Amazing service and amazing food! Higher end dining, worth every penny.
It was my first visit to Pacini alongwith my colleague. Since we don't know French, we requested waitress to help us in selection of food and cocktail. For cocktail we wanted something which doesn't contain lime juice. But we ended up in drinking the lime juice in it on her recommendation. Finally at the time of bill payment, that waitress forced us to pay the tips. We were in no mood of paying the tip. But she started telling stories of Quebec govt for extortion of waiters money. She said if we don't pay tips, govt will still tax her and make her to pay some portion of our bill to exchequer. Just to stop her flimsy story, we paid the handsome tips. But later we realised, it was a extortion from us as we are new and we just got cheated. Will never visit to this restaurant again. Probably the waitress was interested in one time business only.
Food was good, price as well, it took a while for them to take our order but once we order was not too long to get it. I didn’t like the super loud song they play to celebrate birthdays (I guess…). But overall was fine the experience, will come back!
Ate a carbonara and it was delicious. Very nice staff. I ate their brownie dessert as well, it was alright.
Great Italian restaurant for the whole family or even a quick bite. Has a diverse selection of drinks and appetizers. I personally go for the Goat cheese and tomato risotto, but there's dishes for all tastes and diets.
Nothing especial have better Italian food in a non Italian restaurant. Very comercial food and the Wait to long for the food to be serve . So lost my apetito . After 50 min wait we ask for the food and the answer was we are very busy is going to be a long wait . And was only half of the tables taken . Not even full restaurant. Why they don’t have the courtesy to tell you upfront and is you decide to leave or to stay .
my brother and I went for dinner today ans we are both extremely disappointed. the lasagna was very small especially for 20.00. i had the most expensive pizza at 21.00 which was tasteless and the crust was like cardboard. i complained to the waitress who did not even tell your manager because no one came to talk to us. i even told the waitress that I would never return. Granby is a city with many good restaurants and you do not make the cut. i am a senior citizen and eat often in restaurants. i am convinced that if you don't upgrade the food you will be closed in under 5 years
The food was ok. But there were several things that went wrong. It took us 2.5 hrs to eat when we ordered right away. They forget our wine twice and finally brought it toward the end of the meal. They brought our bread after we had been waiting for 45 mins. The service was horrible and they are severely disorganized and slow. For people with kids beware. You will be waiting a LONG time to eat so bring crayons or entertainment for your kids.
Pizza for $25 is not worth the price Small and tasteless Mille-feuille lasagna, only dough and hardly any sauce and a small pile of arugula on top Not worth the price either The waiter took a long time to get it our order and the restaurant was almost empty
The service offered by the waitresses was good: they were courteous despite the atmosphere created by the manager and what seemed to be the head waiter. The manager and the head waiter made degrading comments to the waitresses as well as looking stupid in front of the customers. We really seemed to bother them. The food was ok, but not worth the price paid.
Worst service. Not so much just the new waitresss fault. All the tables around us were not eating. I know it was Saturday evening but you still have to plan ahead. We arrived at 5:30 p.m. and received our plates at 6:50 p.m. (we didnt even have a starter, very simple meals) We had to ask for the bill 3 times before finally receiving it. No compensation... offering a starter, a drink or a dessert to counter balance and offering an apology would have been the basis. Never again!
Its always good at Pacini.
The server, AnthonyB, is warm and created a relaxing atmosphere. He recommended the raisin bread, which was really delicious. On my next visit, I would like to be served by him.
The owner is very rude and not polite. I do not recommend this restaurant because the food is too expensive for the quality of it.
I wanted to go eat at Pacini but reading the negative comments and what you have for exorbitant prices I wont set foot there. Its laughing at the world!
There were four of us for dinner. 2 meals of barely warm pasta and it didnt taste much; linguini Alfredo and those carbonara. I had to ask for the dish to be reheated. The 3rd dish was a traditional lasagna and to add some small meatballs it was $7 more!!! The pizza was good. The drink was passable. Overcooked squid. All for $160 excluding tip!!!. At this point... I expected this to be at least good.
Josée and Félix are loves we were really well served the service and the welcome was impeccable today its a rare commodity since the pandemic its almost non-existent to have good service and good food and there bottom we have all that its an invaluable place we will definitely come back dont hesitate everything is great thank you to Josée and Félix
Long service and disappointing meal I have noticed that there has been no change since the previous negative reviews.
