The food is excellent but the service when ordering deliveries really leaves something to be desired. I ordered and had to call back an hour later because I hadnt received anything. I asked the operator if my order had left and it hadnt even been prepared! And it wasn t in an hour of meal rush either. The least you can do when you are professional and know that there is a wait is to mention it when the customer orders. We are in covid mode, we understand that there are deadlines and reduced staff numbers but that should not impact courtesy towards customers.

My favorite restaurant in Saint-Hyacinthe!! Best pizza in town and the Grained BBQ Poutine that I cant live without for long! And always a good staff, and 3 brother owners that I love! In short, I hope you enjoy your experience as much as I do! A must-visit restaurant for me!

We ordered for delivery, in addition to having waited more than an hour for our order, our chicken nuggets were not cooked enough and the brown sauce had a musty aftertaste. In addition, I asked the waitress twice if she had understood my 2nd plate of croquette and she confirmed it and was very surprised that a plate was missing from the order! Really disappointed, I can understand that it is busy on a Saturday evening at 6 p.m. but if you are too eager to take my order and you serve me a product that is far from quality we will simply place our order of 80 $ somewhere else next time!

Restaurant unfortunately greasy the toilets push back. The food is good. The service is bad and asks for a cup of tea with lukewarm water and I can dip my fingers in it so the tea bag will not infuse. The disappointing services the boss spends time shouting at the employees just waiting for the shouted boss in the restaurant. I do not recommend going to this restaurant unfortunately.

My family has been visiting this place for several decades and we agree that it is the best pizza in Quebec. ALWAYS courteous and fast service in the restaurant as well as for take-out. I highly recommend paying a visit there. The only downside... parking. We end up getting used to it.
