Happy pizza! Good service!

Never again!!! I went in person to order 2 large pizzas. After 30 minutes of waiting, the cashier comes to tell me that their oven is broken and that it will take a little longer because they have to reheat it. Finally, she brings me my half-baked pizzas and tells me to put them in my oven at home. No discounts, no excuses... Very disappointing!!! Terrible customer service. Can t wait for the highest quality pizzeria!!!

We dont go there for the decor! On the other hand, there is really good service and the pizza is really delicious. Lots of sauce, lots of pepperoni, lots of cheese and it stays hot until the end of the meal, even though I live 10-12 minutes from the pizzeria. Jy ai été hier avec ma fille et le service était très bien. La serveuse est venu porter ma commande à lauto et elle était très gentille. La pizza sest grandement améliorer! Je le sais pas s ils ont changer leur recette ou autre mais elle est délicieuse, la sauce est excellente, du vrai bon bacon en bonne quantité et beaucoup de garniture.

Worst experience of my life, I ordered it and the person who took my order was an immigrant and he took my order wrong which is very understandable but when I called the restaurant 2 hours later they told me that it was my fault and they sent me back an order 2h30 old, I called the restaurant for a refund and the manager said that the owner didnt want to know because he was the one who took the order ...At least admit your mistake and send back edible food and reimburse us, it doesnt make sense, Ive never been insulted like that before.

Since it was sold and its no longer the same owner, things have changed. The prices are not the same, more expensive than before and the family ones are too expensive. The poutine lacks sauce and it doesnt taste like it used to. A few errors here and there on the orders. The portions have decreased a large poutine before I provided for at least 3 people now barely 2. In short, the people are still warm and very welcoming.

I called back to tell them that it was wrong so but they came back with the same crap that I had had at the beginning but we removed the carrots and put the Italian dressing in a homemade cup instead of the original that I had at the beginning, really Kraft Italian dressing in a Greek salad??their response and that there are several ways to do it but no dsl... really pathetic!

Order 1 small Poutine and 6 croquettes for delivery... 1h30 before receiving the order and the restaurant is 7 minutes from my house. The croquettes had clearly been overcooked given the color of the breading, yet they were cold...the poutine was extremely lacking in sauce and some fries were not even fully cooked. Very disappointing!
