The place is good but I had a bad experience with them, on November 23 I was in their establishment sharing with my friends, I bought a bottle of 1800 tequila and when the bartender went to get it he told me there wasnt any. Then he told me he would refund me and asked me for the invoice. I gave it to them in the hope that they would issue a refund, but the refund never arrived, I went 3 times to ask for information on the possibility of a refund, they only asked for my information and that they would contact me later, which they never did. Disappointment!

November 30, 2024, First and last visit for me. It started very badly as soon as we arrived, I noticed that they had positioned us on a high table with only stools. Given the presence of my elderly parents with reduced mobility, it was impossible for us to be seated at this table. I clearly explain the problem to him and then ask us to change tables for one where one side is a bench. Although this one is as high as the stools, it will be possible with our help to seat my parents there. Even though my reservation had been made more than 2 weeks ago and the presence of empty tables with a bench, I received a categorical no from the host and this with a dry and splitting tone he gave me the reason that everything is already booked. But I only asked him for a table exchange, that makes absolutely no difference to the number of places available. He ended up accepting after 10 minutes just before my parents arrived, but that didnt suit him. The rest is more pleasant with the arrival of a friendly waitress who gives us excellent service, serves us starters and cocktails and takes our orders but about 30 to 45 minutes later she is replaced by another waiter and our nightmare begin. We forget to run after it as soon as we want something because it never comes by itself. Its been over an hour and a half since we arrived and we still havent received our meals. However, we were only 2 out of a group of 7 to have taken an entry and they had finished a long time ago. Now a waitress arrives with a salmon tartare and gives it to my mother but comes back to get it 5 minutes later because it was the plate from the table next door. However, they arrived more than 30 minutes after us. Lets hook up with our server again to find out whats going on with our meals. He said he was going to the kitchen and came back more than 15 minutes later with our first plates, apologetically saying that the kitchen had forgotten our meals. The only positive point of the evening was that our meals were very good, but small portions in relation to the high price of the meals. Large nachos half the size of most of those I have ordered in other restaurants, fairly small hamburger with a very small portion of fries, but really excellent onion soup, very good chicken and hamburger poutine. Cook the filet mignon corresponding to that requested. Then more difficulty getting service. The helper waitress comes and serves us water and fills the table instead of the glass and leaves as if nothing had happened. Have to run after our server to order dessert and regular coffee since the espresso machine is supposedly broken which takes more than 35 minutes to get them. Brownise and pudding chômeur arrive downright cold with the ice cream that more than half is melted. To finish several invoice errors. We charged the dessert for my son who was having a party even though the waiter had just told me it was free. Card terminal problem that the employees dont really seem to know how it works. More than 4 hours on site before being able to leave. Discouraging and the staff dont really seem sorry for this rotten service Wheelchair accessibility: Accessibility impossible in a wheelchair and very difficult for people with reduced mobility because all the tables are high with stools or half benches approximately 36 from the ground

Place of douchebags. A Saturday evening, 9 p.m. A multitude of clowns climbing onto the bars, the waiters are unable to get them down. They let them do it. A menu devoid of anything to eat except fried calamari, chicken wings and nachos. 24 wings, 2 Bloodys later: $100 less in the bank account. The only good thing about this place was the DJ, who was excellent. Dietary restrictions: Restricted menu from 9 p.m.

We arrived at the restaurant around 5 and we ordered around 6:15 we didnt have our plate we asked why and a waiter came to explain to us that we had forgotten he would make the order as soon as possible 2 minutes later our waitress came to tell us that no we were not late everything was ok but everyone around us was served and they all arrived after us so she was not telling us the truth and following this the manager came and wanted to explain to us how the service works and there I asked Peter to see if its okay to come and explain the service to us when you see everyone being served and you want to show me how it works Well, let s see, you should have apologized and offered us compensation. It was the 2nd and last time I went there. We arrived, sat down and ordered a cocktail. When I placed the order, I wanted a chicken burger and was told that there was no more chicken. Why not notify customers before they take their seats? We had to leave paying only for our cocktails since there was nothing else I could eat. Really disappointed with the service. You should notify your customers when an ingredient is missing. Especially since its chicken. If we had been warned, we would not have eaten there.

