Me and my colleagues came to eat yesterday afternoon. Worst service in the history of restaurants. Waitress with blue eyeshadow. No smile, no service. She got angry when she saw that my work colleague forgot to put the tip (he clicked the no tips button on purpose) she started to cry are you going to give me the tip or what? Anyway. , worst service I have had in my entire life :)

Everything is good, atmosphere, dishes. But there seems to be a lack of services.

Excellent meal! Very kind staff and excellent service. Affordable price. Parking: Several spaces available and if there is ever a shortage or you have a large vehicle with a trailer and/or a trailer and even a camper, it is very easy to park right next door in the Canadian Tire / Walmart courtyard.

We were kicked out at 9:50 p.m. by a black-haired woman (the waiter had served us our coffee around 9:30 p.m.). In fact, a woman with a very dry and unpleasant attitude came straight into the hallway to tell my boyfriend (from afar, sideways, without even coming to our table) shouted Im closing in 10 minutes, Im going to have to leave . Lack of tact and one, we abruptly learned the time from her, but not in a pleasant way and two, we didnt know that there was only us left because from our table we cant see the whole great restaurant. Seeing this I got up and went to the other section near the kitchen and I saw three guys sitting chatting on break and I told them what happened and they told me no problem but when I returned to my place with my boyfriend the woman came back and this time closer to me, from the side, not even at our table, and shouted at me saying well whats the matter? do it maam I just told you to leave, I said yes yes no problem and she persisted. Honestly, Ive never seen that. Plus she said as she turned around take it seriously, Im turning off the music but its not because I dont like you. It was unfair and gratuitous because I wasnt aggressive with her. Clearly not made to be in the public, no class or tact. She ruined our meal, our time at this restaurant and our Saturday evening. $100 in a vacuum. Ive been going to this restaurant for 10 years, but the staff has changed and the service leaves something to be desired and its colder than before. This will be our last visit.

Bravo Casa Grecque de Saint-Hyac inthe. The place as well as the welcome and service is warm. We all enjoyed our meals, nice portion and everything was delicious. I recommend and we will come back.

Very very salty soup

Unfortunately I found an INSECT larva on my lunch plate. As compensation I was offered a tour of the kitchen. I was already gagging when the manager told me to imagine everything we eat without realizing it.

To inform you, there are now lunches, which we did not know and we decided to go. Very affordable price, with early bird promo.

Except for the fact that a waitress (not ours) made us feel like we were in her way at the end of the evening when we left. Everything was excellent. Too bad to have ended the evening like that.

I went there for lunch (available from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.) and I was pleasantly surprised! The lunch was very good and above all, the customers were spaced out in the restaurant! Very good food, generous portion, good price, but really not a family restaurant with young children, reservation at 11 a.m. arrival at 10:55 a.m., order taken 12:00 p.m., first plate 12:35 p.m. last 12:50 p.m., and invoice at 1:25 p.m. with 4 children 9 to 24 months and 15 adults we see that there is no concern about serving children and having an efficient service, to be avoided with family but very good with friends if you have the time!

A quick stop to stretch our legs. At this restaurant. Perfect service, Delicious meal, very good portion. Nice choice of stop.

Very good dinner on the other hand, we were a group and it was very long for the service. Despite a reservation, there was only one server for the whole group so the service left something to be desired. Not that the waiter wasnt good but there were too many people to serve. The plates arrived very late despite the plates being at least 1 hour after the order.

Great service from Fred if Im not mistaken!!! but the lunches really didnt live up to my expectations!!! I was wondering about hello my coco 5 minutes from the house there was a 30 minute queue and at the Greek house it was practically empty...... it was my first lunch experience and my last.. .. sausage & bacon tastes bizzare, French toast with full unmelted butter which remains on the bread and cold eggs......

Unfriendly waiter, attentive and helpful. Extremely salty soup as well as the meal. Tiny portion, quite disappointing experience.

Wow, what a beautiful restaurant, clean, spacious, friendly and what can I say about the service... impeccable! They are a group of waiters and waitresses, one assigned to serve the water and everyone makes sure that everything is to your taste. And what can we say about the freshness and beauty of the dishes, everything was perfect, everything was breathtaking. The ladies toilets are magnificent and very clean. Wheelchair accessibility: Door with button for opening and space for movement is large and well planned for wheelchair travel.

Dec. 31, 2023 12 p.m. Family meeting brothers-in-law sisters-in-law 8 people. Attentive, courteous and friendly service. A good mark for the waitress 6 Lynn. I dont really remember if I ordered my spaghetti au gratin dish or not! This is where it gets a little tricky; I had to have a spaghetti with meat...The presentation leaves something to be desired...the gratin forms a crust of cheese around the edge of the dish, dried by overexposure to heat. After eating part of the dish, I found no trace of any meat...same observation for the sauce; we must have forgotten it. So I settled for a flavorless pasta dish. $18.95; At this price we have the right to expect much better. We were family; I didnt intend to make any waves; I therefore did not protest in any way.... But back home, I take the time to submit my assessment to you. My wife and I had previously visited your establishment and were very satisfied with our experience. This time may just be an exceptional situation. I am not going to denigrate your establishment and recommend to those who read this comment not to delay their choice of visiting you.

