Une expérience unique et de très haut niveau où la contrainte (ingrédients provenant exclusivement du Québec) est clairement le moteur de la créativité (assiettes divines). Tout est Québécois: la musique, les trouvailles de vins et l’histoire du lieu. Le 1668 est fier du Québec, le Québec a tout pour être fier du 1668.
Nous sommes allés souper là hier soir avec mon conjoint! Expérience parfaite. Nourriture et vins excellents. Notre serveur Kevin était très sympathique et minutieux de tout nous expliquer. Plats savoureux, originaux, et vins québécois qui sont très agréables à découvrir. Très belle soirée, merci!
Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute. Tout était bon, le service impéccable aussi ! Je le recommande à tous.

Impressionnée et charmée par ce restaurant qui peut facilement se comparer aux meilleures tables des « grandes » ville! Dommage que je n’y étais que de passage; ce serait assurément mon resto préféré!
