Group reservation (forty people) on a Sunday at noon. The waitress was super disrespectful to several people in our group. She was alone for so many people (visibly overwhelmed) and very rigid. We had been there for 1 hour 15 minutes. She decided to take the order for a small portion of the group and their plates were already coming out while at least half the group hadnt even ordered. We simply asked her if she could soon take the childrens orders (almost all of whom were at the abandoned table). It was done very respectfully and politely. She told us to let her do her job as she wants, that she knows what she is doing . Then, we were forced to order from a limited menu with only large plates of meat on a Sunday at lunchtime. Being vegetarian, I asked her if there was another option (the vast majority of restaurant customers outside our group were having brunch). She replied very stupidly Well, what do you want, Im not vegetarian, I dont know that. We agree that an adequate response would have been hey I dont know, Ill bring you a regular menu or maybe you could have brunch, etc) or even just to find a solution with me. Her tone was super condescending and clearly, I was bothering her to the depths of her being. Later, she complained to the organizer of our group that she had not been informed that there would be veggies in the group (I was the only one). Was the question asked at the time of booking: no. So she justified her super unpleasant attitude and blamed us. I remind you that this is a restaurant that offers several veggie options as is on the regular menu (crepes, waffles, veggie omelette, etc.). I wasnt asking them to make me something special, unusual and personalized. Was the food good? No idea. I saw that I was asking too much for the waitress, so I told her to leave it alone, that I wouldnt eat. Frankly, no interpersonal skills from this waitress and I hope she sees this comment and questions herself rather than blaming others.

We have been going to Casa Flora for over 15 years, have been away for a few months, since the owner changed, exorbitant price-vs- meal quality. Being a beef enthusiast, and the filet mignon, mediocre for the price... this restaurant is over for us... Finished I dont recommend... look elsewhere

Sunday lunchtime, yes its extremely busy. The section where we have our table is served by the owner himself because several employees did not enter. I can completely understand that he is in the juice. But from there to answering bluntly to several customers and creating discomfort, I find that unprofessional. And the organization with the drinks service could have been dispatched with the boss girl/boss boy on site, receiving your drink after having had the main meal is ordinary... In terms of food, everything is very good, but really portions small for the price!

I rarely give ONE STAR but I have to tell you... Im arriving with my mother and my brother. There are only 2 people in front of us (looking at the menu for a take-out order). We literally wait 10 minutes before a waiter responds with the stupidest look imaginable. We ask him if we can take one of the many benches available in the left section. He insists that we take a table on the right. When we explain our preference to him again, he says he doesnt have a free seat! So we go back outside and he mutters that he has plenty of jobs and that its okay for us to leave. Amazing experience Ive never had in a restaurant before this!

The food is OK, but it is visible that it is made in large quantities, the chicken skewers were overcooked. Probably too long on the stove. But the filet migran was good and the seafood too. Hard rice, Greek salad without mayo, without garlic, commercial rose sauce. Surplus of $2.00. hard, tasteless shrimp. Cafe tasted like plastic, disgusting remedies. Restaurant to avoid. Parking: Too big for the available staff. Kid-friendliness: Okay.

Thursday evening February 23, 2023 there are not many customers so the atmosphere is relaxed at Casa Flora. In the entrance of the restaurant there is always a slight smell like sewage it seems. The welcome and our waitress are very good. My plate is plentiful, I didnt eat it all. The chicken is tender and juicy but the pepper sauce doesnt have much flavor and is quite watery. The insides of the potatoes are soft and there is too much dressing on the salad for my taste. In summary, its average food. Parking: There is ample parking at the rear of the restaurant as well as an entrance to access the restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: No problem for people in wheelchairs or parking in the restaurant or in the toilet

When I arrived at the table the waiter gave us a cup of wine with large residues sticking to the walls which was very obvious, then the bread was brought the butter was no longer suitable to be served it had been melted and refrozen, I put aside, the meal is served ok., the tiramisu dessert is brought to us completely moldy given the brightness of the lights not seen at the time so its a mouthful in the mouth which I noticed immediately, nausea ect.. all that is not to mention the service of the waiter who spoils the glasses to the point that the drinks spill on the table, no but this man who has been there for a long time and is unpleasant as a waiter send that back!!!!! I ask for a reduction in the bill without success, so I pay without leaving a tip, I leave and the waiter goes outside shouting to be disappointed with his no tip no but what a scene, worst experience!

Last time I went to this place and for the waiter really no diplomacy for the meal ok but for the dessert tiramisu taking a bite it had a bitter taste there was mold how can you serve a dessert which the date has passed I absolutely do not recommend this place

We went to eat at Casa Flora last Sunday following a funeral. We were a group of 28 and we had reserved a room. The waitress told us after everyone had consulted the menu and chosen that we were not entitled to table dhôte because we were a group, but only à la carte. This was not mentioned when booking. Finally, after insisting, we were allowed to order the table dhôte, telling us that we would not be entitled to the specials. We asked and if the 28 of us were going to sit in the restaurant would we be entitled to the specials, we were told yes!!! We asked the manager why? And the latter, with a more than stupid look, told us that it was because they would have to clean the table!!! What is the difference between cleaning a table of 28 or ten tables in the restaurant? Furthermore, it is not a party with young children, a cake, balloons etc. Which I can imagine would require more cleaning perhaps. Furthermore, we saw groups of 6 to 8 people who were placed in our room due to lack of space in the restaurant and they were entitled to the entire menu. The poor waitress who served our group had to explain this decision and she seemed very uncomfortable. We didnt penalize him either with a tip or with our attitude because it wasnt his fault and we left over $1000 in food at this restaurant. TIP: if you go in a group make sure to ask questions, the food is just ok and they dont have much respect for customers...We wont be going back there again thats for sure.

You know when youre left-handed and the person on my left is right-handed it doesnt go very well. What a disservice! The manager persisted with me for a long time before serving us. An hour for a plate of spaghetti. As if he knew it. The waiter came to his defense knowing very well the delay. There were several groups in the room, which meant that we had to speak loudly to understand each other. Imagined 3 groups (us included). Other than that it was delicious. (For those concerned, there is a small SG menu.) Dietary restrictions: There is 1 gluten-free menu, for those with celiac disease, and this must be specified to the waitress.
