Super good food and drinks, excellent service. On the other hand, the music is too loud, we cant hear ourselves talking. Lots of big groups. So for a first date its not ideal, but with friends its great.

Excellent service, menu for all tastes. Festive atmosphere on Saturday evening with singer. Dont be like me, dont go there for a first date to get to know someone.

Wow, beautiful place, very friendly waitress and nice person, pleasant atmosphere and finally a cocktail worthy of the name. I had a very nice date with my girlfriend. I will return for sure. :)

A Steak and Fries menu for a total of $37, Im not exaggerating, but the steak was half a slice of white bread, a ridiculous and insulting portion. I mentioned this to the waitress and she said she wasnt the one who made the portions. I love the place

The food is good I recommend.

There were 28 of us for a family dinner, more than half did not like their meals. The toilets were very dirty. Ordinary service, not even offered coffee and dessert at the end of the meal. It was only the atmosphere that was acceptable. I will avoid this restaurant in the future.

we ordered, 1 simple hamburger, received not cooked - 1 steak and fries, received a lot of tirasse - 1 Mexican salmon tartare, received classic - no request for coffee or desserts, the bathroom was disgusting at 6:15 p.m. .imagine at midnight, the fries were good following your response, I went to the bathroom before the lady vomited everywhere and it was dirty and lacked paper, yes we asked for coffee and dessert as this was not offered.

We came for a Sunday dinner as a family of 2 adults and 6 children. We were welcomed like kings. The waitress was really great. The quality of the service was perfect as was the food, everything was perfect. The place was very clean. We didnt miss absolutely anything. The owner is very friendly, attentive and human. I highly recommend. THANKS

The McDonalds could have been gourmet!!! Very long wait, very mediocre food, after 3 times at the restaurant... still very high for a bill of $190 for two people... Without alcohol!!!! ?? Just dinner with my wife!!!!

There were 2 of us who ordered the Grilled Chicken with Lemon and Herbs. One with fries and the other with potatoes. Everything was disgusting. The stiff chicken with charred parts. Vegetables very soft, overcooked. Cold and limp fries. Rubber style potatoes. We politely informed the waitress who told us she had a problem with their cooking plate and even admitted that she had mentioned to the cook that the meat was overcooked!!!! However, it was a Sunday evening and the restaurant was practically empty so there was not much of a rush for him. It is certain that I no longer go to this St-Hyacinthe restaurant.

This special Thursday tartare I had the Mexican salmon: Fresh Atlantic salmon tartare cut with a knife, avocado sauce, coriander, cucumber, chives and green shallots, ordinary... 4-5 pieces of cucumber 4 -5 rounds of jelapeno... no taste of cilantro or avocado. The sweet potato fries are excellent. My friend had the sesame beef, also ordinary. My partner had the White Rabbit poutine and it was good but despite the extra cheese it was still missing, the portion was generous as was the portion of fish and chips for our 4th guest. The service was OK but nothing more. It was for dinner, several tables were taken.

I simply loved it

It may not always be like this but it was my first time and getting my plate took an extremely long time and there was a shortage of ingredients which made my meal very ordinary for the price paid.

We were informed upon arrival that there was a minimum wait of 40 minutes even though we had a reservation. No place to wait for our table. The tables were pushed together, there were way too many people for the space available and it was very noisy! We didnt stay.

Nice place, good service, nice plates but lacks taste. The flank steak came with a sauce fortunately because otherwise it tasted nothing. The signature White Rabbit beef tartare was also not very spicy, lacking in spices and therefore just the taste of beef and parmesan. Everything was there for a good meal, the musicians were perfect for the atmosphere, the place was crowded, and we had a good time. But nothing we tasted made us say we should absolutely go back. If someone asked me to go back I wouldnt say no, but I dont think I would recommend it on my own.

1st thing.. the meals are too expensive for what is in them.. plus they serve you a cold meal. A dish with 6 ravioli, not far from $30.. I think youre fooling people a bit.. 2nd thing... one of the waitresses adds things to the bill when I didnt order... for me thats called theft. But obviously the heavier the bill, the more it pays off for her in terms of tips I would never go back there again...

