getting. Total for everything was $20. I know it's not McDonald's etc , but poutine size could have been bigger, and maybe season the burger with salt and pepper. The combo price isn't much of a deal. 1$ discount(?) might as well skip the drink, and order everything separately and get an extra hot dog why not. Food for me is 3.5/5. Service though was fantastic no doubt. I just wouldn't go out of my way to eat here. I actually came here for the poutine, but I have had better than this place. The cantine on Arthur Sauve pass st Eustache is actually much better.

Poutine was awesome. The hamburgers not so much. Highly recommend for a nice poutine of your choice at a decent price if you're in the neighberhood.
I ordered the poutine with steamie special for 12$ tax included I thought was very generous. The portion size of the poutine was generous for the price. The poutine was very delicious sauce was fantastic and I really liked the crisp remained in the fries. Very friendly staff would go again. Only complaint canned drink at 3$ was a little pricy.
I had to steamy hot dogs because they reminded me of my youth and I ordered a small order of french fries, but they came fairly large in a tray beside the two hotdogs. Totally enjoyable. These are the old type old time fries. Very greasy very good. The only thing is they don’t take credit cards they only take in track debit cards and I had an American debit card so it didn’t work. I had to give them American cash and they had no idea what to do with it and treated it like Canadian money
Steamed hot dogs are excellent. Chicken pita is expensive but good. French fries are extremely well done which makes the poutine excellent as well.
Good fries, good hot dog But its a shame for a Quebec restaurant not to put cheese curds in a poutine. For what? At worst, make two versions. The cheap and the real.
The staff is welcoming. It s a small, modest 70s style canteen. I ordered a galvaude there. Surprised to see coleslaw on top. I found it average. The ingredients were 4* apart from the fries which I found average. Congratulations on your business.

Ive been going there every Saturday lunchtime for years. What good junk food but healthy, personalized, warm welcome. We feel like family, with Bernard, his wife Johanne and their 2 children who have worked there since the opening of the restaurant. The next generation is coming with all the grandchildren. Theres no better place on the north shore. Well done. Just a downside they close in winter so I would have to order for 12 additional Saturdays. Its a long time until March.... Congratulations to the whole team for such a personalized service.

Had ordered 1/2 club + poutine. M as loaded a full poutine and a club sandwich with fries totaling the bill $27. When I asked her she handed me the bill. I should have checked before coming home. Please make sure you understand your order before paying. Wont go back there again. Parking: Easy to access
Poutine excellent. Excellent frit. The only negative point is a little too much sauce but otherwise the poutine is delicious and authentic. They only take debit or cash.

In general I have a good experience here and my initial review was 5 stars. but today Im bringing it back down because a poutine with a separate sauce is not a rocket science request. I dont see why you have to do it twice and you did it again quickly and the second shot the fries arent even cooked correctly. PU NEVER
Before it was a good fried potato restaurant now its disgusting!!!! Fried food doesnt turn white so it lasts, not to mention hot dog sausages that have been in the steamer for a long time (funny color). I do not recommend this restaurant in any way!!!!!

Jai fait lessai de leur poutine Général Tao qui est nouveau et pour les amateurs de met chinois, mais en poutine est un excellent choix !! Elle nest pas trop sucré. La sauce un peu forte (mais c voulu) et des mcx de poulet ! Venez lessayer !! Et en passant, leur saucisse a hot-dog ne contiennent aucun porc (pour ceux qui nen mange pas).
Its an excellent experience, every time we go there we are always well received and well served, plus the food is an intense foodgasm. I especially recommend the chicken poutine!!

It s pretty good but their schedule doesn t make sense it s not really open at normal hours, closed on Mondays not practical enough so we go elsewhere. We remember banging our noses against the door too many times. Like today they are closed for the holidays... I would like to believe its a small restaurant, but its still closed at convenient times for a working family with a child. I always end up at coq o bec. I m going to stop coming to the area, I don t even live near But the food is good, nothing to complain about if you are able to go there within the limited hours.

I think its the best paterie in the Lautentides. Clearly. Round fries, hamburger hot dog poutine, everything is just too good. Too bad it closes in winter (unless that changes) I would go all year round. Parking: There are 2 places to park.

La Pataterie is my favorite burger and poutine spot. The ingredients are fresh, the staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable. I love their bacon cheeseburger and their extra cheese poutine!

Sérieusement c est délicieux! Ca me fait de la peine de mettre 2 étoiles mais je ne peux recommander ce restaurant qui sert des repas dans des assiettes de stiromouse, des verres et des contenants non réutilisables et non recyclable! D autant plus qu il y a du compost a Deux-Montagnes donc les assiettes en carton pourrait aller directement au compost avec les reste de nourriture!