Interesting place to go for a drink with colleagues or friends. The cocktails offered are good and so is the food! There is a beautiful terrace outside for those interested and often the presence of a singer enhances the evenings! I really like this place!

Very nice experience at Shaker this afternoon with my family. We went there at 12:00 p.m. to eat tartares, there were not many people but the atmosphere of the restaurant is very pleasant, classy, clean and neat. We ordered the poke duo with royal beef and lobster shrimp. The beef tartare is delicious and the shrimp and lobster tartare too, with a very mild mayonnaise sauce. The poke comes with several vegetables and the tartares with fries, toast and a salad. The fries are particularly good, crispy and tasty. The prices are reasonable, but I found that the 2oz starters are a little expensive for the quantity of the dish The service was very pleasant by Myriam, thank you!

Nice place. This is not the first time that I have gone there with my partner. However, we were disappointed yesterday. My partner ordered ribs and it tasted better. I ordered a crispy chicken burger and he warns me its out. Only Cajun chicken left. I decide to have this and it looks like the chicken has been boiled and barely grilled on the grill. I would have understood more if we went late but it was only 5:30-6:00 p.m., dinner time. Really disappointed

Hello, we went to celebrate my sons birthday last Saturday and we are very disappointed with the experience: you have significantly reduced the quality of the meal and I am talking about the taste but also the quantities. The burguet looked like a little kids burger and you could even count the fries on the little panel. The poke bowl was really small and we ordered the bigger one according to the lady . Very nice atmosphere, welcoming and good food, however I would have liked to have included a small salad or some raw vegetables on the plate with my $25 burger and fries. (hence the 4 stars) A small forgotten detail but I recommend this very nice place. Parking: If the parking lot is full (which sometimes happens during busy times), there is plenty of availability nearby.

Best place for dinner in Saint-Hyacinthe! I have always had Adrielle as a waitress and she has always offered me exceptional, warm service and she is always smiling and cheerful! Ask to have her as a waitress, you will not be disappointed!

We arrived as a group of 12 and had 1h30 to eat. We must have been back at the courtyard next door. We warned when we arrived. Everyone was already served and the restaurant was half empty. We had 10 minutes to eat and pay and some meals were cold because there was a 1 hour 20 minute wait to receive our plates. Really disappointing service as well as the attitude of the servers.

I do not agree that they force you to tip and also that apart from taking out the tip, they pass the machine to tip even more The attention is very slow and apart from that, the employees are angry I think its not right that employees suggest obligatory tipping knowing that the restaurant has to pay them their salary as such we are not the end customers who pay their salary by tipping them

Very disappointed with the service, a plate for $30 and there is nothing in it.. the rice is not expensive so you can still put what you need on the plate. Then, Adrielle s manager must stop this job and change. It s a workplace, we re not in secondary school.. Im not the only one who has had this problem. Me and my friends will go back for more than $800 for 4... to be almost insulted. I love mason jars. My favorite is the Dracula Count and the Pineapple Punch. The classic beef tartare, beef tataki and general thao dish are delicious. For dessert we had the Brownie = filling and very good, rich in chocolate and we had the cheesecake = very good. The atmosphere is relaxed in a bar style. Very nice, the music is a little loud, but thats normal for a bar. ATTENTION ! On Saturday evenings, the bar has a DJ on site so the music is extremely loud. Looks like a club except its a restaurant so its impossible to have a conversation on Saturday. On other days, I recommend their terrace in summer and the indoor room is available in winter. Good overall experience. The negative: The service. I had 3 different waitresses who couldnt decide which of them would serve my table. I waited 30 minutes for my bill before getting up to go get it myself. It lacks pre-service organization. Otherwise it was good.

