This place is an experience, from the food to the staff, to the chef and cooks everything is wonderful. I highly recommend the 5 service choice that comes with a number of dishes. The menu seems to vary depending on season. I highly recommend sitting at the bar for groups of two to be able to watch the magic happen in the kitchen. Beautiful elaborate dishes that not only look great but taste amazing.

Already several visits for us to this beautiful establishment after a discovery 2 years ago. I can only recommend it! The dishes are elaborate and excellent, the atmosphere is warm and the service friendly. This is where we come whenever we have an occasion to celebrate! Small downside yesterday, the pear dessert where the latter was much too hard.. Only slight disappointment on several flawless visits!

Hello, my partner and I are a little disappointed with our evening today. We live not very far from Marlow and we have gone to eat at this restaurant about 5 times. Generally, everything was good every time we were there but this evening, I dont know if they changed cooks but the beef tab that my partner chose was bland and not very tasty. For my part, my duck breast was almost raw. I couldnt finish my plate because the meat was rolling around in my mouth ...the waitress didnt come once to ask us if everything was okay or offer us pepper or salt at the start for our dishes...for the dessert, my partner had the risotto and it was not up to the standard of the restaurant In addition, the waitress did not bring us knives so that we could cut our meat and after 10 minutes, I had to ask another waitress to bring me good knives we only had knives for buttering . In short, I praised this restaurant a lot to my friends that the dishes were tasty and succulent and the service was very good but after this evening, I am no longer sure Yeah . This is really very disappointed

What a great discovery! An AVV that rivals the best in Montreal, moreover with similar and well-deserved Google ratings. The cuisine is delicious and aromatic for those who like stronger sensations. We had a brunello and it was very good. Absolutely everything was excellent (which is very rare): carpaccio appetizer with olive puree, beef tartare (one of the very good ones Ive tasted and Im old!), duck breast, steak, dessert and even the trou normand was a brilliant fragrant discovery.

Incredible dishes, attentive service, I highly recommend! We ate at the counter and we were able to chat with a kind sous chef (Léa if I remember correctly) who described the dishes to us with exceptional attention to detail.

Warning: if you are thinking of going to Marlow for the first time, there is a strong risk that you will leave feeling overwhelmed and exhilarated! And I weigh my words. Each dish, from appetizer to dessert, is a unique experience in which the taste buds are exalted by the finesse and diversity of flavors. The careful presentation makes you salivate, not to mention the smells tickling the nostrils which make you want only one thing: to satisfy our growing hunger. The staff is attentive, eager to provide us with an exceptional experience. A special mention to Vincent, who knew how to add his personal touch with good humor and humor. The price is not for all budgets. That said, for the exceptional quality of the experience at Marlow, I can say that it is worth the price, and I would even say that it is a low price to pay to touch the sky with every bite.

I give 4 stars only because,after such good starter and appetizer(amazingly good) I was expecting the same from the main dish....it was good,but not up to the 2 first service(accompagnent was ordinairy and meat a bit dry...) but still a very good surprise

Good atmosphere and great service! We took the recommended 5-course tasting menu. The plates were well presented and the flavors were varied, but less suited to me (this is completely personal, my boyfriend loved everything). Favorite for the sturgeon sashimi.

Nice space but plastic chairs not very comfortable. outside. The hardest part was the pieces of Faux Filet meat difficult to chew; lots of nerves over the 3 steaks. My father-in-law mentions more fake than fillet! The cod was succulent and the starters delicious. Very courteous service. On the other hand, always changing lenses when changing from white to red would be really appreciated. Enjoy your food !

This is my fourth visit. In my opinion, it is the best restaurant on the South Shore. Everything is delicious.

Very good restaurant, the service was excellent. The food was good. I dont want to sound pedantic but I would say more of a 4.3* if it would be in Montreal. 4.8 is overkill. We had the shrimp dumpling with veal rice, troue normand with berries and sangria, bbq beef tartare, and deconstructed choco cake. The dessert was excellent. I think for the south shore its very good but its not worth the detour if youre from Montreal. Bring your cin is great to bring a the work of time, Springfield estate 2017 (South African Bordeaux style) and the pairing was very good.

Small BYOB restaurant located in St-Hubert. It is well hidden on the side of a building. We went there at 6 p.m. and the room was full! It wasnt too noisy and the food was exceptional!! A superb discovery. We had the tasting menu. The amuse-bouche and the Trou Normand were refreshing. The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend.

An expérience that has to be lived!