This is the place where everything was not strong. The welcome, the service, the food not edible for anyone out of 10. Soft salad, vinaigrette diluted over time, stupid and incompetent waitress.

We go there often. As a couple and sometimes with friends. Its always very good. It s BYOB. So if the wine is not good its your choice. We take a big plate to share. 2 chicken skewers. 2 shrimp skewers 2 filet mignon 2 rice balls. 4 Greek potatoes. 2 salad. 2 soup of the day. And its always a treat. Dietary restrictions: For those with food allergies. Just mentioning it to the waitresses... Parking: Seeing as its in a shopping center. Very disappointed with my meal at Casa Grecque Saint-Hyacinthe. Slow service. No one comes to clear the table. Inappropriate comments from the waitress. The cook lost our order so we waited more than 3 hours for our meal. I do not recommend for groups of 20 people or more

Very slow service, very ordinary food .last time, I promise! (serve the children last as well)

Poor service, the children received the food last, when the adults had finished eating. I received my drink at the end of the meal, during desserts. The food was very basic, and my portion looked absolutely nothing like the one in the picture. I had around 15 fries. At the end, we left a very low tip, due to the service. $2 on a $30 bill and the waitress replies: Its very little, usually its at least 15% like taxes. Ill never go there! Plus we were there for someones party.

Quality of products lower than the rest of other Greek restaurants, fake tiramisu dessert or rather cakes?? I will never go back to any restaurant there

Almost perfect . My dish was a perfect 10/10 for the salmon steak which was spicy and cooked to perfection. My partners dish was superb but the shrimp were a little overcooked. That said, they tasted excellent. The service is truly impeccable .

A large Caesar salad that contains about the value of a small one. And with store-bought bacon chips and croutons. Not worthy of a Greek restaurant! Service barely passable.

The service is not equal...depends on the server. A chance worth taking! But most of the time its good! Its also not easy to deal with the lack of employees. The manager does the best in my opinion. I recommend it anyway.

I had excellent service! When I got my plate, the chefs salad was full of dirt, the rice wasnt cooked enough, I was afraid Id broken a tooth. The meat was delicious.

We waited 1h30 for our food to arrive. Ultimately the food was cold and the cooking did not correspond to what we had requested. My lamb arrived blue even though I asked for medium. Our plates were placed on the table. The shrimp was missing from the land and sea. There were mistakes on all the plates. Also if it was just the kitchen it would have been at least one star, but the service left a lot to be desired. The waitress was aggressive. Not at all pleasant and didnt remember at all what we had ordered even though she had made a plan. Ultimately two of our table companions never received their salad.

We went to dinner Saturday evening In our group there were some who had taken a starter for 2 to share the spinach puff pastry was burnt and the salmon was not fresh as a result they left the plate there. When we spoke with our waitress who supposedly was the manager she replied that it was very fresh that day and without any problem, I find that it lacks professionalism, it has been a long time since we had been and I can tell you that it is the last time for our group .

First time I go to a restaurant that doesnt suggest any coffee and dessert after the main meal, The waitress was simply overwhelmed We waited a good 45 minutes before being able to pay. Downright soggy salad, too much vinaigrette, there was like sand or dirt in mine, it grated on the teeth, Souvlaki skewer, much too salty, rice we dont talk about, the dish was barely warm. Positive point, the bread served at the entrance was hot and fresh. My wife and I had stomach problems the next day all day and we didnt have the same dish, she had a chicken skewer and I had souvlaki.

Still very good. On the other hand, the Caesar salad has been changed and for my taste I find it less good. The salad portion is less generous but still sufficient. On the other hand, I missed the baby carrots.

Its been a long time since weve eaten at Casa Grecque. The waitresses are very nice and welcoming. Its the food that gets a little bad. The rice looked like husk rice, mushy and not hot enough. Not real Greek potatoes but ordinary baked potatoes. My grill could have been a little more cooked. The shrimp was good and the bread fresh. The salad not worse but nothing more. Ultimately its not worth the price we paid. I do not recommend this restaurant the quality of the food has declined a lot in my opinion.

Sur nos 4 commandes, une assiette que le ilet minon commandé avec une cuisson medium nétait pas cuit. une salade césar qui navait pas de vinaigrette et un steak dur comme de la roche. À noter que le restaurant nétait remplis qua +/- 30% de ca capacité......
