Very good service but its been 4 times Ive been there and unfortunately the chicken is not fully cooked and still very pink in the center. Unfortunately at the cost of making me sick is not in the plans. So for that my assessment is not strong.

I arrived from Saint Hyacinthe Red Chicken, we couldnt order it was 5:30 p.m. there was no more chicken, so Im not going back there anymore, a chicken restaurant without chicken is disappointing

The chicken is delicious and the vegetables are very fresh. Its really excellent. However, as for the poutine, I saw another comment saying that you dont cook the fries enough, and after tasting it, it is indeed still a little raw inside. Im not a fan of this type of fry cooking. I thought this would have been resolved by now. I would still order chicken/vegetables, but no more poutine for me.

I have never had a problem in any of the Poulet Rouge restaurants but on Sunday April 21st we were served tiny pieces of chicken because there was more on the grill and it was almost the end. We had to show them the image on the panels so that they understood that it was not at all what we had in our bowl. The cucumbers were also on their end and my daughter and I always took 2 servings so we didnt have enough and it was soft because the bottom of the bowl was full of water. In short, I find it a shame because I usually never have a problem elsewhere.

What I could say about this restaurant is somewhat interesting. Even more so as the exterior seems boring and insignificant, it is at the very most tender delicious from the inside. The fresh product which marinates well with the chicken which is just seasoned and tender enough. However, in the last few months (we go there every week) the service and the atmosphere are no longer there and its a shame, I hope it will come back. Parking: Shopping center parking lot.
