Nous avons fait une belle découverte avec votre cabane à sucre. Tout était parfait et goûtait très bon on ne pouvait demander mieux. Le seul élément qui nous manquait c'est « que devons-nous faire avec la gélatine qui est dans le sac scélé?» Il nous manquait d'information sur l'usage de celle-ci mais cela n'a rien enlevé au plaisir gustatif de vos produits. Pouvez-vous me donner un peu plus d'info. pour la prochaine fois? Merci et bonne saison. Chantal Gravel
Nous avons reçu notre boîte "Ma cabane à la maison". Nous devions la garder pour souper, mais impossible d'attendre. Tout est emballé dans de petites boîtes, on a qu'à réchauffer et c'est tout simplement délicieux. La qualité, la quantité, tout est parfait. Le service à la clientèle aussi. Nous recommandons vivement L'amalgame à tous. Pour notre part, ce nest pas la derniere fois que nous ferons affaires avex eux. Chapeau pour l'idée dune cabane à la maison!

Notre récente expérience (02-2020) pour une réception de fête de 50 personnes était une première à cet endroit. Du premier contact rassurant aux arrangements de logistique, en passant par la propreté des lieux, la qualité du repas la serviabilité et la gentillesse du personnel serveur. Tout était très à point. Pour nous qui organisons des soirées de toutes sortes depuis plusieurs décennies, ce fut une très belle découverte et en plus dans un décor tout en nature. Félicitations à toute votre équipe!
Nous sommes allés dans le temps des sucres, la nourriture est délicieuse, le ragoût navet et tofu et les saucisses végétariennes aux herbes sont un régal pour nous qui ne trouvons pas notre comble depuis des années! Nos amis mangeurs de viande ont aussi adoré. Je recommande à tous ceux qui aiment les petites cabanes à sucre intime et une vraie bonne bouffe sur une vraie belle tablée! Merci pour tout et à l'an prochain!
Très très goûteux. Beaucoup de choix de plats. Tire sur la neige très bonne, faite à partir de bon sirop. Super service. Sourire et bonne humeur. Bémol sur le décor intérieur. On ne se sent pas nécessairement à une cabane à sucre rustique. On va y retourner tout de même c'est certain !
Quelle belle expérience! Cette érablière est unique en son genre! Nourriture de qualité et hors de l'ordinaire! Tout était bon et chaud! La soupe au pois, les légumes à l'érable et thym, les cretons, l'effiloché de jambon et plus encore! C'était tout simplement EXCELLENT!! Et que dire des desserts!! La mousse a l'érable, la tarte au sirop d'érable, les grand-pères dans le sirop etc. c'était sublime!! Et en plus nous avons eu un service impéccable! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir!

Excellent cabin meal, at a more than affordable price for the quality! Small family room with a great team...its a lot warmer than the shacks of Mont St-Grégoire :)

Group of 9 booked by email, once there we were told that they did not have room for us even if we showed the emails received from them, no excuses, very disappointing customer service.

Nice place for children
I did business with amalgam for a wedding and they were truly perfect. The food was simply exquisite and the employees really took care of us. It was really a great experience!!

Si je pouvais mettre 0 étoile, je le ferais... La nourriture était froide, les desserts étaient même pas cuit, le pain était sec... cétait horrible... La bonne nouvelle, cest quon a fait visiter a nos amies francaises et belge une cabane a sucre en deca de la moyenne... et elles ont aimé... donc quand on va aller dans une bonne, elles vont adoré :D
Very good food, friendly, but not great service, even though we were only 3 families, no more effort... The bottle of water is chargeable because it is not drinkable water, but not even stipulated by the waitress... Asser disappointed with the service, very unfortunate