Very bad experience there. An evening which for us should have been the best, turned into a nightmare... Fortunately the waitress was a golden person, but as for the rest of the employees it left a lot to be desired! We had to explain SEVERAL times about stupid things! We paid a bill for almost $500, where we were threatened with being kicked out without even being able to come and tell us THEMSELVES and this, without even being able to explain to us why we were being kicked out! We had to speak with the manager, who offered us house shots as an apology We expressed our dissatisfaction with these facts to our waitress and she herself did not seem to agree with these actions. Then, in the middle of the evening... We order around thirty shooters at our table, they decide to kick us out, even though we had been in the establishment for more than two hours... What would he have done if there had been a minor sitting at our table? The damage was already done in short, a shitty evening in a shitty environment

Total disaster. Unable to serve food to customers, should stop taking orders and explain to customers the inability to supply. Leave the customer the choice to wait or go elsewhere. When I asked to speak to the manager (4-5 times), they sent me a young person instead. Manager too stupid to face the music. Place to avoid during busy periods.

Customer service leaves something to be desired. There were less than 15 people in the restaurant and yet it took more than 45m to receive our dishes...which were lukewarm. Apart from the poutine which was salty, the food was good.

There were 4 of us at a table on the terrace, 45 minutes to come see us, I had to get up and go ask for service inside, 20 minutes later we finally came to take our order. The plates arrived before our cocktails, incomplete and with errors, no after-sales service... After finishing eating we wanted desserts and shooters.... Kitchen closed for desserts but not for the other items on the menu? 4 Jameson shooters canceled because they never arrived... I understand that there might be a lot more people than expected but that was too much. We asked for our invoices. . unfortunately our supposed waitress Kat, to whom we asked a colleagues name because she never knows how to introduce herself, made us feel in a negative mood and was not at her highest performance. While observing the tables we noticed that we were not the only ones. Luckily Mathieu the (follower) was present and attentive.

I ask for a Moscow mule, which is not on the menu. The waitress hesitates, then says yes. The drink had in no way a distant resemblance to a Moscow mule.... I politely pointed out that it was a strange recipe, she completely ignored me. It wasnt even a good drink...

We really liked the food, everything was excellent. However, there is a bit of a gap in the service. Our waitress was super attentive, however when we arrived at 5:30 p.m. there seemed to be a change of staff. We felt a little left out. We ordered straight away with drinks, starters and wine, because we had a Lise Dion show at 8 p.m. The starters and drinks arrived quickly, but at 7:20 p.m. we started to worry because the wine was finished and the hunger was returning... We finally ate quickly at 7:35 p.m., thanks to our waitress for speeding up in the kitchen... because there was a new group of 30 in the other section who were starting to receive starters before our meal. Were still going to go back and try the experience again, great decor and atmosphere, everything looks appetizing.

I was unpleasantly surprised $23 for an inedible chicken burger with a mini portion of dry bits of fries my partner asked for poutine to replace the fries and we charged him $4 more for 2 pieces of cheese curds and a spoonful of sauce. Super disappointed for a $150 bill, I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL drive 500 meters more and go to the Beautiful and the beef, at least you will not be disappointed..

I ordered a flank steak and asked for medium and it was very cooked, no blood. Overcooked. The fries are dry, not homemade it seems. Practically McCain fries. The meat really disappointed with the price for the piece I got. Its not worth going there. The food is not edible. The salad was really sad. A piece of cherry tomatoes and 3 mini pieces of cucumber. truly minimalist. Im really disappointed with the food. The service was okay.

I love eating here. They have the best squid of any place Ive tried. Extraordinary. This is my moms favorite place for burgers and fries. They have lots of mocktail choices too.

My dish was poorly cooked. I had to send it back to the kitchen and get a new one. The service is slow... we were on the terrace and I had to ask the waitress to turn on the lights to create some ambiance because it was getting very dark.