We went to Marlow with colleagues. For them, it was the first time, for me the 2nd, I liked my experience the first time (in summer on the terrace) so I wanted to introduce them to it. We were unanimously disappointed (5 people..!). The service was long. The dishes (especially the starters) are not very generous (especially for the price! Between $18 and $20 for a 4-bite starter...). Ill let you look at the photos of the squid whose bites were ridiculously small. The veal rice tasted like vinegar. The starter dumpings were 2 on the plate. As a dish, I ordered the braised pork shoulder and Ill let you judge by the photo, theres nothing shoulder or braised about it... My colleague ordered the filet mignon and didnt like it neither. My colleague ordered a Perrier and received San Pellegrino without being informed that it was that and not Perrier (a detail you will tell me, but it only adds to the negative experience..). In short, between that and the fact that the room is not well ventilated, it smells like grease. We waited a long time, whether to order, or for the starters then the dishes then to pay. I often go to the restaurant and I give a lot of reviews, unfortunately this one is up to my (our) experience. We will not return there and I unfortunately advise against it.

Wow wow wow. What a great dining experience. The menu is concise but designed to satisfy a wide range of tastes. A limited menu allows for better control of the dishes offered in my opinion. The prices are reasonable considering the Bring your own wine option. The service is exceptional. The open-plan kitchen is clean and the scents that emanate from it are tempting. The layout of the room is a little crowded and the restaurant can become noisy in the middle of the evening.

A very pleasant first experience! Sitting at the counter, we were able to appreciate the work of the chef-owner and his team. Our dishes were all presented with attention, the cooking was perfect (perhaps the cook could use an instrument other than the pick to check the temperature of the meats!!), the purees and the sauces: a real WAH (I would have taken a little more)! Lively and noisy atmosphere like a busy bistro on a Friday evening. In our opinion, the service was a little under pressure. Thank you to the chef for taking the time between the 2 services to come and meet the customers.

Bad experience. The starter plates contained 20 grams of food! But at a price of around $20!!! The place is too noisy and the ventilation is ineffective. You can smell the frying inside the restaurant. The service was way too long. For all these reasons I do not recommend this place.

Culinary perfection!

Wow. Im always afraid that a restaurants reviews will be overhyped but this time yes, WOW, Le Marlow deserves all the compliments they receive. For fine dining, the portions are generous. We had the desserts to go, it wasnt my best but I blame that on my choice. The rest from start to finish was delicious. A great experience that my boyfriend and I will relive for sure!

Everything was very good. Fair prices for this type of establishment. If you are not very hungry, choosing a starter and an à la carte main course is more advantageous. The waitress of January 28, 2024 is more than perfect: a rare pearl of competence and kindness.

We went for a birthday the whole room was for our group. Fast and friendly service. It was a fixed price holiday menu per person. There was no childrens menu but they catered really well for young children, I was even jealous of their dessert . First time for me and probably not the last. We see that they love cooking and that they do everything to provide a great experience.

The Marlow is quite simply the French restaurant par excellence for its super friendly approach and its very gourmet dishes, but at an acceptable price (we can also bring our wine). I had the chance to return there for an evening on December 31st and the meal, 6 courses, this evening was just magnificent, both in terms of the food and in terms of the service.

My daughter and I were impatient to try this new little restaurant that has opened in St-Hubert. Covid unfortunately delayed this moment but finally the day before Mothers Day we reserved for the 5:30 p.m. service and were well received by Caroline who offered us a small table near the window. Caroline informed us well and detailed how the 5 courses worked, the appetizers and a description of some of the dishes of interest to us. Fast and efficient service from the start. Unfortunately, for the rest, the service was a little long. Sincerely, I understand the owner wanting to maximize his space and make up for all the monetary losses of the last year, however, it should be taken into consideration that you do not have all the staff necessary to accommodate and offer 5 star service to all. customers seated in your restaurant. I sincerely believe that you should take a few fewer customers to ensure that they are served quickly and efficiently in order to free the table for the next service. Well, the less painful thing, the bite of the moment or Arancini was good. I liked the crunch and the sauce but for me I didnt like the strong flavor of the parmesan. I had the candied leek as a starter and found it a little stiff. Without the duck this one would have been simple but the duck definitely elevated the whole thing. The main dish for me was the stuffed chicken balotine. I liked it, I found it to have a bit of a spicy taste BUT I honestly hated the gnocchi. I found them very mushy and having a very strong vinegary taste. To be subtracted from the dish and replaced with something else please. I had the lemon-based dessert of the day and it was good. The Norman hole after the entrance is surely seen as a nice touch but for my part I find it unnecessary. So, I like the French bistro style restaurant and with the full and adequate staff it will be good. The dishes are well presented and were good BUT nothing was WOW. I know, I know that everything has increased including salaries, but at the moment, I dont think what I ate was worth that price. There is room for improvement. Thanks to our waitress for offering me another HOT coffee to make up for the one that sat on the table waiting for sugar. I will not comment on my daughters dishes, I leave it to her to give her personal opinion if she wishes. Good luck to Marlow. 12-01-2024 2try. Fast and perfect service from start to finish by Isabelle. The flaky appetizer in peanut sauce was just ok. The gnocchi starter with duck confit and the beef credo were very good. I repeat myself as above but for me a Norman hole adds absolutely nothing to my culinary experience and in fact, I find it completely useless. Just a little eye-catching. Risotto good but not enough on the plate. It was the first time I tasted beef cheek. Slow cooked meat but I didnt like the taste and texture. Too much fat and a spice that I didnt like. I didnt eat it. I would like to point out that we informed Isabelle that all the dishes were far too salty. Im a salter but it was too much in this case. Campfire marshmallow and chiffon for dessert were good. So overall it was better than last time even if it was too salty. Deserved that I add 1 star BUT I didnt get the WOW factor.