Me and my partner went to get 2 plates of salmon tartare at White to bring since we had a long way to go. 20 minutes from the restaurant we realize that there are no croutons! We tried to eat it without croutons and honestly, it s really not good So no dinner! I call the restaurant and the young lady takes my message and tells me they will call me back. No returns in the next few days. I called back, they told me the same thing and still no response. I call back and ask for the owner. Mr. Abbas Sharif (owner) answers the phone and speaks to me condescendingly! No excuses, zero empathy, no respect! He said to me do you want to be compensated because there were missing croutons? » A big -10 for the service. At this point I didnt even want compensation anymore, I just wanted respect and service as I have the right as a customer who bought a dinner without being able to eat it. He told me I have had many clients who want to be right . Yes, I became angry and insulted that a restaurant owner doesnt care so much about his customers. Despite the many times he asked me what he could offer me to satisfy me (using a voice and intonation that clearly implied he was making fun of me) I refused because he continued to talking to me like I was worthless, talking to me like the reason for my call wasnt valid. Why am I writing here? Because life is pretty expensive these days and we should encourage good people and places that deserve it! Some owners bend over backwards for their customers and to provide unparalleled service. We need to stop letting this kind of behavior pass. On a positive note, you want to eat good tartare and have A1 service, I recommend x 1000 Kuto tartares Saint-Hyacinthe where the owner Sébastien Daigle works hard for his valued customers.

I really liked the food and the waitress and her smile. It was around 3 oclock in the afternoon and the music was very loud so we were in the evening! We asked a few times to turn down the sound and it became more tolerable!

I generally like White Rabbit. The tartare is very good and I like the atmosphere. Please fix your dishwasher problem though. Several glasses had lipstick marks and the utensils were all dirty Hope to see you next time!

Great atmosphere! The staff is always smiling and friendly and the food is excellent! The owner always comes around to introduce himself and make sure customers are happy! I recommend it if you are passing through St-Hyacinthe!

My Virgin Cesar had gone bad, it literally tasted musty. It was execrable. I mentioned it to the waitress and she explained to me that the bottle was new and that it was probably the spices that I didnt like!!! I drink it often and I know what it tastes like. I insisted but she never replaced the glass which I had barely touched, showed no opening and charged it to me anyway. Upon arriving home, the discomfort that had started at the White Rabbit continued until the next day: nausea, headache, dizziness, stomach ache. In short: Food poisoning. Its all well and good to offer to replace the glass afterwards, but when an establishment causes food poisoning its a big question mark over its culinary practices.

I am very disappointed, I ordered a hamburger steak, it was not even freshly prepared, it was reheated, the meat was dry. For the price I wasnt expecting something reheated in the microwave.

The food is good. The service was ok, but no special mention. I found the prices a little expensive compared to other restaurants of the same type. More of a bar atmosphere with music and DJ is good but not recommended for a dinner where you want to chat quietly over a meal. Seated section at the bar or on tables and high chairs or regular table section, its up to you to choose what suits you.

If I could give 0, I would. As for the food, it was quite ordinary, a good thing not to choose an expensive dish. Fries almost burnt, cheese curds not fresh. My friends plate was cold, she asked to have it reheated. But what about the service, there werent even 10 customers and it was slow. I asked my waitress for a lemon to put in my beer and brought it in her hand. She also came to see us at the table with her personal bottle of water in her hands, telling us that if we wanted our bills, to let her know because she was eating her poutine...wow! I have already eaten well at this place but I think there are things that have changed (like everywhere else) with the pandemic. My experience last night was as follows: my dish was completely cold (the macreuse), cooking was not respected, blue cheese sauce tasteless and so diluted that it looked like milk, the seasonal vegetables as indicated on the menu were in fact a few carrots.

I attended one of their paid shows! WOW! CAPOTED! I had a GREAT evening and the manager was very kind towards us!

The restaurant was 25% full and yet we waited hours for our drinks and our dishes. We asked for water 4 times and never received it. Then the food was really limited. Its too expensive for what it is!

Le service, malgré une réservation pour un groupe était plus que long. Le goût de la nourriture était bien mais nous nous attendions à mieux. Les portions sont trop petites pour le prix. The place is very beautiful... But the soup was too lemony, the General Tao was particularly disappointing.. Not disgusting but the worst Ive eaten in my life. The dessert is laughable. As soon as I paid: no more service. We stayed to chat with friends and we never had a water refill. If I had known, I wouldnt have thought... The bathroom didnt inspire anything good either. Besides, the paper to wipe your hands was not in the dispenser. I wont go back there. I am very disappointed because I often went to the White Rabbit in Longueuil and it was great there!