Good service, nice restaurant but for the price of lunches, my plate was empty. Maybe try again but really not sure
Very good for celiacs
Portion for adults of the same size as that of the children, there was a starter for one of the children which was not brought, someone ordered a bottle of sparkling wine to make mimosas, the orange juice was brought in a glass for the full bottle.
Very good The waitress was very nice
I came to this site in order to see what was in store for us when we went to Pacinis this evening, so to our great disappointment we will go elsewhere
Parking: its ok
Excellent service, good food and lovely atmosphere
Very good service. Excellent food
Small problems with online ordering. Thank you to Ms. Josée for her excellent service and for my surprise dessert
A little dinner on a Monday dinner, for my daughters 18th birthday. We were 6 people. Friendly waitress, but we were the forgotten ones. 25 minutes before even having water, no waiter/waitress was assigned to our table. However, I reserved for 5:45 p.m. We didnt have a starter, we enjoyed the meal, but very oily. The desserts in small containers were nice, but my niece and I ate them with our butter knife, because the table was more or less cleared. Because the waitress did not come back with spoons. We asked for the invoices, we went to the cash register without the said invoices after 15 minutes. At 7:30 p.m., were almost there. BUT. Small problem with the manager, because while waiting to pay and yes it drags on. Customers are waiting to enter. I discuss, telling them that it s good, but long, that we had been forgotten, etc. In a detached tone, nothing more, until the manager interrupted me sharply, saying that he did not accept that, the lady who was waiting replied that he was in a hurry, I dont worry about the manager indicating that they were taking a chance. The manager responds louder, hey I have time and I dont accept, its my turn to cut it short, I also dont accept a $100 bill for 2 and having to eat my dessert with a butter knife. It didnt take much for the 2 couples to turn on their heels and leave. The manager also left. I kept smiling for the young waitress, reassuring her that she is very nice, except that we were really neglected. She didnt deny it, apologized sincerely, I paid my bill. And there you have it. Conclusion, the manager is not worthy. He only cares about his tips. Then he doesnt care about the people at the table. The minimum would have been to have the area at least sorry. Just like the waitress did.
There were 10 of us and no one liked their dish.
I ordered pasta with a pizza for $30. The pasta was not fresh, it tasted dirty and the pizza was not well topped and the crust was oily, $35 in total, its still disappointing
The waitress is extremely kind and attentive. Thank you so much!
Likes: decor, duck confit penne. Not liked: the crowd of guests with drinks in hand who celebrated standing in front of the entrance for 2 hours kept the doors open. The Hostess/Manager too busy taking drink orders than welcoming customers. Long wait for service because manager assigned apprentice waitress to large group of 20 and other tables. The dishes did not arrive at the same time at our table of 8. It ruined the party. Even though my meal tasted very good, my stomach pain 3 hours later led me to believe that the confit was expired. This restaurant lacks customer care. It s run like a sugar shack with a nice bar.
We were placed immediately, order taken correctly, but the rest of the service, a disaster we were forgotten by our waitress, I had to call back for my drink so that the waitress would remember us, we waited more than 45 minutes to be served, moreover the order did not correspond to our request, too bad.
What more can I say, everything was perfect!
Very bad experience you arrive at the opening there is a lack of business, the cleanliness of the place leaves something to be desired, we take a starter with brushetta in it and there is none and it doesnt taste, they try to make us believe that it is brushetta service more than very long, the waitresses leave and do not return for a certain time, pizza not cooked, the table is falling apart I scratched my arm because of that and still expensive one thing is sure you just lost at least 2 more customers
Nothing fancy, the food was cold and definitely not worth the price.
The dishes have no taste and the manager must seriously change his attitude towards customers by calling them poor because of an allergy
Impeccable service but poor food and I returned the small dumpling too much and they told me that it was like that and I paid anyway
My girlfriend had Pacini delivered to me on Skip as a gift. $52 for a SMALL crusty lasagna, soup and a small Caesar salad. (no delivery costs from Skip, this is really the price charged by Pacini..) Are you serious? Honestly? This is completely ridiculous.
