The place is a classic pizza place, if you like alot of food it's ur place. The biggest downside is the amount of grease, especially on the sandwiches.

It was a very delicious pizza. I have never ever eaten pizza before like that. I have to visit this place a lot. Maybe you'd like to offer it to me for free. I hope one day you will have a branch in Turkey.
Perfectly acceptable, but not my favourite pizza spot in town (we found the sauce had a sort of sugary flavour to it that wasn't expected). Service was good and delivery was timely, but I wasn't blown away by the food. I will order from here again and see if maybe it was just a fluke that night.
With utmost disappointment I’m writing this review here. We called Med Pizza of Saint Hyacinthe at 8:20PM on September 17, 2023 to order 3 meals for our guest : a Combo 2 pizza Special “10 with chicken wings, 2 Trio Chicken Burger, and a soft drink. The Customer Service Representative (a female whose name we didn’t jot down) was extremely rude and Med Pizza is highly recommended to review its support service. Our guest had to overhear and experience such a terrible situation while we were ordering altogether. Med Pizza has just lost 4 clients. We understand perfectly how overwhelming it can be to deal with several incoming calls at the same time and we are very patient because we deal in customer service too. However, if this persists, Med Pizza will lose customers at large. We are not into requesting to sack your staffs but a proper review and training should be provided. Instead, we have been warmly welcomed by St Hubert where we ordered our food and we felt listened, RESPECTED and understood. Their customer service was of high quality. Med Pizza of Saint Hyacinthe should really LEARN from them. Thank you.
I know its dumb but they forgot my 2 Pepsi like 5times so I lost a little bit of money and every time they dont write it on the bill and they dined I got 2 Pepsi but it's the combo
Wrong order twice as we dined in. My partner's pizza was brought to the table 20 minutes before mine was the first time. It was returned as it was not what I had ordered. 15 minutes later the second pizza came, same kind as the first-not what I ordered. The server was great, but thete was no discount or honorarium offered for the lousy supper. Never going back and we were loyal, regular customers
Varied menu, impeccable service, and whats more, its good! We will go back there for sure.
We always have two kinds of soup and they are very good, the main menu is very good and we feel at home in the restaurant.

celle qui prend les commande est bête premièrement, javait oublier de dire pas de fromage et elle ma dit que javait pas le choix de payer malgré le fait que je suis allergique.jai rappeller directement apres avoir raccrocher mais mon soumarin était dejà prêt. une étoile pour son manque de compréhenssion jai payer un soumarin que je nest même pas pu manger

I ordered a 12 All Dressed pizza, I was given a 10 hamburger steak sub. I called to exchange the sub-hands with my pizza and therefore to be given the correct order, I was told that I should have guessed that the order given to me was the wrong one and that I should pay for another pizza. They also refused to reimburse me for the submarine and it was thrown into the drain. Terrible service, really a shame... I will modify this notice if the priority contacts me.
I had dinner at med pizza eat steak fries soup and dessert everything was very good go if its worth it
Since I know med pizza I always start pizza guetti the customer service on the phone for everyone I have had all 5 stars for the cuisine it arrives hot and always like to order .another 5 star and for the super polite 5 star delivery service I gave ambiance 5 for the whole service...but I promise to come to the restaurant very soon

A very nice restaurant, the menu offered was classic and varied, the food was nice and generous, the service was fast and courteous. The dining room was clean and bright. It is a restaurant that everyone should definitely visit and try. There is everything for a good meal!

What a disservice. The food is good but the service from the waitress on Friday evening is very bad.. she speaks curtly and sends her eyes to the air when she is not happy.. like I didnt answer her in the second to know what I wanted order she left being stupid.. so I left without ordering.. I do not recommend this restaurant because of the service which is very very bad from the waitress...

Le 13 février dernier, jai rencontré quelquun pendant la période de la Saint-Valentin, et nous nous sommes retrouvés dans ce restaurant. Nous avons pu discuter de divers sujets sans être dérangés par la foule autour de nous. Le service était rapide, la serveuse sympathique, et les portions étaient suffisamment généreuses pour le prix que nous avons payé.

