Very bad service and the chicken was not cooked, when I was told the waitress that the chicken was not cooked she said that it was not normal and that she was going to notify the kitchen but no response from her and she just left with the dish as if I was finished!

I have just come out of the Scores Saint-Hyacinthe restaurant where I had dinner. I was served by Nancy! A pearl! She was warm and attentive. We talked about everything and nothing during the times she came to my table. I didnt miss anything, whether it was sauce, condiments or drinks! She took the time to talk to me a little instead of walking in circles like many would have done or being on her phone. We see that she is an incredible human and above all that she has it in her blood! Thanks Nancy! Im not from the area but I now know where Ill stop next time!

Dinner at 4 last night, July 5th. The service was efficient, friendly and polite. The salad bar remains very interesting, as does the choice of soup. Our friends really liked the ribs. The chicken thighs we chose were not quite cooked. The chicken did not come off the bones well. Its not tempting to take more. One last comment: the person who served us had a dirty t-shirt that she had probably worn since the morning or the day before...Please, would it be possible to show a little more concern in this regard.

Loved dinner; but just one point for improvement... the cutting of the club sandwich I know it seems innocent as a comment.... I like it when the pieces of my sandwich hold together For the rest everything was perfect!

Took a hot chicken, only downside, the sauce did not penetrate the sandwich, which made it dry. For the rest, A+.

Ok, all around. I had the salad.

The Quebecois and Traditional skewers are excellent. The chicken tenders are also delicious! And delivery is almost always exactly on time as requested! But above all, the order is always correct! Very satisfied with the delivery service. We have also been there a few times and we have always been satisfied. I have no problem recommending this Scores!

Yummy food; fresh and delicious! We had the Cesar salad with chicken, back ribs with fries, chicken tenders and side salad. Very friendly service even though we didn t speak French.

Excellent salad bar whatever it would be nice if the salads were different if the salad bar changes every month in alternation otherwise the service with the super waitress Millie is extraordinary ;) I recommend this restaurant and ask for Millies section when you go, she is a really nice and pleasant waitress!

A great spot right off the highway. The food was good and the service was incredibly quick. It was a pretty standard roast chicken restaurant like Swiss Chalet or St. Huberts, so if youre looking for a nice sit-down meal while driving through the area, Id recommend this place.

Phew... Cold meal, frozen bbq sauce, everything was bathed (literally) in oil even though it was a chicken skewer with rice and vegetables. Same for my friend. At the salad bar, the vegetables must have been dated because they were slimy... Disappointed +++++

I entered this place for the first time with my two daughters, to buy chicken.. The manager or owner, I dont know, of the restaurant was wonderful... If he was the owner, you feel, in his behavior, that he did not succeed in achieving what he achieved like that by chance. Hes someone who has experience. The waitresses are also wonderful, they are like bees, I received good treatment from them. I also found the chicken super delicious, this restaurant specializes in chicken poti and ribs. It really is an ideal place to meet up with friends/family or to invite someone.

I liked it as usual, but the salad bar has increased a lot in money, with the chicken menu...I go there less often than before, too bad. Because with the drink being wine, the cost is too high, perhaps bringing our own wine would be a plus... Parking: Plenty of parking space. Really glad we stopped here. The chicken Brochette/Skewer with vegetables and rice was awesome. The chicken was very tender. Wish they had franchise in Ontario. Definitely go next time I m in Quebec.

Me and my husband went to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary today August 25, 2023 and everything was perfect. Impeccable service with the waiter Anthony, he is extremely kind, a guy who loves his job and does it perfectly and very pleasant with the customers. Our meal was also excellent.

Because my wife and I struggle with the French language (starting off great with conversation/ordering and really trying, but saying the wrong or incorrect things that end up changing what we are trying to say, but the food, service and accommodating nature of the staff were phenomenal (Emily was our server), she was very helpful once she realized we were having problems communicating properly. Excellent experience!

Excellent service. All the employees who pass you take the time to greet you with a smile.... Bravo. One suggestion...put dinner plates at the buffet rather than just soup bowls for everything. It is not easy to serve salads and raw vegetables in the same soup bowl. Dessert... the brownie is delicious, I recommend it. The team takes the time to celebrate customers birthdays. Really, a great team and it is obvious that everyone loves their work.
