Excellent team brunch in a really nice place! The restaurant is immaculately maintained, and the service was nothing short of exemplary. The dishes were of high quality: for my part, I enjoyed a superb omelette accompanied by a delicious latte, not to mention an incredibly tasty bread. On the practical side, there are plenty of parking lots, several of which have electric charging stations, which is a big plus. The atmosphere is perfect for having a good time, whether with family, friends or a team. As a bonus, the prices are completely reasonable. I warmly recommend this place in Saint-Hyacinthe. A great discovery not to be missed!

We have been going to your restaurant twice in two weeks to be able to have a little moment with friends unfortunately we are rushed by your waiters once Martin and once this Saturday by Sam every two minutes come to see if we are ready to order does not give us time to look at the menu continually puts pressure on us and seems in a hurry to finish their very ordinary evening... for such a beautiful restaurant but the courtesy is not there the staff are not warm towards us... it is paid now leave very disappointing I will go elsewhere now my money is good everywhere . Paying so much for this low quality and banal food never again

Nice place, good atmosphere and good music. On the other hand, I had to ask for water at least 3 times, the waitress didnt come back to see us to see how we were doing and the chicken in my salad was tough (overcooked I imagine). The sangria was good, but had A LOT of ice. There were 3 of us and the restaurant was not full. Update (Ive been back twice since): I still have to ask (at least) 3 times for water each time. Ill ask for a pitcher next time! ;) The pizza was delicious.

The ancho BBQ chicken pizza is really excellent. The atmosphere is good. However, the squid starter tasted absolutely nothing, no spices, just mayonnaise on the side. For dessert, I had a Nutella cake. It was more of a chocolate cookie than a soft one; biscuit dough with chocolate creaming in the middle. No chocolate sauce. But it was still very good. Its just the name thats wrong.

Very good food and excellent service. November 2024, I decrease from 5 stars put 5 years ago, to 4 stars because of the disco music. Very unpleasant, you have to shout to hear yourself speak. It seems to me that more relaxed music would be appropriate for early dinners.

Un bel arrêt à St-Hyacinthe, à même lhôtel et le centre de congrès. Le stationnement est facile et laccueil agréable. Le service a été rapide et convivial et le resto est superbe côté décor. Les sangrias sont excellentes et les plats savoureux bien que les portions soient un peu limitées pour le prix. Nous y retournons sans doute !

We took the trouble to call the day before to find out if you needed to make reservations for lunch. When we arrived, a lady quickly came up to us at the entrance and said we are full (in a very stupid way) and she immediately left! She could have apologized for the situation. Brief ! Really a VERY bad welcome! Note that there was only a small part of the restaurant in use.

Lovely welcome as always, courteous with a smile. We chose places at the bar, barmaid absent but a waitress came to see us (good) afterwards the young barmaid came to offer us drinks (good). Ordinary service with a smile. Ok overall. Very good food, platter to share, flank steak, sausages, shrimp, fries, mozzarella... choice of wine for all tastes and budgets.

The eggs were overcooked, the Hollandaise sauce separated and there was lots of butter on my plate. Worst lunch. I will never go back there. I advise against.

Steak lacked sauce. Sparsely garnished ravioli, almost non-existent sauce, I had to ask for some to be brought to me, as well as for the steak. The starter of very fried squid was like rubber bands. On the other hand, excellent fish. But its a lot to pay for the quality we got.

We often go there as a family, 2 adults and 3 children and there is something for everyone. A well-suited childrens menu with several delicious choices as well as a well-stocked menu for adults with varied choices. Big portions. Its good value for money. The cocktails are very good, the room is clean and there is always a good atmosphere. Kid-friendliness: They have tables with large benches, we find this very practical with 3 children it is easier to manage without disturbing other people!

Very ordinary food and services. The waiter asked us to leave the restaurant before our allotted time so that he could seat people who hadnt even arrived. Overall bad experience. Unfortunately we will never go to this place again because the atmosphere is very cold and not at all friendly. The waiter took payment from my credit card twice.

The place is super beautiful but my dish was slightly disappointing. Excellent taste with no complaints. On the other hand, the side portion left something to be desired. For the Price paid I thought I had more vegetables. Barely 2-3 julienned vegetables. I ate everything. I almost licked the plate to be satisfied with it. I liked my experience but nothing more. They dont stand out from any other restaurant.

Ive been to this restaurant several times and I like my experience every time. It s not the food or the service I want to talk about here, but the macho side, my uncle, which seems outdated to me in 2023. The young girls are all dressed in a mini-skirt which I find indecent. How, in 2023, do restaurant owners continue to perpetuate this old-fashioned way of exposing their female staff in this way? And the boys? If you want to adopt a sexed dress code, then also force your male servers to adopt similar clothing. Its unfortunate, you have a good restaurant, but you leave me with a discomfort that I dont want during my visits.

Great service from Samuel. The meals and starters arrived quickly, were hot and tasty. The chicken dumplings with teriyaki sauce are really delicious. The sharing plate is a must with one starter each. Your shashimi was tasty and melted in your mouth... everything seemed fresh.

The food was delicious but we were very disappointed by the slow and inattentive service. What a shame. My husbands order was wrong (twice) and the bread we were offered never came. Empty glasses and plates sat on the table so long, we had to grab some other server to ask for the bill. The bill was incorrect as well. We wanted dessert but decided to go somewhere else, this restaurant did not care about our business. Very unfortunate as we would have been happy to eat there again - however, we will not be back.

