Staff is lost and alone. One person serving take 30 mins to get a cold plate. The owners don't care with what I see. Too bad this franchise is not run like others. On top of the rude response from the owner. No wonder why it won't get better. I wasn't even the people that they are responding about. I just saw what happened and have gone to many spice bros before. I give honest opinion. Maybe you should take it and get better instead of justifying your incompetence to run a good restaurant. Since you like looking at your cameras than look hood. I was the person after the couple your talking about. Shame on you and your shifty customer service.
I love the service of this place , everything is so neat and clean and top of that they have amazing customer service. Especially the manager of the store is very sweet, she offers on the side and she is also very polite !! Plus they have so many options in vegetarian meals as well and it is halal. worst service I received ever. the lady there did not observe the order placed online and gave me attitude. ended up asking for my money back and will never go there again. the way customers are treated definitely needs improvement. at least for St Eustache location. I cannot comment on the quality of the food, since I lost my appetite After the owner's reply: is her attitude acceptable? you make it sound that I had no reason to be upset. dissapointing you accept this kind of behavior from your employees. I even mentioned that I don't mind waiting and she tapped the machine. I only reproduce her action saying this is not the way to talk to anybody, even less à customer.
Alex helped us greatly by explaining the menu. Also when you come in, you can smell all the aromatics. As for food, my wife loved her butter chicken bowl, I took the spicebros bowl and I wasn't impressed. It's fragrant, the sauces are good and aromatic but the chicken, potatoes and basmati rice had a dry texture from pre-preparation. Don't get me wrong, it's a fast food franchise and I understand why they do this quick. The portions are generous and for the price, it's hard to beat. To finish, the samosas, naan bread, mango lassi and curry cookies were delicious. I would come back to try something else for sure. Food : 7/10 Service : 12/10 Value for the money : 9/10

Branch in St Eustache, the food is really good but there is a serious problem with the service time, I know very well that they are doing their best but when I arrived the employee was preparing an order for Uber Eat(6: 00pm) there were 3 people in front of me, I was not in a hurry I had all my time around 6:15 the Uber delivery man arrived, when I received my order it was 6:55 , the delivery man was still there waiting for the order to be ready and became impatient, same thing for the customer after me. I seriously believe that you should send an expert trainer to show them how to manage times, show the right tempo, everything was out of sync, we understand that those who will receive their Uber order will not eat hot their meal was on the counter for more than 55 minutes the delivery man waited after the naan bread. I think that on Friday 2 employee behind the counter would not be not too much...I would only cook the naan bread for 1. The food is really good, thats why I always wait to be served but its seriously problematic at this branch

Excellent food. The service is too long. Skip and doordash are going to kill these PCQ restaurants because of them the on-site experience is unpleasant.
Very good service from the employee who knew how to keep her smile despite the fact that she had too many orders for one person. This young employee should not find herself alone on a Friday evening with all her online orders. Waiting 31 minutes for 1 bowl and 1 wrap is inconceivable... I understand that there may not be enough volume to have 2 employees in place, but such slow service will not make your future customers want to return. Once again hats off to this employee who gave everything while keeping her beautiful smile!!

Very friendly employees but its the worst Indian food Ive eaten in my life. I like Indian food and I have already eaten at different restaurants in Montreal and Laval. Its expensive and no taste (fast food). Roti Boti in Laval is excellent and less expensive.
I understand the labor shortage but I consider it unacceptable that the person behind the counter does not speak a word of French and when I ask her she tells me that she is going to go to school to learn ...that cant be learned in 2 weeks. Also, I had tasted the veggie bowl at Carrefour Laval which was excellent and the same in St-Eustache so spicy..not edible I asked the employee before leaving why the dish was different here and she told me that she didnt ask me what sauce I wanted and she put the spicy one...she left it I apologized

I really want to like Spice Bros, its so good. Unfortunately, todays workers fill their ingredients on top of a good layer of the older ingredient, handle money and food without washing their hands or carrying people. I speak English very well but having employees who only approach me in English frustrates me excessively.
Service in English only. I work in the West Island and I serve in French then if asked politely I continue in English. I will never go back there again. Not sure that you will understand my opinion because it is in French.
Update The food is still good, and the girl at the counter is sweet, but no service in French in Saint-Eustache. Were not in Westmount.
Very bad experience I do not recommend. 1.Service in English, no hello and thank you,. 2.I ordered a chicken poutine and it just had small cheese and large potatoes for a total of $20.
Update! Vegetables are now fresh after a policy change for food storage and Im happy to say its now very excellent! :)

Fast food, especially not traditional Indian cuisine. The only thing edible was the naan bread... To think I relied on the 4.2 stars... I wonder where they came from. In response to your comment. Ive been cooking Indian food for over 20 years. I have no problem with dishes being revisited as long as its as good or better. As far as I am concerned, the exercise is anything but successful.

Finally! A SpiceBros near my house! The service was great and the food was delicious. I had a samosa and a curry chicken Frankie roll. The fresh garlic naan makes the roll so much better. And don t even get me started on that coriander sauce. 10/10 would recommend

Im still confused... Ive tried different locations, started really good but as time goes by, quality went down. I was happy to see a location on the north shore, i was willing to give them a last chance... It was the last chance! Nice decor, but the food its just not what it was anymore... Never going again and for good.

Very good service in St-Eustache. Too noisy to eat there: ventilation and music which has nothing to do with Indian culture. I love fish and seafood but putting that in Naan bread??? that s too much. For bowls I like it better when Indian food is separated than when it is stacked like Japanese or Korean bowls (apart from Bibimbap). Will go back but wont eat there and will ask for smaller portions.

Way overpriced for the quality of food. The chickpea masala was like burned, spicy baked beans. The samosas were 98% dough.
