Une première expérience pour moi hier, accompagné de mon adjointe, pour souligner l’approche du temps des fêtes et la fin de l’année 2024! Nous avons reçu un excellent service et les entrées, repas et desserts étaient excellents. Nous y retournerons assurément en 2025! Joyeux temps des fêtes à toute votre équipe! 🎅🏼🎁❄️🎄
Comme chacune des expériences culinaires vécues chez CALIBRÉ, celle d'hier a été à la hauteur de ce que nous attendions. Une cuisine parfaite (2 filets mignons, 1 poulet et 1 pâte) qui nous fut présentée par une hôtesse (je préfère ce mot à celui de serveuse) charmante, compétence et savoureuse d'humour; un vin proposé par l'oenologue fort compétent qui nous a tout simplement ravi; tout cela dans une ambiance à la fois calme et complètement détendue. Bravo Calibré, certainement un des meilleurs restaurants de Saint-Hyacinthe.
Superbe expérience pour une soirée avec un vigneron! Explications très intéressantes des vins par le vigneron, plusieurs vins en dégustation, bons accords mets-vins, explications du chef également. Le chef nous reçoit dans son restaurant comme si c’était chez lui, il vient à la rencontre des clients, il est généreux, nourriture délicieuse et service hors pair. Soirée imbattable rapport qualité-prix, à refaire, merci!
Nous avons eu un repas vraiment exceptionnel!! Tout était bon. Les goût sont réfléchis et vraiment excellent. Nous avons pris le potage de courge caramélisé , wow, j'en aurais pris un gros bol ! Ensuite le ceviche de pétoncle, vraiment bon, j'aurais juste aimé une présentation un peu plus étoffée. Il manquait un petit qques chose .Les huîtres sont excellentes. Et mon conjoint a pris le pique assiette, il a tout aimé ,sauf la salade de couscous qui était un peu sans goût ,mais il aurais pris un plus gros morceaux du porc nagano qui est vraiment excellent et fond dans la bouche. Nous avons aussi pris le tartare de canard qui est absolument délicieux! Comme plat principal nous avons mangé les pétoncles crème brûlée et le carré d'agneau. C'était vraiment très bon! Nous avons terminé le repas avec l'escalope de foie gras ,que nous sommes obligé d'essayer dans tous les resto qu'on essaie. La cuuisson était excellente et le goût vraiment bon. Par contre, on a trouvé que servi avec des croûtons de pain n'était pas vraiment adéquat pour le foie gras. Un petit gâteau pain d'épices ou quelques choses de plus moelleux aurait été plus apprécié. Le service de notre serveur Mario a été excellent. Il était très à l'écoute de notre table,et nous a servi des vins accord avec nos plat , ce qui fut très apprécié. Il connait vraiment bien ses vins. Tout le personnel est très attentif , les autres serveurs, la gérante et le chef sont passé nous voir. Ce resto mérite d'être plus connu et plus visité. Nous avons passé une excellente soirée !! Merci à tous. P.S. Seul petit bémol , le groupe qui avait loué votre salle en haut était assez dérangeant ,avec leur musique très forte et pas vraiment souhaitée dans un resto ou on veut manger en amoureux. Vous devriez faire une porte en haut pour ne pas qu'on les entendent en bas. Nous y retournerons pour essayer d'autres plats!!

Quelle expérience incroyable ! Ce restaurant a surpassé toutes mes attentes. La nourriture était absolument délicieuse, avec des saveurs parfaitement équilibrées et des ingrédients frais de haute qualité. Le service était impeccable : le personnel était chaleureux, attentif et très professionnel. L'ambiance du restaurant est accueillante et agréable, idéale pour un dîner entre amis ou en famille. Je recommande vivement ce lieu à tous ceux qui cherchent une expérience culinaire mémorable. J'ai hâte d'y retourner !!!!

The food is more than excellent as is the service. Beautiful atmosphere and we are comfortable there, there is space. I highly recommend.
What a great dining experience! We had the chance to taste good wine, meet a work team full of knowledge and who took the time to come meet us, discuss and give us beautiful descriptions of the dishes they offered us. We ate oysters, scallop and shrimp skewers. As a main meal we shared the Châteaubriand with the aligot purée. For dessert, we also shared the pistachio gelatto (completely divine) as well as the Turtles style cheesecake. I cant believe it yet. Everything was PERFECT! This is my third visit and Im still under its spell. Thank you Calibré and see you soon!

Wow, wow, wow! Les saveurs des assiettes sont renversantes. On m a servi une pizza complète décadente. J ai reçu un plat de raviolis maison farcis hallucinant avec des morceaux de truffes fraîches râpées sur le dessus. Sérieusement, je suis renversé. Je ne pense pas que les vins qui m ont été servi se retrouve ailleurs dans un rayon de 100km. Merci

We celebrated a milestone birthday at home with our loved ones, and are delighted to have asked Chef Roland from Calibré Cuisine to prepare a special menu for us. What a gastronomic experience! The menu suggestions were creative, and their execution absolutely perfect as tasty as they were appetizing to see. The vegetable tartare starter was refreshing, the scallop aioli crème brulée starter was wow! », the lobster bisque in demi-tasse was charming, and the foie gras cone starter was delicate and succulent. The main course was presented in 3 very creative and appetizing courses. A modern interpretation of veal parmesan with Nordic shrimp as first course, followed by arctic char with wild rice and haskap chutney (and much more). The favorite was the third course with beef cheeks, grilled vegetables with lobster butter and asparagus. In a word, magnificent! The wine selection was also on point. We discovered some very beautiful bottles that we would probably never have had the chance to taste. Among others, the Sangiovese/Pinot Noir Liubisa from Weingut Hiedler, five stars in my opinion! It must be said, this aspect of the evening was as memorable as the rest! And let s not forget the service: prompt, very attentive, and professional to the max! We always had the feeling that everything was going very well for our guests, which is essential for us. It s obvious that Chef Roland and his team know their job very well. Thank you again and again for outstanding service! We had an unforgettable evening, it was magic. Our guests still tell us about it. Congratulations to Chef Roland and his team! Recommended without hesitation! The name Calibré is well deserved, by the way.

Chef Roland is a passionate artist and you can taste it. He is very attentive to the needs of his customers. For the rest it was a more ordinary experience, no host to welcome you, a waitress dressed in leggings... When we think that even the McDonalds employees are in uniform, we ask ourselves the following question: -what the manager is trained to manage a culinary gastronomy restaurant. Clearly they need someone with a background in hotel management.
Superb ambiance, exceptional food with a lovely selection of wines. The chef produces a unique menu with his Belgian and German influence, definitely a rare gem in the region. The staff is great, showing us the menu and suggesting the wine accordingly. We will be back without hesitation!
Received here for my party. What can I say about this culinary experience. From start to finish a journey of flavors. The chef is an artist. He came to see us at the table to explain the thinking behind his dishes. We really fell in love with the duck tartare and scallops! Service with a smile. Wine list full of discoveries.
