We waited 1 hour before being served. The lasagna was very good. The ribs were dry and not much flavor

Go to eat and pay almost $80 for a COLD lunch and we are told I will notify the kitchen thank you quite ordinary. Service not strong. Frankly disappointed. Our first time in Saint-Hyacinthe and the last.

I ate a pizza there. The dough lacked cooking, no nice thick crust that is good to eat with a little butter, minimal topping. The restorer offered me adequate repairs which I accepted.

First and last time I go to Normandin, I placed an order online, comes to pay at the cash register, the waitress is not able to make me pay, she is alone and must therefore go and take care of the other customers this which I understand, but I still waited 1 hour to receive cold food and received sighs when I told him two things were missing, thank you Normandin for not leaving a waitress alone if you are not sure 100% that she succeeds in doing everything!

I came with my parents for dinner and each of our meals had a major flaw. My general tao bowl was missing the guacamole and edamame, my dads fish n chips which was supposed to come with a side of salad arrived without salad, and the icing on the cake; the skewer chicken my mother ordered was still raw. First and last time we will eat here. At least the service was okay.

It was good. Their summer menu is nice. I took the mac and lobster and of course for a price of $20 I didnt expect to have the equivalent of a whole lobster in it, there were few pieces but it still tasted good. I have read other reviews regarding the low lobster ratio. If you want a pizza or macaroni filled with lobster youre going to have to expect to pay between $35 and $45 for your dish, in a restaurant like Normandin it wouldnt sell or people would complain about the price, so I find that They made a good compromise. The childrens meals are varied, the prices are really competitive, friendly atmosphere, everything was served hot. Overall good value for money. Oh yes and the chicken wings are really good! Kid-friendliness: The childrens menu is complete and inexpensive.

Easy to access place, better than the previous location and more having modern decor. I like eating there but the quality of the dishes is often random, sometimes I have nothing to complain about and other times they are pitiful. The service is very good when I come to eat there in the morning and at lunchtime but in the evening its really random especially on weekends like for example having a small pizza and not bringing a stove or offering oil/hot sauces or having an empty beer when serving the meal and running away without offering me a new beer without even returning to the table to make sure nothing is missing.

Nice restaurant. Nice welcome, kind waitress! 4 meals ordered Ghetti pizza: Pizza ok, nothing more. Spaghetti: I didnt find it great. It looked like an all-you-can-eat spaghetti recipe. However generous portion of spag. Poutine: excellent. Salad received without raspberry vinaigrette despite the vinaigrette being unused and listed on the menu. We therefore asked for the vinaigrette after receiving the dishes. Time limit ... Requested chicken burger with cesar salad. We received it without salad for a second time again with a delay for the salad. Opening the chicken burger HEY BEN! Thai sauce. (We had indeed mentioned WITHOUT thai sauce. Signaled the waitress again for a 3rd time, mentioning the error. Once again, however, waiting for almost 20 minutes for a simple chicken hamburger. After that we received the hamburger at chicken without Thai sauce (YES!!!) on the other hand WITH mayonnaise . All we wanted was a chicken hamburger without mayo and Thai sauce . The restaurant was about a quarter full Saturday around 4:00 p.m. No reason to wait 20 minutes for a chicken burger!. Finally the 4th person had their meal when we were finished. A bill of almost $100 tax and tip included, divided into 3 waiting times, the last of which was 20 minutes. $100 clearly is a long time to earn by working and frustrating when your culinary experience is split into 4. $100 is still a lot of money. Ordinary experience for the first time. We simply wont go back! Some young waitresses should drop their cell phones in front of the order screens and help those who need it in order to fill the waiting times of other waitresses.

I ordered a mini Lobster pizza... already the wait time to receive my delivery was long, but its Mothers Day weekend, thats normal. Once I received my pizza, I quickly saw that there was not a single piece of lobster nor the arugula that should have been on top... Im calling to get the right pizza because the shrimp, cheese and onion sauce is way out of line for the price... the lady on the phone did her best but you could definitely hear the displeasure in her voice. I managed to get a gift card for the value of the pizze to compensate for the fact that it took me an hour and a half to get the good meal. I then get the 2nd pizza...same thing. Sauce, cheese, onion. NO TRACE of lobster or even arugula... I understand that its a mini pizza (so less topping goes without saying), that its Mothers Day and that the restaurant must be very busy... but $17 for a lobster pizza WITHOUT the lobster/arugula/lemon/cereal topping?! Twice?! Still ordinary. If youre out of lobster, I totally understand. But indicate it when ordering! If the mini lobster pizza is ultimately just a thin sauce/cheese pizza, but indicate it! Honestly very disappointed with my experience.

