Had a beautiful meal here, Very good service and everything was spotlessly clean. Great location for the A20 as well.
We stopped here on our way home from vacation in the west.I ordered on their app and a message came up with a phone number to call re issue with the order. My AMX informed me I was charged for my order about the same time. To make a long story short we went to the take out counter to get our order since it charged us we figured it did go through. Staff were very helpful in trying to locate our order. Finally I ordered again from their take out counter as they gave me a number to call to get a refund for the first order. What I found out when I called the 800 number was they have a security check on all orders and if your postal code is from a distance away like another Province they will not process it. Nice safety feature but means you can't us the app to order without calling the number that comes up. Problem is if you miss the number it is no ware to be found after it disappears. All in all staff were great to help and food was delicious as usual.
Chicken wrap was horrible, did not taste like fresh chicken, texture was rubbery and bacon was chewy, service was amazing!! But will not be back
Food was great, little dry but they only had 2 servers taking care of all the tables. The servers were fast walking, almost running and still couldn't keep up, that's how busy they were. At one point even seating customers because the hostess disappeared. Management should be fired for not scheduling more staff.
Such a great combination of a restaurant , take out and a full sized bar . They have all 3 separate in the same building. The poutine is so good and the gravy is vegetarian . One of the best vegetarian wrap and burgers I have had with vegetarian meat . So flavorful and light . The peri peri sauce takes it over the top . One of the best food chains in Canada

Today is the last time I will order St-Hubert for delivery. After 2 hours of waiting, the order still hadnt arrived, so I canceled it and we settled with grill cheese . The latter will nevertheless be no less hot than if we had still waited in vitam eternam for the fateful hour of the said order. Was this a problem with the websites delivery estimate (which originally showed 45 minutes)? Or was it more of a problem of shortage of delivery people? Unfortunately, I didnt wait long enough for the fateful delivery time to find out. Regardless, some form of apology or compensation would have been appreciated in a situation like this, but none was offered to me during the 2 courtesy calls sent in increments of 1 hour in order to obtain updates. up to date to find out if the famous chicken had escaped into the wild! PS: to the parents of this world, please plan to pick up your order yourself before promising the famous pet shop in a yellow Beetle car to your child, because the 15 minutes following the announcement that this cardboard car will not make its entry on the kitchen table will not be the most relaxing. Luckily I make the best triangular grill cheese in the world! Sincerely, A dissatisfied customer.

Our group of 6 had different dishes. Observation: chicken nachos would be better with sour cream and shredded chicken instead of cubes, very good club sandwich, as well as rib poutine, chicken wings and pet shop. The music playlist was not very suitable for a family restaurant on a Saturday evening (very loud sound and hard rock or grunge music).

Order at the counter, no smile and I feel like Im disturbing staff discussion orders a soup $6.89 and on the terminal SURPRISE obligatory.... tips minimum 8% and asks me if I want utensils arrival at the office surprise a biscuit sodas its all wow what a bad experience so much and in addition I didnt see any chicken in the soup only pasta (noodles) and the very average broth finally it ended up in the toilets... For me who am a good customer its not the image of St-Hubert that I experienced very disappointed

Bad experience for us there were barely 15 people in the restaurant we were there for more than 1h30 with 2 poutines and a 3 filets The poutines were cold; we waited about 20 minutes before receiving them. The waiter didnt come to see if everything was to our liking; I had to go see another waitress to tell her. They took the plates again for another 10 minutes of waiting for this time to receive the lukewarm food. We were offered the microwave. When the waiter came to see us more than half had been eaten No request for a replacement for the salad Dessert chocolate brownie the sauce was lukewarm cold the coffee was also lukewarm Very bad experience all round.

When you go to take your order at the car, as soon as you add an extra, you pay but it is not in the order (e.g.: extra piri-piri sauce) or if you request a modification (e.g.: pay for replace the fries with the potatoes), it is not done. When you call to report the problem, no solution (reimbursement of the extra, credit for next time, possibility of delivering the missing item, etc.) Recently we ordered in the middle of the afternoon and after 1 hour of waiting and a call, we learned that the order had still not left, a big difference with the estimate of 30 minutes to RECEIVE the order. Once again, no solution is offered despite our dissatisfaction.

Firstly it took at least 30 minutes before the waitress came to see us. I had a Bangkok salad and the person with me had chicken fillets. We waited a very long time to get our dishes. The cook had to spill the Thai sauce in my salad, it was way too spicy. The chicken fillet the other person had with me was overcooked and the chicken was dry. I almost didnt eat my salad because it was too spicy. When we got out I looked at the time and we had been there for 2 hours 45 minutes. Very long just for a dinner and for 2 dishes that are normally quick to make.
Good service. The chicken and fries are always the same. 2024-05-17: Faulty ventilation (it was very hot) but the staff was still really nice and the lobster was good.