Beautiful warm atmosphere. Good friendly service. Decent kitchen
Good but the meal was not hot
No ravioli. No Neapolitan sauce. No white bread in the bread bar. No chocolate cake on the childrens menu. Could never go back there...
2 hours for a Caesar salad Kid-friendliness: Inappropriate TV content
December 31 we book from the Web for January 1, I receive by email 2 confirmations of my reservation and they write to me to tell me if they had not just notified the establishment...January 1 we we present 15 minutes in advance....restaurant closed....no one informed us....do not send an email because they will not answer you....the one from Ste Julie is a lot better...make the detour its worth it....St hyacinthe its over Parking: Free
Long but excellent service for meals
La serveuse diane a lancé le plat pour emporter dans ma nourriture et la facture, je trouve cela très désagréable, de plus elle n a pas conter en compte le rabais de Power sur Rise Of Kingdomes. Wheelchair accessibility: Jsp
Very long before eating Very disappointed!
Beautiful place, they gave us a place then for 1 hour they didnt come to see us at all, then they had to get up to go ask for our plates which had been waiting for at least 30 minutes. We received everything cold!!!
A classic for the whole family!
75 minutes of waiting on a Tuesday lunchtime for dinner... Orders still not started after this time... we left! People dont have 2 hours for dinner on a work day!
Today, February 7, we had training and 1.5 hours for dinner. When we made our reservation, we mentioned that we didnt have much time... We sat at our table at 12:05 and the waitress came to take our orders. We waited and around 1:15 p.m. someone went to the kitchen to see what was happening... We were told that our orders had not yet been sent! I can tell you that our group (40 people) was really not happy! We had to quickly find a plan B and we went to the fast food area of the shopping center. I understand that there are not enough people everywhere but there is a limit to being fooled like that!
Good service, good food, nice atmosphere and courteous service.
Good food and unlimited bread bar. Good price.
I give five stars to the young waitress, Alice, attentive and on her business... But for the food, it is very (very, very) ordinary for the price... Catelli pasta with pot sauce would have gave the same result for what must have been a plate of ravioli (for which we substituted penne), rosé sauce, gratin... The pasta with goats cheese was almost cold, so much so that the cheese remained grainy... The arugula was not fresh... $190 for 3 plates of pasta, 2 glasses of wine and 2 beers (no starters and no desserts): way too expensive.
Terrible experience Actually not an experience at all. It was the last time. Poor service. 4 employees chatting, none asking me if it was to my taste even though the mixed salad I was served was 75% brownish and wet. Parmesan fondue 3 tablespoons of fake Alfredo sauce served with 3 cooked and overcooked wonton chips for $11. It s shameful It was my first and last time.
3 times I order a prosciutto pizza and the 3 times NO prosciutto last time I order there
Excellent service from Alice! Thank you
Our server was perfect, the food was very good, thank you
I understand the labor shortage but please train your staff properly. I was in the way for you. Unreasonable delays and no discomfort from the waitress. Much more passionate about his cell phone than about customers.
We arrived at 7 p.m. with a reservation only to leave at 9 p.m. without having received our meals. Very ordinary. By the way lucky that had the bread bar.
seriously Im going back and I could never be there we sat for 2 hours receiving nothing and not having any news there were people who arrived and who had their plate straight away we watched them leave seriously its ridiculous 2 hours we had to crunch our food camp without eating the only thing we ate was garlic bread mmmh nothing to say!
Kool
Always an awesome experience dining at Pacini.
Delicious and very courteous and fast service
Everything arrived cold, it took 45 minutes to get our first drinks and more or less an hour and a half for cold meals... They had to be hot. Disappointed
The experience was more than beneficial, the pizza, pasta and sangria... Delicious chocolate dessert. The people who accompanied me also really appreciated it.
Very bad service yesterday but as the manager doesnt seem to give any feedback on the opinions of other customers I imagine there is no point in detailing. Too bad I really liked eating there! We waited 2 hours for our meals despite a reservation, with two impatient young children aged 3 and 4 who were hungry and it was time for bed. They charged us extra apple juice on the bill, because one of the children was still thirsty, which is normal after 2 hours of eating bread and their tiny glass of juice. Overcooked and tough steak despite having asked for medium rare, undercooked zucchini, limp fries, no more white bread at the bread bar and no one serving. Just 3 choices of verrines left. They offer me caramel which is my favorite and normally means caramel cheesecake and instead they bring me pudding chômeur.
