Unfortunately, the service has deteriorated. Before, I always appreciated the service offered... the telephone service was average and I dont know if the error came from the receptionist or the cook but I asked for a large regular poutine, well-cooked fries and sauce on the side. I received an undercooked poutine with sauce and the poutine was crushed. So if you have $25 to invest in poutine, go to a competitor. THANKS

the pizza has lost quality I always had pizza at this restaurant on my last visit it is as if the crust had not risen so thin and dry perhaps because of a problem that evening but the restaurant is still clean the tables are well placed

We order Rotisserie every week! A company operated by people with good heart. We went to see something new. The first thing that struck us was the lack of welcome. We didnt know how we should order, and looking at it we eventually realized that the order was done at the counter and then they called the customers. We were disappointed to notice that obvious things like sauces and breads were not unlimited, an extra sauce was even $1.50 which was extremely expensive, especially when we realized that it was not was not a homemade recipe. Although the sauce was quite good, a little spicy, it gave the impression of a sauce sold in bulk for retailers. We asked for a Pepsi, but they are still old school with Coca-Cola, and no, the drink is not unlimited either, it is sold by the can, or around $2.50 each can. However, the place was very clean and airy and the service very fast. The tables are mobile and the benches very comfortable with movable table. We waited 4 minutes for a double serve which is within a very reasonable time frame for a fast food restaurant. The chicken was generally well cooked, a little overcooked in places, but tasted good. We were disappointed by the salad offered only in a vinegared and very vinegary version, quite sweet but frankly overflowing with celery seeds. Personally, I didnt eat it. As for the bread, it was not fresh, although individually wrapped, it was quite dry, a Gadoua bread. We tried to eat the bread with butter, but it was so cold it probably came from the freezer, it was not possible to spread it. However, the place is noisy at lunchtime. There are a few televisions to follow the sport. It is not a place recommended for children who may find the time long and not very pleasant. Obviously, we felt like we were entering a private place where essentially it was just regulars visiting the place. Not friendly for foreigners. In the somewhat exceptional current services, they provide customers with newspapers free of charge. We also noticed that the 9 m rule not to smoke is not respected outside nor encouraged, the ashtray being at the entrance. There are 2 electric charging stations for cars. There is free WiFi inside. Kid-friendliness: The place and the atmosphere are not suitable for children who will quickly get bored. Wheelchair accessibility: The Place is not suitable for wheelchairs although it is possible to access it. The entrance ramp was snowy and very far from the door on a narrow sidewalk, the parking lot was also far away, matching the entrance ramp.

It was my first time this afternoon in this restaurant and I was very disappointed. My chicken breast was very very very cooked and even relatively dry, but the seasonings were good despite the thorough cooking. The sauce is limited to a non-fillable cup, otherwise it costs me $1.50 to get an extra one and the container is really small. Another positive point, condiments and napkins are available to customers and free of charge. The regulars are super nice and smiling, but they are very noisy, but hey, it adds to the atmosphere. :-) Despite everything, I dont think Ill go back. Thank you all the same for this fairly ordinary dinner. Good luck to the whole team.

Ive tried the pizza before which was ok, but the roast chicken was the worst Ive ever eaten (twice rather than once), it was dry and didnt taste much, the fries and sauce were bad. a comparable sadness and, even if the coleslaw was good, thats not what will make me go back.

Honestly it was ordinary x1000.. soft and uncooked chicken skin. Tasteless chicken with very little frying...and I strongly suggest you change the oil, it doesnt taste very good with a bitter aftertaste. Excellence not certain...

You have to try their hot sauce. It is a barbecue sauce that is a little sweet and NOT spicy (contrary to what its name might suggest). We make the detour very often and sometimes even just to buy this excellent sauce. You will not be disappointed!
