Superb welcome and service. Nothing exceptional but nothing bad. Well eaten and well received by the staff

I had to repeat the order twice to the young girl and she charged me 6 more pieces. I asked to have them free because the order was wrong but the two Chinese cooks insulted me. I will never go back there again.

We ordered from the sushi shop in St-Eustache: 1.they did not want to honor the coupons received by mail 2. The order was incomplete (missing 3 sushi) for a value of more than $30 3. they refused to refund, compensate in any way. Customer service does not return any messages. ATTENTION

I ordered sushi and my girlfriend came to pick them up, I had asked for the sushi to be without cucumbers and had paid for a starter of the new takoyakis. I didnt receive any takoyakis and the sushi in my Ocean Twelve combo had cucumbers. I guess it was a combo already made in the fridge that they gave him. I order often, very disappointed with the bad service

I ordered 150 pieces of chefs choice, there were more than 50% in cucumbers, I arrived home and realized that it was the worst sushi I have eaten in my life, dry without taste and even one looks like they werent made the same day. Very disappointing, especially after paying $220. Plus I didnt even have the chopsticks included! I strongly advise you to order from another place! ..reply to what you sent me by e-mail: seriously $30? On a $220 bill that I paid and threw away? Is that what you want to start with? Anything!

Very very ordinary service. We ordered the sushi around 5 p.m., they said to come by at 7 p.m. to pick them up. At 7 p.m. they had not started making our order. Really disappointed.

Its fun paying $96 for 50 sushi but in the end there are 15 which are broken into pieces and in addition to finding a hair in it first and last time I look there you ask me to post a photo 6 hours after my comment hey mom cave I no longer have the sushi its thick and anyway like I said theres no point in contacting your customer site its been 2 times Ive ordered it and the sushi arent good sorry not Sorry but thats it Didnt taste fresh the 2 times I bought you have some improvement to do

The waiting time is painful. On several occasions they give an hour for the pick-up and it is never respected. Must add at least 30 minutes more waiting time at the restaurant. Today was a record, 45 minutes of additional waiting. Absolutely ridiculous. I dont understand why they never give a real time instead of making their customers wait and waste their time. Plus, its really too expensive.

I came in and saw an employee dropping fish on the floor, picking it up and rinsing it then putting it back on the counter. I immediately left without ordering anything.

I have always had good service, besides we stay in Ste-Marthe and we travel to St Eustache to have the best fresh sushi.

I took the trouble to order in advance. I arrive, say my name and am told that it will be ready shortly. I had to wait 30 minutes before going to see the cashier to ask him whats going on with my order, all mixed up searches in these things and tells me oh yes its here... On the counter everything this temp. Luckily I was rude enough to ask him why it took so long otherwise I think I would have slept there.

Sushi are delicious and the service is simply wonderful and fast I love going there when I have sushi cravings because they make my order fast I don t have to wait long . Always fresh sushi I even buy for the following day and they are still delicious the next day I definitely recommend this place Sushi Lover

Its been 3 times that Ive eaten there, its been 3 times that theyve ordered the wrong order so I have to wait twice as long to get my order.... its simple, poke bowl WITHOUT lettuce.. I can understand that to err is human but 3 times in a row... I call that bad service. Also the ingredients dont seem very fresh, I wont go back there again and I dont recommend this place.

You should absolutely go to the sushi burrito shop. I tried all the other sushi places in town, and this was hands down the best. I went with my wife and we were really happy with our selection. The service was great and we both left stuffed. They have a lot of vegetarian options too!

Very disappointed. I ordered a Volcano poke bowl for delivery and half of the ingredients were missing (orange, green onion, tempura).

I showed up there last January (2021), there was a smell of rotten fish. I didnt order that day.

No one answers the phone, so we have to go to the restaurant to order, then wait 30-45 minutes to receive our order. Please respect requests (Ex: no cucumber in sushi) Very disappointed, Im going to find a new sushi restaurant!