We went to dinner at Marlow as a couple. The service and atmosphere were perfect. Honestly, this restaurant is impeccable! Every plate we received was an explosion of flavor. The menu is very sophisticated and we see that the team is meticulous. We were impressed by the Marlow experience. This is our new favorite restaurant. I recommend you take all 5 courses and share with 2 people. This allows you to taste an 8 to 10 course. My boyfriend and I eat really a lot and according to some photos I saw on the internet I was a little afraid of still being hungry when we left but no!! We were really full. I recommend everyone to go there!

So much so, it s hard to believe! First of all, the service is impeccable. On a 5 course there is no inconsistency in the sequence of dishes. Its fast, even too fast. (It is a compliment). For food quality it is A1. Truly excellent, haute cuisine. Very well done. Quality on the plate and the portions are perfect. Long live this good little restaurant since I will be returning there often.

We went to eat at Marlow this Saturday for the first time and certainly not the last! We ate extremely well. We opted for the 5-course experience as recommended by our waitress and were really not disappointed. The taste, cooking and flavor combinations were sensational. A big congratulations to the kitchen team, because thanks to them we had an excellent romantic moment! You are the one who makes the difference! Small comment regarding the Norman hole. I would have preferred to have something lighter and refreshing rather than something sweet between the starter and the main course, but that s a personal taste and the one served was still delicious! We ate on the terrace and luckily, because inside we found that it is very noisy and above all, that there is not much space between the tables. Very close to the customers next door and difficult to hear each other speak. The service was good but nothing more. Basic service without being exceptional, but nothing negative to highlight. Looking forward to going back :)

We went as a group for a party, the food and service was really excellent. The atmosphere was good too but our group occupied the entire room, so I cant normally judge. The table dhôte menu is really interesting plus its a BYOB option. Update 2023: We returned with friends and children from Toronto and are still as satisfied and they also appreciate that they offer a simplified dish for children (gnocchi/parmesan)

We celebrated our sons graduation there. I appreciated being called to ask if we would like to be on the terrace. The service is very friendly and efficient. The food was excellent, but some dishes were way too salty. As my mother would say, the chef is in love! Big crush on the coconut and passion fruit Normandy hole. We will come back to this.

Terrible service, never filled up water or checked up on whether we liked the food or not. Rachel, the waitress failed to take our order properly as she had to return to take them again as she skipped over a few people. Food was ok, and ambiance was good although we could hear one of the chefs yelling at his other peers which made it awkward and unenjoyable. Very unfortunate.

One of the best food Ive seen in the area. The place looks quite basic and really crowded. You cant have a romantic dinner here but its still nice and the quality of food takes it all, its really noticeable that they care about what they serve. Small French cuisine restaurant with a 5-course menu for $68 to $76. It includes an appetizer, a starter, a trou normand, a main course and a dessert. Plus, you can bring your own wine. The flavors of each dish were present and sought after. The appetizer was a little lukewarm. The gravlax was good although the swordfish could have been sliced thinner. The Norman hole was superb with its ice cream and baileys. However, the strip filet was overcooked as was the apple crumble for dessert. Parking: Several in front of the convenience store. Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible but the restaurant is small

What you think it is. Is exactly that but with a little twist a small flare of fusion. Just enough to become its own classic original style .Pricey ? Not enough I find tho dont tell them that ;) . Needs just a small bit more consistency for regulars. But thats it . Great spot .

One of the best restaurant in the area. The food is amazing and diverse. The pairing of the flavors is creative but classic at the same time. The service was also really great. Never felt rushed but never had to wait for them for anything. Had time to chat and truly enjoy our evening. It was all very lovely and I recommend this place to everyone.

My son invited me and his partner to celebrate our holiday meal last night at this restaurant. All three of us greatly enjoyed this dining experience. It was a taste pleasure from the first to the fifth course, accompanied by the wine chosen and brought. It s that kind of restaurant where the final bill is definitely worth it.