Ate here twice in the last week, as i was staying at the attached hotel. The first time, we were offered bread for the table which never arrived. Food was very tasty when the correct meal eventually arrived. Only got 1 drink after waiting 20 minutes with an empty glass. Very poor, inattentive staff. We went back a second time with friends. And hoped our first experience was not the norm, but we found out we were very wrong in that decision. Again food was great when it arrived but service really let the restaurant down. No drink refills, no coffee or dessert offered, waited atleast 30 mins after we finished our meals. Eventually had to find a member of staff to pay my bill and leave. Wont be back again

I recently dined at this restaurant and the service was generally decent. However, I was bothered by an excessive request for a tip, even though I had already left a tip. Im giving it three stars because of this inappropriate request, which affected my overall experience.

Tartare is clearly their specialty, but the pasta is really good too! Cocktails, beer and wine too! I admit, however, that the man who served us, although very professional and experienced, seemed really in a hurry and forgot us once, but that was quickly forgiven ;) Looking forward to going back!

5 on a Sunday early evening. The restaurant is pretty empty. It took almost 2 hours for 1 drink and 1 meal, no starter, no dessert. Friendly but slow service. No hand paper in the bathroom. 2 broken toilets among the ladies. Went for breakfast, the presentation was sad and the food was bland. My ice coffee wasnt cold and also bland. Cost me 30$. Ive been to places much better for way less. Also the service was very slow and the restaurant wasnt even busy.

Overall good food, not thing stood out but a good environment and mostly friendly and cheerful staff. Well run operation, we usually don t go to restaurants in/attached to the hotel; we re staying at Sheraton, but was pleasantly surprised about the unique food and quality. 4.3 stars fits!

Burger was perfect

It was good, but I found the mozz and basil pizza not as good as the one at La Cage au Sport. The crust is very good though. My boyfriend had the General Tao chicken plate and it was very tasty.

We went there last August 12 in the evening for our wedding anniversary. We had a truly memorable experience and everything was excellent. Starter, meal, dessert, drinks and sangria; incomparable. The waitress added to the perfection with her enthusiasm, speed, humor and presence! We told him before leaving, but hats off, that s really what has been lost since the pandemic. Traveling with allergies can sometimes be very stressful. But no need to stress at Zibo in Saint-Hyacinthe. They take allergies extremely seriously and took the time, despite a very busy evening, to check all the ingredients in the dish I wanted to order. I would have liked to know the name of the hostess who took my take-out order, so I could thank her here! Thanks to her and the whole team.

Mother and daughter evening to go see Mariana Mazzas latest show Impolie (a must see if you want to laugh) and we took the opportunity to test the Zibo of the sector. The place is very well located and easy to access. Plus there is plenty of parking. We had reservations and as soon as we arrived we were directed to a table. What a lovely reception from our waitress Justine. A very pleasant, cheerful person with interpersonal skills that are used wisely in his profession. She was able to give us her point of view regarding the wines, the starters and was able to easily explain to us the dishes of which we were hesitant to choose among several. Her service was impeccable and she got our evening off to a great start. However, I would like to point out that in my case, I am old school, and I like to have the service of the same person from start to finish, i.e. the one who takes my order also brings me my bread, adds the pepper and cheese on my food, fill my glass in abundance with the chosen wine, take my order of coffee and dessert but I like that this same person brings it to me too. In many restaurants, work is shared between several waiters, helping staff, etc. I like to tip for the service received by that person only and if that person only partially offers me a service then for me, the tip should reflect the same way. However, I dont think Justine was disappointed by the tip we offered because her service deserved it. Well, the meal now, we had the Beef Carpaccio starter and it was absolutely excellent. My daughter had the Braised Beef Ravioli and loved it. As for me, I took the Fettucini with lobster and shrimp, sce bisque and I asked for an addition of gratin. I was hesitant because my daughter had already tasted it in another Zibo and more or less liked it. I have to go my daughters way. This dish left me wanting more for different reasons, the main one being the taste of the sauce which is absolutely tasteless. Lack of spices and especially a factor that would make me say Wowwww, the sauce was absolutely disgusting. The creamy taste was drool-worthy BUT it wasnt...it was just...BAD. Add large, flavorless shrimp and you have a dish like so many others...that dont pass the test. I love seafood pasta, I make it myself regularly and many of my guests love this dish to enhance the flavor and therefore, find myself paying top dollar in a restaurant that most likely has a cook who knows all the tips for adding a little something to these dishes leaves me amazed that this one surely did not taste his sauce himself because he would have rectified it. He should also marinate his shrimp first instead of just submerging it in water and adding it to a sauce. FADE ON FADE = FADE. The dessert, Soft with Nutella, was perfect to finish it off with coffee. So overall a very good meal and very good service. I recommend and would return without problem.

Several meals were no longer available. We have had to recommend it several times. We were forced to order more expensive meals and a more expensive bottle of wine. No accommodation was offered to us such as a discount, a free meal or a credit.

Very modern and new look. Not sure of the age of place but appears to be in the 2 to 4 year range maybe. This was my second visit and merited a review for what was missed. Food was good. We had pizza. Thin crust. Hit the spot late in evening after a long flight and a drive. Only problem was a dirty glass for a double bourbon. This should never be missed. A customer shouldn t ever be the one who discovered this. An inexcusable miss by the bartender who poured and the server that delivered. It was not just a little bit dirty It was clearly the remains of lip stick or lip balm of some sort. I like the hotel property and will stay there again. However I will be checking my drink glass a lot more closely.

A hidden gem outside Montreal. This restaurant offers a variety of tasty dishes. We ordered the Zibo salad and teo main courses and i can say that the salad + one main course is good for two. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for a date.