Despite a lot of traffic due to the various M18-AAA teams, everything went well.
Last Sunday evening, as a Pacini regular, I spent an incredible evening in this Italian restaurant with my girlfriend! As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Catherine, an attentive and professional waitress. Their fast and courteous service made our experience even more pleasant. Catherine also gave us valuable advice on choosing the perfect bottle of wine to accompany our dishes. Our meals arrived quickly, prepared with fresh and tasty ingredients. The quality of the food was undeniably excellent! The only downside was that the table was a bit sticky, but the staff quickly fixed the problem by cleaning it. In the end, our visit this Sunday evening was a memorable experience which confirms why I am a loyal Pacini customer! Highly recommended for a successful evening!
Great place
Excellent pizza, ok service and very clean place
Very nice atmosphere and a very nice presentation on the plate, tasty food.
Much appreciated. Wow birthday discount.
Marie-Pier R 1 is very kind and pretty. Great service Kid-friendliness: Lots of families with several children. There were 7 of us (5 children) and we were in the middle of the square. No withdrawal.
Its a nice place to bring your family, or get together or any occasions the last time I went there is for the wedding of my good friend, they have a nice space on the second floor for the special occasions
When we arrived in the restaurant it was hot and the air conditioning was not working or barely it was really very uncomfortable, then we took a seat at our table and ordered two coffees for me and my partner and we noticed that the legs of our table were really very unstable something which should not happen, this should be corrected as soon as an employee notices it! This caused our drinks to continually spill on the table. During our meal, the waitress never came back to refill our coffees and whats more, it was very lukewarm. Its with all these little heirs that ensures that a customer comes back to a restaurant or not, so there are all points to seriously improve!
The pizza was acceptable but spaghetti bolognese we look for the sauce and it tastes like pomodoro. Ordinary Caesar salad, nothing more. Dessert was good. For the price ($50), rather ordinary.
Extremely Extremely Extremely slow. Way too expensive considering the dishes served.
We had dinner at Pacini on Saturday July 29 after a pleasant day at the St-Hyacinthe exhibition. We arrived at the restaurant at 7:30 p.m. Few people in the dining room ate it. Ordered a drink, 30 minutes to receive a glass of wine!! 1h15 to receive pasta which was lukewarm. Spag sauce tastes like vegetable soup The manager apologizes and tells us that her best people are on vacation. Did you know that tourists explode in St-Hyacinthe during Expo week? Maybe revisit the vacations of your better ones No more Pacini for us!!
This Italian spot has food thats just alright, not exceptional. The atmosphere and service feels like a mall food court, yet the prices are steep. The cost doesnt match the experience
I confirm that two weeks later it is still around 30 degrees inside the restaurant, really not pleasant to eat in this stifling heat, plus the restaurant is a quarter full and yet we have a 65 minute wait for our meals, seriously I will never go back there again.
Horrible family experience. We return on a Saturday evening around 7 p.m. The restaurant is half empty and was that way the entire time we were there, but despite everything we waited a good 2 hours to get all of our dishes. The children received the childrens menu starters more than an hour after ordering...and it must have taken more than 30 minutes before they could order. The dishes arrived one after the other and no one ate at the same time (there were 8 of us). The last person must have received their dish almost 2 hours after we arrived and it was completely cold, we had to return it to the kitchen. When I say cold, Im not talking about lukewarm, Im talking about a dish of pasta with a mound of sauce on top that literally comes out of the fridge. What a disaster...The service wasnt bad...poor waitress...the problem is definitely in the kitchen...I should have read the reviews before going there...Besides, I understand why the surrounding restaurants were all full and they were only satisfied with a room half full.
