When you go late at night/early in the morning always hard to have what you want to eat they don't keep food ready and they are most of the time too lazy to make it even if you want to wait for it

Some pogo esty who works there. We know that you hire everything that breathes and works, but is that a reason to lower the standards in terms of customer service? I order a plain, heated croissant, and have done so for the past year from my usual Tim. Here the girl gives it to me cold and hard, I remind her that it had to be heated. A answers me with great arrogance to take back my croissant. And give it back to me still cold. You have to be a genius now to know how to heat a croissant.
The guy forgot my sauce in my wrap very disappointed worker!!!!

The restaurant is clean and the food is good quality, but the wait time at the cash register is unacceptable. Other restaurants in Saint-Georges have a reasonable wait time even with the lack of staff, but this Tim Hortons is worse than worse. We also see 5 or 6 employees working or walking around behind the counter and none come to answer the cash register. Sometimes you have to wait 10 minutes to be answered.
Worst service ever received at a Tim Hortons coast to coast. We ordered 50 minutes before the restaurant closed last Saturday. The manager asks us to leave with the order, not to sit down because she wants to be sure to close on time. Im requesting an invoice for my business expenses, too late you ordered two minutes ago. The customers there were all unhappy.

The worst restaurant in town. After reporting a blatant lack of hygiene to the manager during our visit, she was unpleasant. No sense of customer service. The employee responsible for the disgusting gesture while preparing the drinks denied it and even told us that we were liars. I will never set foot in this restaurant again and I absolutely do not recommend it.

I show up in the morning and ask for a VERY LARGE coffee...they serve me a large one! Im not going to complain about $0.25 worth of coffee. I go back at lunch and ask for your new tim morning honey bacon on English muffin. I received regular bacon on a bagel. 2/2 in the same day at the drive-thru! I am slightly in sacrament. Big zero!!!!

I call to ask them to prepare 12 muffins for me, so 6 fruit explosions. Answer impossible to have fruit explosions this evening I ask them to cook it for me, the air weighs on their backs and asks for a full-flavored bagel they refuse to cook it for me bad experience x1000

The drive-thru clerks love to fool people, they tell you your debit card didnt go through but they pass you the payment twice after checking with my bank account and they charge you for a coffee thats supposed to be free and it keeps the money in their pocket

When I usually go there, its impeccable. However, I made a mobile order for a chocolate frosted cream. This one tasted like iced cappuccino. I went back to the drive-thru to get it changed and they only added chocolate and it was mixed with the whipped cream. I was hoping this would improve its taste, but no. It was undrinkable, while the other times it is excellent.