I was with my partner. I receive my meal. After several minutes, an employee was asked why my partner did not receive her meal. The employee tells us that there is only one meal ordered for our table!!! We explain to him that this is not the case!!! However, our waitress saw that my partner still did not have her poutine several minutes after I received my meal but she did nothing. She never apologized either, no words!!! Disastrous service. As for the food, my meal was ordinary, the portions of poutine are small, with very little cheese, and the fries are not crispy. We will never go again.

Despite the super nice waitress, our lunch was unfortunately very ordinary. Very dry cold toast and extra margarine spread style. Eggs and lukewarm potatoes bacon requested well cooked, arrived gooey.

We arrive there with a 2 year old boy. We ask for a high chair. She brings us to a bench and gives us a booster. Not very suitable to put a booster on a bench. You cant attach it and the child tends to want to slide between the table and the bench. But hey, if they dont have a high chair, well try to adapt. The menu was good, a bit like the shift made by several sports restaurants to more choices. But so disappointed to pay for an extra fries in poutine and only get a fries with grated cheese. We wonder if the poutine comes from Warwick or Drummondville... one thing is certain, it clearly does not come from Normandin.

Small trip for breakfast. To begin with, its not the most expensive, but its in the top 5 of all the ones Ive been to. Everything is $18 or $19. Lunch: disastrous and there wasnt even a hair on my plate. A single cold sausage, the bacon was undercooked, the fruit was browned and the assist from the person I was with wasnt really appetizing. But hey, everything was edible, so 2 stars. The atmosphere... What can I say, it was really cold... And Im not the type to normally complain about that. There was no light above our table. We could barely read the menu. Nothing to help. And the 18 TVs are just enough distraction... Otherwise, for once the service was fast.

Really the staff are at their best. The waitress Marie-Josee is extraordinary, listens to her customers and is truly passionate. Well done. And what to say about Manon the district manager wow but what a woman...I would give her a 1 everywhere...no joke we had a good laugh and Im sure I will recommend your restaurant. Congratulations to the whole team.

My partner & I decide to go to Normandin for dinner. - Reservation made via the Libro site which automatically assigns us table #61 even if we mentioned that we would like a bench, in a window. - Very cold in the restaurant, much too air-conditioned. - Supreme Half Lasagna Special at $20.95 including salad, beer and/or glass of house wine, not available even if it is still displayed on the Normandin website, indeed on special, with no expiration date listed. Special expired, we are told. So why is it still posted on their site? - Insane extra prices: Small cup of coffee at $3.70 + taxes, no stove offered. Small slice of cheesecake at $7.00 + taxes. Just for these 2 items, very small in size, we are talking about $10.70 + taxes, or $12.36 taxes included, per person, to enhance our meals. - Even if the food on the menu is overall very good. - Im not a cheapskate but you have to be really rich to pay such prices, just for lasagna, a micro piece of cake and a mini cup of coffee, without the possibility of a stove. - Taxes and Tips, added together, add up very quickly. - 5 stars for the excellent service from our waitress Aurélie!

Very disappointed with this restaurant, a $19 dry club served with old cold (frozen) fries, the pizza tasteless. The service was very long (45 minutes before receiving our plate). Its very unfortunate.

Very poorly served with the children, several errors on the bill, 1 child served before the 2 others + the adults...result one child finished eating before the 4 others at the table received their plate. On a quiet Wednesday evening, we felt that we were disturbing the waitress who was chatting with the other employees.

We ate poutine for lunch and it was delicious!! Perfect quantity, sunny side up egg on top, just so excellent!! I strongly recommend it and it is not my habit.

I had a lasagna, it wasnt the best nor the worst Ive had. Oddly the dishes werent super hot. There werent many people in the restaurant though. The decoration of the restaurant is great. I was a little disappointed but I still had a good time with my family.