Pleasant atmosphere and courteous service. The food was excellent too. I will go back! Parking: Parking is in the Saint Hyacinthe galleries parking lot so there are plenty of spaces
I still dont understand how this type of restaurant is still so popular. We had a spaghetti bolognese which didnt taste like spaghetti bolognese at all. The price is exorbitant for such a simple meal. In addition, it is clear that the pasta is not of quality... I will avoid this type of restaurant and I would go more towards local restaurants in the future. The service is good, but the food puts Italian food to shame..
the service was impeccable, But the food quality, quantity and presentation was not impressive to say the least The quantity of dolcios are represented by mason jars but come in the size of a very ordinary shot glass compared to the price. main course: overcooked dough, sauce too thickened by the oven and less than ordinary presentation, the brownies were burned at the bottom. ravioli with rosé sauce: quantity vs. unrecommendable price all for a bill of 200 and more for 4 people we would have expected at least good food I am seriously disappointed
Thank you Felix for the excellent service! Parking: Warm
Much too long...
Good service but very very slow!!!
The service was quick and the staff was very nice and polite. The food is good and the bread bar is always fun. There was an event going on at the same time as our visit so it was a bit noisy. Well suited for children. We were in a bit of a hurry and managed to be served very quickly. Kid-friendliness: There is a childrens menu and a changing table in the bathroom. There are high chairs available and the bread bar is fun for children.
Excellent service, it s really appreciated to be served by someone who knows their menu and who has the well-being of their customers at heart. We will come back for the vegan and gluten-free options.
Everything was excellent, the waitress Marie-Pierre is super nice! Nothing bad to comment on.
The waitress very friendly. The plates are full A beautiful place to spend a good evening
Our 5-star waitress Mahee Good risotto
Dietary restrictions: Offre les pâtes keto et le sans gluten, moyennant un léger surplus. Food
Excellent pasta dish, the pizza is just ok but the bread bar is worth the detour
Service a little slow but food on point
Nice varied menu, good price, plenty of space
Fast service, efficient and smiling staff. Lots of gluten-free options! The food is good, fresh and arrives hot The atmosphere is there! For Uncle or Mami s birthdays, it seems to be a must
The food is good, the service was fast and quality and like all Pacini the bread bar is a must
Food and service was nice even if they were way understaff that night
Slow service and I am disappointed with the service received
Excellent service from Bianca and Tommy. Pleasant atmosphere. The manager seemed to hold his team together!
Excellent service.
Great service from Bianca!
Excellent atmosphere and service except when there are changes to the dishes ordered, notify the customer, for example the fries.
Really excellent service, thank you Bianca!
Magnificent, the food is great, especially the mushroom and truffle pizza :)
Expensive for the standard of food and unfortunately the lack of staff affects the service. Food on the other hand very good
Very friendly staff on site! We were even offered and offered a wine tasting, which was very much appreciated. Unfortunately, the food itself was cold, not well cooked and not very tasty. I ordered the ravioli and it looked like the food had been thrown on my plate with the sauce and two-three tomatoes. Disappointing presentation and not very clean. No seasoning either. Its a shame because no one came to see us to see how things were going and we didnt manage to catch an employee during dinner. The bread oven for the open bar was also very dirty Otherwise, the restaurant is pleasant and the chairs comfortable, just disappointed with the food which was not at all worth the $24 I paid for pasta
Best tea
1h30 to receive our meal
Friendly service, but quality of dishes very very inferior to other restaurants. our dishes took an hour to arrive, a large number of dishes were missing from the menu, the dishes without dairy products contained them which triggered allergies.
The restaurant and general atmosphere is magnificent! Its very pleasant to sit at the table at this restaurant, the prices are expensive for pasta....and they frankly lack sauce...its a little dry. The service is good...I wanted to go to the toilet in the passage....it also looks outside, I opened the door and bang! I immediately closed it....I warned one of the waitresses and they talked among themselves: no one wanted to go clean...Ill spare you the details....but its who should clean the concierge? According to me it had been there for two days and the vomit everywhere had dried up!
The pasta and its tomato sauce with fresh basil then its very successful crusted cod
Lack of services. But the dishes are good...
Beautiful evening, beautiful atmosphere, good food. The service was good
At the beginning 0 welcomes no hello nothing. We wait a good 5 minutes with someone at the entrance who was there when we arrived.. We are 2 adults, 1 child and 1 baby.. we are placed at our table always without saying anything barely a follow me .. No offer for a high chair, the waitress immediately left for the kitchen for I dont know what reason.. we asked another waitress for the high chair... Then a good 20 minutes before ordering our dishes. AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER we go to find out if our dishes are arriving, we are told in 2 minutes...5 minutes later we are told that my friends plate is no longer available while serving us the 2 other dishes...a small, not very tasty lasagna and small penne alfredo for my son. Waiting 2 hours with hungry children is one thing, but being told that your plate is no longer available when its time to be served, especially after all this time, is quite another... The restaurant was far from full either.
