Incredible how this beassicultural monument has become dull in the space of a few months. The atmosphere is dead, the bar service non-existent. It feels like an establishment that has forgotten everything good it did for 10 years....

Pas de service même si on avait réservé une semaine à lavance une heure pour avoir une bière et on a commandé une deuxième tout de suite pour ne pas attendre une heure de plus ...finalement la serveuse a fait semblant de ne pas nous voir...on voulait manger sur place mais après 3 heures on sest levé...cest une autre ordonne qui nous a fait payé

A late Thursday evening, charming staff, good beers, fast service, good pickle fries and excellent poutine. What more could you ask for? :)

I went to Le Bilboquet for an office happy hour on June 18, 2024 with several colleagues. The same evening, 3 of us (maybe even more) had food poisoning (severe stomach pains and severe diarrhea! We ate Nachos and a mixed plate of starters and only one beer! For me, I was sick after going eating in a pub is unacceptable!!! Of course I washed my hands before eating and my partner who was not present and had eaten the same dishes the last 4 days did not get sick. The only difference is this 5 to 7 at Bibloquet! The canned beer was barely cold (the employees advised us to get canned beer because the keg was even worse). Very slow service during the week even if few customers. Unfortunately, things have changed a lot over the last 20 years. Having been ill I will never return again or otherwise I would not consume any food. Probably with the temperature the refrigerators did not maintain the proper temperature (this is a guess because for the beer it was not cold enough to contain food).

Lots of difficulty getting it served, no beer refill and I was charged $3 more for a drink than the displayed price!

Saturday March 23 I went there with my boyfriend, my mother and her husband for a show at the venue very close to the pub. wow it was great our server (I didnt ask his name :-( ) was great he knows his beers and menu well. I appreciated that he asked us if we were going to the show and that he gave priority to the tables. Exquisite food and very affordable price. The atmosphere of the pub wow!

Nice little pub, all the staff seemed very sociable and welcoming. Nice selection of beers, really a place to discover, there is a lot of choice at the pump and the bottle. Pub food, what you would expect, fried foods, burgers, nachos etc. Vegetarian options: Cheese nachos or poutine, burger, nothing vegan displayed. Dietary restrictions: Nothing seen mentioning gluten free options or dairy free options besides removal. Fries and olives Parking: It s in the old town center of St-Hyacinthe, it s in the surrounding streets.

For your terrace dinner, for memorable 5 to 7 (which end in 5 to 10), its one of the best bars in the city... in any case... its always here that my colleagues choose to come. The choice of beers is practically endless, the food is tasty and the atmosphere is the one you bring! Updated 2023, this pub remains one of the most IN spots in the city... unmissable for those who love beer. Then for the food, you wont wait a billion years before being served!

Dinner with friends before a night out. The atmosphere was so subdued that we couldnt see what we were eating. Despite the freezing ambient temperature, our dishes were hot. Parking: Very close to the Intact Assurance parking lot, so very easy to park there and pay for the space.

Super friendly staff, attentive, proud of their products! Varied, quality and generous assets that will satisfy you. Theres something for the whole family. The beer is good and varied (from the most accessible to the experimental and in various alcohol levels) We recommend and will return every time we travel in that direction.

It was better before (former owner). Now: slow and poor service, cronyism and radicalization. Do you want to be bullied? The Bill is the place . Oh and the beer is terrible compared to before.

Ehhhh, 24 different kinds of beers! It was a good experience, excellent services, very warm place, we quickly felt at home. The atmosphere and decoration is rustic-pub style, I advise you to take a little detour to see this pretty microbrewery

Maybe a beer place at first glance, but ask Alex to mix you a cocktail of his own, you wont be disappointed.

The beer is good, but the plates are a little expensive considering that the dishes are not very elaborate. Very friendly staff and good atmosphere. A good place to go before seeing a show just a few steps away in Sainte-Hyacinthe.

A little disappointed that Archangel is not available other than in cans. The pitcher is more expensive too.

Not very busy on Sunday lunchtime, perfect for a dinner with the family. The beer selection is excellent and the service is extraordinary. The waiter was very knowledgeable about the different kinds of beers.

A little rainy Tuesday... Tranquillo.... A good Prague beer at the bar and then boom, around eight smiling graduates from the ITAQ Class of 2023 come to brighten up their farewell evening between girls. What wonderful encounters with these young women with a future, their! ENJOY and long life.

We reserved a table for 2, when we arrived we waited a few minutes at the bar for someone to come see us (so far so good, understanding low staff) The young girl, visibly alone, tells us that ultimately no table is reserved, we have to find one ourselves and there is a QR code to tap on the table to view the menu. Seeing no one coming to meet us, we finally left to find ourselves at the restaurant next door which saved our dinner.

We came with friends on a Saturday afternoon. We were served by Nico and Camille, very warm welcome. In a good mood, the waiter suggested several beers brewed on site! Special mention to London and laurel! Festive and warm atmosphere. I will definitely go back!

Good atmosphere, the waitress was super friendly, the poutine was great according to my colleague and the burger was good. We have the choice of having half of both sides, thats good. Nice choice of beer, several currently not sold in stores and just made in small batches.

As soon as we arrived, we were made very welcome. The servers were all very cheerful and friendly. There were 2 terraces, one in front and one behind! We were even able to bring our dog there! We took 2 tasting palettes and all the beers were excellent! We had dinner with poutine and chicken drumsticks. Everything was excellent too and not expensive! Thank you for this great experience! We will definitely return!

Little visit to the Bilboquet microbrewery (the Bilpub) very relaxed atmosphere. The service was very good, the waiter helped me choose a tasting palette and when he served them he gave me a brief but very effective description of the beers. Afterwards they continued to ask us if everything was to our liking. Each waiter who passed by our table smiled at us or asked us if everything was to our liking. Thank you and dont give up. Salmon tartare was good, the beers good. The front terrace is ok but the back one is really more intimate. I really enjoyed it and the waiter was able to advise me well. The mayo for the fries was amazing :D

Draft beer not drinkable (you have to clean the taps and pumps sometimes). Several people in our group were unable to finish theirs (and we know that about beer!). Extremely arrogant waiter upon our arrival. I received the wrong item ordered from the menu and he persisted with me (in front of my other accomplices at the table) that thats what I ordered. It was quite an incredible experience. Damage.

First experience, I dont want to destroy the place on a single visit but there were several dozen wasps to the point that if it was my business I wouldnt have opened the business. The staff told us that there was a nest on the back terrace but even on the front terrace it was unlivable. I was stung even inside when we arrived so maybe just check with the establishment if the problem is resolved because its really unpleasant. August 14, 2022

We were there last Saturday evening. Wide range of beers, relaxed atmosphere and excellent service. The waiter even showed us around the beer making area with explanations. It was a beautiful evening.
