Restaurant Lussier in Saint-Hyacinthe

When we arrived there were not many customers so the atmosphere was very relaxed and peaceful the waitress was very courteous, the food was just ok no more. Overall it was ordinary and no wow!

Very good restaurant, quality product and #1 staff

First time in a long time that I had been to this restaurant and I quickly understood why... the very ordinary waitress. She took orders from the other tables before ours, called us her loves and had us loaded up with a slice of bread with butter. Poutine, probably one of the worst, no cheese on top. It looked like a fry with too much brown sauce. I had lots of onions in my poutine. I strongly advise against it.

Very bad service, really long and food so not good! I dont recommend this place at all. My chicken and fries were not cooked at all, as was my friends pizza. The salad was not edible. It looked like it tasted like mustard. A Metro meal is 100 times better than this. The bathroom is dirty. There were no paper towels and the toilet paper was disgusting. I asked to speak to the manager and the waitress said there werent any. Avoid this place.

I went for fried chicken and what more can I say than wow! Real, real fried chicken plus the service is courteous and pleasant.

It was a meeting after the funeral service. A self-serve buffet.

We have reserved a room for 40 people. Everything was perfect and well coordinated. THANKS !

Best Italian poutine in Quebec

I really like this restaurant yesterday we went to dinner and I had the poutine Steven and Im a little disappointed. The cheese is subpar and there were only 5 grains of cheese for an average. Its too little for me and when I have to order extra to get a normal portion I pass. Plus the sauce really lacks flavor. Very clear. Thats not my taste in poutine.

Good honest family restaurant with Quebecois dishes like my grandmother served them to me. The fries are some of the best in town. The decor makes it almost like a museum, it s worth it, just for that and for the very warm service.

too expensive for a lunch with nothing on the plate. a brunch plate for more than $25 with tip for 2 eggs, 1 slice of bacon, a slice of ham, 1 sausage, 7 to 8 pieces of potato and 3 pieces of fruit is not worth it.

This company has been around for what, 70 years? There is a reason. Everything is perfect there.

We went for a small party and it was a traditional buffet, soup, pie, turkey, stew, mashed potatoes and vegetables with a log cake. For soup we can say good. Overcooked pie Turkey already in regular gravy Stew ok Mashed potatoes not good Frozen vegetables Christmas log cake good for those who love it.

The person who looked after our group should be EMPLOYEE of the month...smiling, jovial and absolutely calm. Bravo to her. Evening meal on December 24 (5:00). Thank you Miss

Always as good every time

I am changing my 4 star review dated more than 3 years ago. For a star! I have been going to this restaurant once a month for lunch with family for easily 6 years! Ive never had a problem, but since the reopening with covid Hello the costs for nothing. Its been 3 times that I have had bad experiences, always charging fees for nothing in addition to having waitresses who barely smile. I order the large lunch plate for my 3 children and I am charged $4/each plate for 2 empty plates. If I take the bread bar he charges me 2x more bread bar even if he only takes 1 toast each! These ridiculous. I am told that there are costs when you share a plate. Even if my children are younger than 7-5 and 2 years old. Ridiculous! No common sense. The old way was much warmer. Lussier restaurant finished for us.

Toutes les personnes à qui jai fait connaitre ce restaurant lapprécie. Personnel très chaleureux, en plus jai même une serveuse préferer qui me fait sentir comme à la maison. Its a welcoming place, with plenty of room to entertain groups and families. The food is very good.

At a private event, the service was very ordinary and I felt rushed to finish eating because the waiter was rushing to clear the tables. In short, I dont think Ill book an event at this place anymore. For breakfast or lunch, its okay, but nothing more.

My God the delivery!! It happened in 15 minutes, unheard of! It was really good Vegetarian options: Veggie burger

About ten days ago we had reservations for around 30 people, but we ended up arriving with around 80 people. It is certain that the service was a little long, but in the circumstances, it was perfectly understandable. The staff responded very well, and they still gave us excellent service. I recommend this place!

Very disappointed. Dry pizza with little sauce and the dough is a type of pita bread. Poutine not very good and all the cheese is in the bottom. My toast was all black. I dont recommend.

The hamburger steak plate was a bit disappointing. Small portion of mashed potatoes and only green beans as vegetables.

The atmosphere was good and the food was very good and hot.

The breakfast menu is simple, the classic eggs, omelette and breakfast poutine. The quantity-price ratio is acceptable, despite the potato mackerel. The service is OK, even if it is understaffed. However, health measures are not respected. (the health passport is optional.)

Excellent food at a very good price, I was surprised when I received the bill. The Blue Basket. Encourage a local restaurant. And the very joyful and friendly waitress Clarisse. Loved his service. :) I had the half spaghetti and fries with extra sausage sauce Hot dog with homemade chocolate cake and a little apple juice for $23. Inexpensive and delicious. And I was served pretty quickly for my liking. :)