Wednesday the 23rd we were a group of 15 we waited 45 minutes to get our plates and one plate had not been served and had been forgotten to have a puncher when the dish was served. It was cold!! In the end the bills were mixed up, all the dishes were on the wrong bill! And the drinks were mixed too!! When we asked to arrange the invoices the manager responded to us with arrogance so we left with our invoices unarranged. It was the second time we went there and honestly it was the last too!! Not to mention that our glass of water was disgusting, it was stained with food!! There was only her at the table in the restaurant and we werent the only ones complaining about the bills. There were a lot of us in the group of 15 working in catering. We understand that it can be complicated sometimes but it was exaggerated!

We had reservations for 15 people on a WEDNESDAY evening, so we expected that the restaurant was not full! As soon as we arrived, the glasses were dirty and the tables were horribly sticky. We heard 30 minutes to receive the cocktails however several errors arrived in the drinks. We waited a good 45 minutes for the main meals but again mistakes, 1 person in our party never received their meal and no one came to check on us to make sure everything was ok. No dessert was offered, plates never cleared. After waiting for the invoices for about 25 minutes still errors! We were able to see that the waitress was on her first job, however it is completely thoughtless to give 5 tables of 4 people and a group of 15 people to a waitress who is just starting out. After so many errors we were able to speak to a young lady who seemed to be the manager on duty, and unsurprisingly, a cold and unpleasant response from her. This is not the first time that this type of evening has happened during our visits and we come away with a bill of $122, containing cocktails that we did not consume and a bad experience. We will definitely not go back there again.

Very disappointed this evening. We were a group of 14. We had to change our glasses and utensils which were dirty, broken and/or sticky. One person did not receive their main plate, we had all finished eating when their plate arrived, cold as well. There are unordered drinks that were billed for. We all would have had desserts but it was so complicated that we let it happen. The waitress asked us all again what we had taken one by one to make the invoices (we had never seen that!) but with the software it is possible to combine invoices to make just one. When the invoices arrived, 3-4 invoices were mixed up, the manager (I suppose it was her..) asked us what change to make but she told us that it was complicated when there are groups !! If the waitress was inexperienced, perhaps giving her a large group of more than 5-6 tables was overkill. Or maybe some help from the manager could have helped. Another person in our group had to pay for a drink that she did not order in addition to forgetting the 15% discount that she gave as a coupon to the waitress. Very disappointed this evening, especially since it was for a birthday. The birthday promotion indicates free meal AND dessert with the purchase of 8 main plates or more, she only had the main meal free and she had to pay for the dessert. I wont go back there again unfortunately.

Lets start with the only positive thing: excellent main meal (beef flank steak) Now for why I will NEVER go back. 1- A meal took 3:45!!! 2- they brought me iced tea for my son twice instead of Shirley Temple...and the waitress disappeared so I had to run after it and play find me 3- a friend never received his ordered drink 4- several toilets did not have toilet paper 5- it took 2 hours to get food 6- we brownies served on hot plates were cold on cold plates 7- the reservation was in my husbands name for his party. Mine being recent and coming within 2 weeks, I warned that WE were going to take the 2 free meals. They gave the 2nd free meal to my mother-in-law... who will not be taken out to the restaurant by us 8- with each order I made, they told me if it was eligible for free shipping or not. So they knew it. The surprise was at the end. 9- they brought the wrong cake to my husband...I had to chase them. They charged for the bad instead of the free ALSO. 10- they brought desserts, including ice cream, without spoons... my son ate with a knife while waiting... Once again, I had to chase a waiter to get some 11- the many tables arriving after us our dessert were gone before we even received our dessert.. Or the dessert menu. 12- to get service, we had to constantly try to find a waitress because there wasnt much service..and I have no idea where ours was hiding..it was also the only way to try to speed up the service because 4 years is far too long. A wedding banquet the fastest. A dinner show is faster... in the end, I just wanted to go to bed And I forget some. No. Its just no. never again But its surely a great place to spend 4 hours in the company of friends with whom you can hardly converse because the music is so loud that only the person directly next to you can hear you....