I love this sushi shop. in my opinion it is one of the best in the region but when we talk about covid and the closing time is at 8 p.m. and I show up at 7:15 a.m. to be turned away for the reason: we have been closing because of 5:30 a.m. we no longer have any customers! I find it quite a cheap shot...

Quand les hommes sont là ? aucune chance. tu manges ce que je fais. bien que je comprenne que le shop est bruyant, les attitudes des caissiers sont pires. Le vieil homme dans larrière-cuisine ne sen soucierait pas du tout.

The best sushi of all the quick service sushi restaurants I have ever found better than sushi shop. They are made more eco-friendly. On my last orders all the meal boxes were recyclable and no longer offer disposable plastic bags so bring your bag.

I went to eat on a Monday at 3:30 p.m., only 3 ready-to-go dishes were available. The freshness was not at all there. The dish I chose should have been removed from the shelf. Disappointed with my visit.

We went in and took our food from the fridge. We waited 5 minutes in front of the counter without even receiving a hello or sign that we had been seen. When we asked to pay we were told with attitude We are busy We are patient but being ignored is normal!

They indicate that they close at 9 p.m., we call at 8:15 p.m. and we are put on hold for 10 minutes, then we show up in person at 8:35 p.m. and we are told that they cannot make us sushi because they have decided to close early. Very poor customer service.

Disappointing experience, the staff looked stupid, the wait was long when there was no one there. They also refused my discount coupon which is 100% valid and which I had just received in the mail! Personally I would not return to this place even if the sushi was ok.

Too long of a wait and when your meal is ready they make you wait again because people are ordering. Can one person take orders and the other charge people whose meals are ready? My pokebol was cold when it got home.

I have ordered from this store on ubereats many times, I saw they are open on Google but closed on ubereats (opens on Monday). I called the store to understand why, the man told me we dont do ubereats here, I said on your Google listing and on ubereats it says you do also the fact that I have ordered from here countless times before. He simply told me ils ont marqué ça, nous on ne fait pas ça ici il faut venir en magasin seulement. What am I missing???

There is not an employee with his mask, its really unprofessional, pi legit degeu. While I was waiting, I SAW AN EMPLOYEE COUGHING while he didnt have his mask on.

Small sushi restaurant with few seats inside, more suitable for take-out orders. The poke bowls are absolutely delicious, I tried the salmon one with crispy rice. Be careful to avoid peak hours, as all the dishes are fresh the waiting time can be a little longer when there are more people so plan your times of passage. In short, a good experience, we ate in the restaurant and stayed there for several hours without problems.

Good restaurant above the average Sushi Shop. I came by around 2:30 p.m. and the already ready counter was almost empty, I was in a hurry so I made do with the choice. Clean restaurant. The courtesy of the service ok but not great. The choice of drinks is really very limited compared to average... no kombucha, no aloe drink, not much in the end.

The Shushi Shop is beautiful and clean, the dishes are good and the service is relatively quick. The only thing I am very disappointed with is the courtesy of whoever served us. I dont expect to receive service from a 5 star restaurant however I hope for at least a hello, please and thank you. The person who served us barely looked at us without any smile and seemed extremely irritated as if we were bothering him with our questions and order. I found it awkward and not very pleasant. We ate there and usually in other Sushi Shops, they come to bring us the dishes but this time we were just called abruptly. I would like to point out that there was only us in the restaurant. In short, despite this the rest was very good. Maybe we had a bad day.

Waited 1 hour to get small poke bowls. Barely any condiments and zero sauce... worst sushi shop Ive seen. Very long service and very ordinary food for the price you pay. Normally poke bowls are much bigger and much better

I love sushi. I love sushi shops in general. I go there quite regularly. Its a little expensive but its always really good, you have to treat yourself from time to time... I like this particular store a little less because often there is slightly strange music (like rap) and it is often teenagers who lack a little courtesy in terms of customer service (not always but Ive already gotten a few strange ones In short, maybe its me whos a little too old.