For the price the food is quite disappointing
Very disappointing the pizza tastes like water the only positive side is the free bread (all the vegetables are in cans)
Always a great experience
I give 5 stars for the patience of the customers, 3 stars for the politeness of the few members of staff who seemed to do their best and I have to be harsh for the 0 star establishment. All-you-can-eat bread bar; it was practically empty. I am offered a bottle of wine to start, it arrives after the first course... Quality of the meal; cheese arrives charred around the plate, main course arrives lukewarm if not cold and for dessert I never had my coffee. When there is a shortage of staff it can take a long time and it is easy to understand but not disorganized like that. This restaurant poorly represents the Pacini franchise. THANKS
Excellent professional and courteous service worthy of a VIP service, thanks to Margorie
Good service
I give it 4 stars out of 5 without comments, 4 years ago. They come back to me 4 years later to find out whats wrong...
We went to eat on a Friday lunchtime, arriving at the restaurant at 11:20 a.m. We had booked for ten, specifying that we had to leave by 12:45 p.m. We were told that this would not be a problem. At 12:35 p.m., we were still not served, we had to pay for meals which had not yet arrived and which were given to us in boxes at 12:55 p.m. At no time did we receive an apology, the manager did not come to see us, we received no discount and we had to eat limp and cold at our job at the price of a sit down restaurant. Yes, there is a shortage, but it in no way justifies such poor service, especially since we were assured that it would be possible to eat on time. I would give zero stars if it were possible. Go elsewhere if you want a great experience.
Yesterday noon, seven of my colleagues and I booked, specified the time we had, and everything was ok! We arrive at 11:30 a.m., and after ordering.... radio silence! Until 12:35 p.m., because we went to the news. We never saw the waitress again during all this time and, believe me, the restaurant was far from full! 3/4 empty. No one came forward to apologize or offer us a drink while we waited. Once arrived, the dishes had to be taken away... And still no excuses! My salad was wilted, several leaves were soft and brown... In short, an experience not to be repeated!!! Im not telling you about my crusted cod either, which was actually just breaded fish...
Unlike all the other times, I was disappointed. The very nice young waitress.
Good service and reasonable prices! Very family friendly
You return puss
Significant lack of tangy taste in recipes. Otherwise your good services. No one to advise the wine, but great selection! Worthy of mention for the chef ........... Kalamata olives and black olives, its not at all the same... Big mistake on the menu and waitress not at all receptive... Maybe back in two years!
Very good service and very good dinner, very decent.
We were a group of 19 people for a Saturday evening. The service was long but we ate well. The restaurant was full. The waitress Coralie gave us good service. I ate the duck confit pizza with extra goat cheese. A treat.
Beautiful place, good service, but the benches need love and the bread grill needs to be cleaned or oiled on one half of the breads burned very quickly and the smell of burning stuck to our noses
Childrens meals are very inexpensive and table dhôte is really a plus for families! The service was great on our last visit and the table dhôtes was plentiful and with the choice of the entire menu the desserts were excellent!
This restaurant was the worst restaurant I have eaten in my life, the pasta is pasty which tastes nothing, I have eaten two butchers dishes and nothing good, my friend also found it not good, she also did not eat anything, in compensation for a small jar which had two butchers only I wont give you a name really very disappointed I wont go back thats for sure.
Excellent
Very expensive for what it is!
The decor is above average for this restaurant chain. The food is delicious, the service is very pleasant and I cant comment on the atmosphere because I went there outside of peak hours (to note, I based myself on the comparisons of other restaurants visited.
Quality service, atmosphere and food. Generous portion. And the benches are brand new
I went to dinner there and I said to myself I was going to eat a good plate of carbonara pasta but after eating 2 plates of bread and a starter I waited a good hour to then have a very small plate of pasta which frankly didnt taste much. And frankly $105 for a dinner for 3 people is too much, especially for the lack of quality, last time for me and I advise against it
Try the duck confit pizza. Excellent!
Bar great
Excellent thank you
