We got there a little later in the evening so the donuts weren't the freshest, but they were still great. There staff were excellent.

A great place to stop after crossing the US-Canada border for a light snack or coffee. Tim Hortons is certainly a better version of Dunkin' Donuts or Mcdonald's! Fast service and delicious food. I especially recommend the Timbits and eclairs.

Suzie (la propriétaire) prend bien soins de son equipe et de son restaurant! One of the fastest Tim’s Ive been to! The DT line up might seems huge but they are very fast. They don’t make many mistakes and if they do, just let them know and they’ll give you a coupon for a free coffee on your next visit! The owner is very friendly and she takes care of her crew and her store. I highly recommend this location for all US travelers visiting Quebec
A good stop for a place to eat in the first town after crossing the US/Canada border. Donuts, coffee, lunch sandwiches and soup. Everything freshly made.
One of the best Tim's I've stopped by. Order well executed with well trained, fast and smiling staff.
Is the Canadian version of McDonald's or Dunkin donuts but better, definitely the food in Canada tastes better.

Great service! We ordered a coffee, a French vanilla with a chicken bacon wrap and everything was very delicious the drinks were not bland and the wrap was very good everything was very delicious! Its quite rare to have good service of this kind. I live in Quebec and I can tell you that its not at all the same quality of service!!! Thank you very much, keep up the good work!!

Slow service +++ a cash register open in the middle of dinner time, the second cash register is lit but no staff to answer customers, customers wait there but no one notifies them if the cash register is closed, avoid!!!

I am a frequent customer of Tim Hortons and on that day Friday March 29, 2024. I went to this Tim Hortons to make a request, which I normally do and I found poor service performance on the part of the cashier which very rudely gave me a favor. The white woman with purple hair with a heart makeup (tattoo). I just wanted a different sauce than usual and she told me that all sauces are the same.

We never get what we want. Nothing is ever available. Food is not half cooked. Tim Hortons isnt what it used to be. It should close.

A child served me I thought it was 14 years and over to work but the boy who served me was very clearly not Not 14 years old. Apart from that the potatoes were good.

They mixed up my order and since Im allergic to certain food products I didnt even eat anything else, they put your order in bags that are too small and dont close so when you get home its cold

The property of the place is very little to be desired... There were crumbs everywhere and the tables were not cleaned, especially the baby seats; there were crumbs and stains. Then when I asked for dishes, they were really dirty , it was disgusting. When I order donuts, they put it all wrong in the bag and the chocolate or maple sticks to the paper and its really frustrating...however, I have nothing to say about the drive-thru, its fast and efficient.

Je peut vous affirmer que leur sourire est naturel, non forcé et de faire à semblant de sourire et de demander comme exemple, (un chausson au pomme avec ça!!) Hein!! ou , (un loto max) Ha! Ha! Ha! A real Tim Horton with full shelves, hot coffee and service with a beautiful smile. Well located and easy to access. The dream donuts are also excellent and fresh. Absolutely nothing to complain about this place and the freshness being there, I could qualify this Tim Hortons as one of the good ones. Nice job

Very busy Tim Hortons. Drive-thru service almost always full. A line that often goes all the way to the street, but on the other hand we must admit that the employees are incredibly efficient and the service is fast.
The service was fast and without oversights/errors. In addition, the cleanliness of the premises was impeccable. Tim Hortons owners in the Montreal area should follow suit.
Really lousy service. They made a mistake 3 times in my orders and refused to correct their error. They made me pay twice. Really disappointing.
