Employees dont know the difference between a hazelnut cold brew coffee and a hazelnut iced tim. When someone makes me a decent one, I feel like going for a 6/49... I dont have hot chocolate anymore either. The two times I took it, their machine didnt give the right dosage of powder and I ended up with hot water with a chocolate aftertaste. (It could be seen very clearly with the naked eye) Quite disappointed to pay for something when you go on the road and not get what you ask for... to err is human, but when its repetitive, there is reason to question whether the training is effective.

One of the worst Tim Hortons I know, at least for the drive-thru. It always takes a long time to be served, often errors in orders. The sandwiches came together all crooked and didnt look appetizing. I ordered a dream donut and they gave me a normal donut.