My boyfriend bought a poutine which cost $12. The order was, fries well cooked, not too much sauce. He had the right to a cold poutine. Fries not really cooked, tons of cold sauce and CHEESE with a taste of old. BE CAREFUL of products with cheese, I have seen large containers of cheese that were not washed before putting new cheese in.

I paid 25 piasse for a mini and a salad. The mini pizza wasnt even what I asked for. I ordered a garnish and I received a pépé fromage and the salad was served with too much vinaigrette. Result: too soft and greasy. In fact I found everything quite bad, the dough was very thick and greasy. I will no longer recommend. Too expensive for nothing.

Quite a cabochon place... you order a pizza on a Wednesday evening after dinner time with a liqueur and you receive a lukewarm pizza 45 minutes later with the wrong liqueur, you call the manager, he tells you Ill send you back one pizza and you can keep the other one... the great delivery man arrives with the other pizza, fortunately hot, but he asks you to give him the other pizza back... but still without your liquor... you call the manager back for him talk about it and he takes 20 defeats to explain himself but unfortunately with me its without any success... so my advice never order from that place! PS: by the way I usually never complain and even less on the internet! Good luck future customers!
The girls at Take Out think theyre Gordon Ramzey. They yell like crazy at the cooks. Even once I heard a waitress complaining to customers about the tip received. Apart from the lack of living skills of certain employees, the food is super good.

First time Ive been back in twenty years! And its a beautiful restaurant, not complicated at all. The menu offered is classic and varied, the food is good and generous, the service is fast and courteous, the dining room is clean and bright! Everything is there for a good meal! And... I dont know the name of the woman who served me, but Im only going back to see her again!!! Updated 2023, nice and not too expensive, here are the best quality for this restaurant! On the other hand, parking is not easy if it is busy. The benches are popular, giving a view of the bus/taxi terminal area. In any case, this tall waitress with a round figure is super awesome! Parking: The only problem with the restaurant is parking, which is rather tight.
Worst restaurant I have visited, very disappointed
Ive always had a great experience with the food but unfortunately they really need to hire experienced people to handle the customer service queue. When trying to order, the lady on the phone was extremely rude, in a hurry, not prepared to do so. the company at all, on top of that told me they would come back with a call to confirm the order, which they never did. Medpizza is the best pizza for me personally since I moved to Saint Hyacinthe, but I think due to the fact that the lady ruined the evening for me and my guests, its high time to consider alternatives. I really hope they improve customer service. Just a personal opinion, if the lady could learn some customer service at Saint Hubert, that would be great! Well done Madam, You have lost more than 10 customers!

I discovered MED following a total disappointment with another local restaurant serving the same type of food. Nothing to complain about this discovery, it is now one of my favorite local restaurants! The pizza is excellent, the Spaghetti sauce is good and tastes authentically Quebecoise. (Like, Moms Spag sauce) The portions are very respectable for the price, orders are delivered quickly and at no cost. Nothing to complain about, if only there were more restaurants like this! Thank you MED for being there!

I am changing my opinion, we will never recommend Med again... the last time we ordered a pizza and the lady put hot peppers instead of peppers... pizza not edible so much there was... when we finally joined them for express the error the lady on the other end of the phone was rude, without any courtesy and mean.. she decides to give us $5 off the next order which we accept... we recommend today to do this say that the telephone operator did a bad job and did not leave a note for the $5 discount horrible service, unedible pizza and courtesy = 0/10
Poor service. The receptionists are not mindful of their business and are very unpleasant, one of whom in particular lacks good manners. Big mistake in my order and they refused to correct it. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT AGAIN

Worst restaurant ever. My pregnant wife was kicked out because they didnt know who to order in the dining room since their restaurant server doesnt know how to express themselves and explain. I would never go back there and whats more, the food is not exceptional.

Really disappointed especially that he didnt respond when you had a problem with your order in tk the other night 3 small poutine not far from $48 suddenly the order received realized that there were more fries than sauce and cheese called to report the status of our order no one answered left a message on Facebook no one answered so $48 in the trash wow great service!!

Lots of choice on the menus. The submarines are delicious and the onion rings are always cooked to perfection and the sizes are perfect in my opinion. Very accommodating opening hours. The service is fast and the employees very courteous.
