Pizzeria Parenteau PJ in Saint-Hyacinthe

Last night we ordered a pizza, a family fries and a family onion ring too. Sorry to say that the fries couldnt take anymore after being cooked and re-cooked in a paste due oil! Very soft and unappealing. Same thing for the onion rings without onions which only tasted of old, faded fat. We will unfortunately not return again.

Every Friday I order it and for 4 weeks I always have errors in my orders and I say nothing but this week I ordered an overused poutine leg meal and 2 chicken burgers the delivery arrives my 2 burgers not there then I decide to call I am told good evening 3 times in a row and when I manage to speak to another person she tells me that she will send them back to me thanks to her but I dont order stink from Parenteau

The exterior sign does not work, it looks like the restaurant is closed. You have to rely on the cars in the parking lot to get an idea if its open. Several lights inside are not replaced, some tables are not lit and it is very dark to get to the bathrooms. The food is good, the prices are reasonable but pay an electrician to sort out electrical problems. This is a major irritant for customers.

Je sais pas quesquil avait fumé cet apres-midi. Mais lemployé ne sait pas faire la difference entre pepperoni et poulet. Une calzone royale cest poulet bacon jai recu une calzone avec une mince couche de pepperoni dans le fond et aucun poulet. Beurk. Frittes molles et vielles. Combien de temps est resté ma commande dans le rechaud si la facture est toute noire???

A Hawaiian pizza by default does not contain mushrooms. So if you are going to modify the known recipes used in all pizzerias, notify your customers first. A simple we re adding mushrooms to this pizza, is that okay with you? should be the minimum. And to be told Ah!... Well that s how we did it here. Demonstrates poor customer service. I have no intention of ordering from this pizzeria again.

I ordered a poutine over the phone and I even repeated it a second time to tell him that I wanted my poutine with special sauce and I ended up with a normal sauce. I also had dinner at your restaurant for lunch recently. and the waitress came to us because she didnt remember our order....Im often disappointed. when I go to your restaurant. A little disappointed with my poutine... I had been in the region for 8 years and I found that the sauce was lighter and that they were less generous with the cheese. It was the first time that I said to myself I should have had extra cheese at Parenteau... At least it was cheese curds, not mozarella like at the other one a little further away...