New construction, excellent service and reasonable price like all other branches. The only downside is that the games room is small and disappoints me, lots of small cars but thats it.
I did not receive the correct order and I was asked to pay the excess when I gave the money to pay for everything and it was the deliveryman who got the difference in tips because my bill was lower than that. that I was told a nice $8.95 in tips for a thigh and a breast at $31.05 I will never order again. The manager manages it badly, whats the point of giving the missing order, its nothing, I would have been happy! And I probably would have recommended it, but no, I still had to pay, I also work in catering, if my customer doesnt have the right order Ill do it again for free...
The food is according to St-Hubert standards. On the other hand, the employees of the branch do not know how to differentiate creamy coleslaw from the traditional one: if you pick up your order at the counter or at the drive-thru, make sure you leave with the right coleslaw. On delivery? We offer to re-deliver the good coleslaws! This has happened a few times now and thats why I increasingly abandon this restaurant to cook for myself: it costs too much not to get what I ordered.
Very disappointed this evening with my order. Firstly, on the first delivery there was only my partners Saint-Hubert poutine but not my poke bowl. I called to mention it and was told that as soon as the delivery guy came back they would return my poke bowl and indeed 35 minutes later I received my second part of the order. But when I opened his poutine (because my partner decided to wait for me for dinner) what a surprise there was no sauce, only fries, cheese and chicken so lets say we werent very impressed. However, I would like to mention that the lady who answered me was very nice. I would have appreciated a little compensation for the 2nd delivery!
Très très déçue de notre dernière commande!! Nous avons fait une commande pour livraison, certains dentre nous sont moi, avions pris la nouveauté : des bols St-Hubert. Premièrement : il manquait le fromage et la crème sure. Deuxièmement : la portion était ridiculement petite, on aurait dit une portion pour enfant !! Pour 19,75$ le bol cest presque une blague!

Very disappointed! Yesterday, October 24, I planned to go charge my electric car at your restaurant after participating in the Guinness Record for the largest gathering of electric vehicles. In addition, we were given a sheet which entitled us to a free drink. The event ended around noon. After plugging in my car, I noticed that you were closed until 4 p.m. I dont see the point in offering something free when its impossible to take advantage of it!!! Very disappointing!!!

Very polite, courteous, friendly lady, and always very smiling. Really friendly! Thank you very much, Liliane! Kid-friendliness: The presence of a cyber-server (robot-server) really impresses both children and adults.

I took the plate of breaded chicken, on the other hand the breading really leaves something to be desired, lack of breading on the chicken, which is largely overcooked, and dry, and its cakey between the exterior breading and the chicken, really not good. I asked for another piece of chicken because it wasnt even half breaded. The waitress tells me that its normal and always like that.... uh quite ordinary response, I asked her for a change because I asked for a plate of fried chicken. I got the answer that they are all the same, the drumsticks never really have any breading on them. and asked me if I really wanted to change it because it might end up being the same thing... seriously at the price Im paying I want a breaded chicken and the piece that was changed wasnt really any more breaded. My daughter wanted a vegetarian St-Hubert poutine, but there were no vegetarian products available in vegetable chicken . Third trip to St-Hubert. Went once in 2006 and to an express last summer. To an American it is a bit strange of a place, sort of like a TGI Fridays if they were going for an upscale vibe. Perhaps slightly pricey for what it is re: food, but I am a fan. If you like chicken strips and poutine and some wine or beer, this is your place.
My husband had lobster salad, very satisfied. I took a Chicken Wrap, wrap much too small for the quantity of chicken, sauce much too salty, disappointed for the price. Super nice waitress. On the other hand, the very succulent dessert, pudding for the unemployed. Bench in need of refreshing material which is crumbling
I have ordered from this restaurant several times in a row and there are items missing from our order. After several months without going, I decided to give it a second chance. When I got there, I was told that there were currently no chicken meals available for at least 30 minutes. Its a Saturday evening at 5:30??? Special for a restaurant where the main element of the majority of their meal is chicken. Unfortunately, this branch is over for me. The service is unacceptable and the price much too high for what is on the plate.

We had reserved for 15 people 3 weeks in advance and reconfirmed 2 days before for Saturday June 17, 2023. No questions were asked about the group. At 5:30 p.m. we showed up and they had decided to seat the group in the bar section. As there were minors and a person in a wheelchair (chairs and high tables) we had to turn back. No offer of accommodation NOTHING. On this Saturday evening, it was impossible to find another restaurant. This branch is managed by a team of teenagers there were 5 of them at reception watching us get our birthday party scraped . Pathetic! Wheelchair accessibility: High tables at the bar .

Well we went to eat as a family (there were 3 of us) at 5:45 a.m. on a Thursday evening (there was no one there when we arrived) and honestly if I could have put 0 I would have done so. Order a table dhôte and receive the soup at the same time as the meal with an excuse... Hot soup, cold meal. Lysanna, a waitress with several years of experience who made a rookie mistake. Manager who pushes herself after which she goes to cry (pardon the term). I never leave comments but a chain like St-hubert with a lack of professionalism like this is ordinary. Were not in a 5 star hotel by any means, but given how much it costs in St-Hubert, we can eat hot and properly. I advise all maskoutains and tourists not to go eat there.
Having known that a robot would be serving the table, we would not have come for dinner. It was by mistake that the waitress did not accompany him. Préfère Bennys de beaucoup. Personnel courtois, souriant mais qui ne m a pas donné d ustensiles. Le service au comptoir c est pas leur tasse de sauce!

Nice atmosphere and good food
The Thai skewers dish was good but I would have preferred the fries a little less cooked. At $27 its still quite expensive for the plate and the creamy coleslaw was only served to us once and it was ordinary compared to other times I ate at St-Hubert. The glass of mule alcohol $12.50 for a small drink and Im sure there wasnt 1oz of vodka in it. I would have preferred to have more services, I still found it disappointing.
