My partner and I loved it. The waitress on Friday evening 22-11-24 for unlimited mussels and fries was wonderfully welcoming with a big smile.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed. From the service to the reception of our plates, the cooking, the flavors. Its a shame considering the price and the reputation of the place, you shouldnt be disappointed.

Good service and good value for money

It was an excellent meal, as usual.

Whether in the auditorium/reception room or the small restaurant in the basement, the cuisine is excellent. Its a warm place that offers a good table at a reasonable price where we can bring our wine.

Beautiful evening in a calm atmosphere and warm welcome. The chef/owner came to chat with us several times with great, amusing anecdotes. I had gluten and dairy free dietary restrictions and he was able to accommodate my needs.

Perfect for receptions/parties. The dishes are wonderful and it is a beautiful place well located in Saint-Hyacinthe. I will definitely go back because its worth the detour.

It was a work Christmas party. We were the vibe. The food was good. It s a bring your own drink option so it s interesting for a party.

Really not good service not even opening any of our bottles of wine and the food for an 8 course a112$ plus tax per person and not even able to describe what we are eating like cheese and others and the food what can I say disappointed to be regulars at a good restaurant

I have rarely been so disappointed in a restaurant. 1st and last experience. We first had to go find someone to sit down after 15 minutes of waiting at the door. Then no one came to see us luckily we had our own bottle opener because no one opened any of our 3 bottles of wine throughout the meal. We decided to have the tasting menu and oh so disappointed. For $225 for 2 I would have done better at home and Im very bad at cooking. Also, 1st service, the crackers were like old limp toast. And no one was able to describe to us what we were eating throughout the meal, not even the chef for our cheese plate. Very bad general experience both in terms of service and food

Its a very beautiful, elegant restaurant. We eat very well but for big eaters, you will still be hungry because the portions are not very big.

Disappointed, I was expecting something different, a Greek house and more expensive, receiving a filet mignon surrounded by bacon with the sauce already on it! 1 asparagus, 2 carrots and 3 small potatoes, I wondered if it was a stuffing, we still had a good time but expect to have high class cuisine its from the freezer and it tastes like it.

The service is very good, the evening was up to par. Good food. Also bring your own wine. Affordable dish, reservation is required.

Le Parvis... Very classic cuisine that also knows how to modernize like a current trend. On the terrace, a lovely evening with friends, tasting Argentinian shrimp with orange, snow peas and fragrant basmati rice. A seafood delicacy with a fine and unusual taste that will please gourmets. All topped off with a sweet white wine of your choice. Dont hesitate... Vegetarian options: Salads and other cooked dishes Kid-friendliness: The terrace, like the rooms, provides suitable high chairs.

Excellent restaurant, the food and service were sublime, to recommend without hesitation. Mr. Côté is a wonderful chef!

Pas le choix de la terrasse ou de la salle à manger, obligés à manger dehors avec les guêpes. Le service était très ordinaire, bouchon de liège cassé en ouvrant la bouteille de vin et aucune carafe pour faire respirer le vin. Le repas a été servi tiède et la cuisson nétait pas celle demandée. Déçus, nous ny retournerons pas. Nous nous attendions à beaucoup mieux!

We wanted to be seated on the beautiful front terrace but the only open section was a table directly in the parking lot with the bees.... It wasnt very rural lets say. There was no sparkling water, the menu wasnt very versatile either. Food ok but for the price, we expected better. Overall, for less money, we have already had better experiences elsewhere. Too bad.

I ordered tempera shrimp. Colder than hot. Our dinner the same thing. The return of the plate even the cucumber was very hot. Its microwave safe. You will see the photos. Plus the waitress. Called us a big cow. Because I just gave a $5 tip because she criticized us to our face.

We had our Christmas party at the Parvis and are really happy with this choice. We want to go back next year. The meals were very good, the festive atmosphere and the table service very good.

Beautiful place, cleanliness, beautiful presentation of the plates, delicious and varied meals. Kind and attentive staff. Vegetarian options: They listened to the particularities of some of the group such as vegan, allergies, intolerance and adapted the menu accordingly.

Wow, finally found a good restaurant in St-Hyacinthe to take your wine, the service was impeccable, nothing more to say except that everything was perfect. Dietary restrictions: They are very careful if you have allergies

This has always been our favorite Restaurant. Known before the current owner, but no less excellent. Celebrated our wedding reception, all-you-can-eat evening on excellent Fridays, and what could be better than eating on the terrace for lunch or dinner.

A memorable evening... We booked for 6:30 p.m. I had to call because no one came to see us after 15 minutes. to wait in front of the dining room door. We were seated and the waiter gave us his phone as a menu... After 20 minutes of waiting he comes back to see us and we ask him for the mussels, since its mussel/perch as desired, only to have us reply that there are almost no more left... Mini portion, service leaving something to be desired, strange atmosphere price and raise for an all-you-can-eat special which ultimately doesnt have one.

We ate outside on the terrace in the shade of trees and parasols. Delicious food at a reasonable price. Nice atmosphere. To discover.

the staff is superb, My wife is in a wheelchair and they arranged everything to get her into the restaurant. Thanks to the team at the square.

Restaurant with a chic pretension but which provides average service and the prices are much too expensive for what is offered. I ordered a rare filet mignon and it arrived well cooked. The blue cheese sauce had no bkeu cheese. The mussels had almost no sauce. All in a somewhat dubious basement as well as the toilets which are much too narrow if you are of a good size.

Sorry but I really didnt like my dish. We were a group of around 25 people and there were 3 choices of dishes. I chose poultry. A tiny portion of chicken breast, dry, bland and tough. No seasoning but topped with a sweet sauce. All accompanied by lukewarm and bland vegetables. The cream starter was also bland. I wonder if the chef is allergic to salt and pepper? The desserts offered seem to come from elsewhere. The layout as a whole needs a facelift. The service was good, which saves the one star rating.

I went there for a buffet. Beautiful room, warm. Excellent buffet from start to finish. Very good service.

We were there only once in the spring. The terrace is magnificent. The view of the neighborhood as well. The price is very reasonable for the quality of the dishes. These are delicious! However, at the time we were there, the choice on the menu was very limited. The chef could only offer us the dishes from the table dhôte since it was a weekday and there were few of us in the restaurant. We will try to go back on a busier day to see, but that was the only negative point.

What a welcome we had last night. Chef-owner takes great care of us as well as our magnificent waitress Marie-Lou. As we arrived without a reservation and there had just been torrential rain, there was a lack of space downstairs because all the people on the terrace had to be relocated inside. My girlfriend and I had the privilege of sitting alone upstairs in a big room usually for weddings and such. We felt like noble people dining in their grand mansion with their servants on watch haha. The food was very good, well presented and unpretentious. The prices are fair. Beautiful quiet place. The owner did all the flower arrangements around his restaurant as well as this beautiful terrace that we will try next time because it seems that it is the most beautiful terrace in St-Hyacinthe ;-) Our duck was delicious by the way. Thank you for this superb evening xxx
