Dotty waitresses. Hostile, unpleasant. We were surrounded by waitresses while waiting to be seated. NO HELLO, NO SMILE. NO WELCOME. I asked if anyone was going to look after us and an old grub replied curtly, we re busy . While there were more employees than customers. Not strong. We left without eating. This is the last time I set foot in this restaurant.

As much as the submarines are good, the lunch leaves something to be desired We were 2 people and ordered the brunch lunch 2 small eggs, reheated sausages and dry beacon not cooked enough. The crepe was burnt as well as the toast, the baked beans were frozen in its small dish. I had to wait at least 10 minutes to see the waiter because all the staff were in the kitchen. I was offered to change the crepe without further ado or apology. the toasts took 15 minutes before returning to our table very disappointing and disrespectful to the customers the bill arrived 10 minutes after no courtesy and offer of discount. I must admit that I boycotted Mikes for years but.... With their new menu, I rediscovered this restaurant. The prices are affordable and the food is delicious. I highly recommend

I love Mikes! In general. However, this one left me speechless; and this with a poor connotation. It took more than one (1) hour to get the water served; basic service when a customer presents it. We asked many times if it would be possible to be served; at least water, but the waitress brought one (1) glass for a table of ten (10); the request was clearly misunderstood. A friend got tired of waiting and went to get a tray to do the waitresss job; as demonstrated in the video. As for the menu, the quality of the food is usually A1 at Mikes, but the service was so slow that once it arrived it was cold; the same goes for the coffees that we had to return. The bills took forever to arrive so we tried to go and pay at the cash register and the waitress just replied I dont know if you noticed, but there are a lot of people with a smile that we perceived as arrogance. However, the restaurant was empty if it wasnt from our group.. We were a very large group; 30 people. Our presence was notified in advance, so the necessary measures to operate the restaurant and satisfy everyone should have been planned. A very bad experience at this Mikes, the reason for this poor evaluation. I left some tip as a courtesy, but the service was not worth it.

Portions are small and the Caesar salad is one of the worst I have eaten in a restaurant. Soft salad, croutons and store-bought vinaigrette and the uncooked Burk bacon. I had to change this side dish for fries. Excellent service

I ordered a pizza and pasta for my child online at 5:30 p.m., I called the restaurant at 7 p.m. to find out what was going on, the cashier told me he had a wait of 1h30 and it was currently 8:30 p.m. and still not received my order and I had to make my child eat something else and put her to bed because it took so long. Amazing food and service

The service was excellent!! The waiters/waitresses were very nice and quick. I had the carbonara and it was excellent. I dont eat much and at many restaurants I have to waste half of my dish, but here, the moderate size was just perfect! For once I can eat my entire plate!!

We ordered a pizza and a lasagna for delivery. The service excellent. Our food was super good until my daughter pulled a long hair out of her mouth. So there was hair in the lasagna AND in the pizza. I called the restaurant to advise of the situation. I was never able to speak to a manager or employee manager. I am disappointed

The service was a little slow for a Sunday evening, but the meals were delicious.

The fries were cold and limp as if they had been sitting on the counter for 45 minutes. And I dont know what that weird taste of curry powder was in the pizza turnover. Very disappointing for the price. Its over for us.

I made my order yesterday I ordered seafood pizza with seafood gratin fried Caesar salad with seasoning and fish chips Total of $101.80 But the salad was really rotten, unbearable, they forgot mayonnaise with kutship and utensils. The fish tchip is really very expensive for a small piece served with a slice of lemon and a small salad, not even 4 grams.

Sorry to tell you that, Im very disappointed with the orders I made apart from the super expensive cost. There are missing things in deliveries or overcooked cheese sticks with exorbitant delivery charges. This has made it very disappointing.

I went to Mikes 2 weeks ago, with friends from Quebec who I am visiting. Being French and having arrived in Canada for 2 days at that time, I was not aware of local habits and customs, particularly regarding the percentage of tip to be given at the end of the meal. Its a waitress named Guylaine who serves us (nothing to say about the service). However, when paying, I clicked on no thanks for the tip because I didnt think it was obligatory and the amount was quite high. Following this, Guylaine prints the ticket, looks at me, and says rather curtly its the same price. I ask if there is a problem, that I have paid the indicated amount. She looks at me and says, What about the tip? My Quebec friend explains to me the fact of leaving a tip, I apologize and offer to pay her with the few coins I had (corresponding to the amount of the tip), to which she replies - again dryly - yes . I ended up paying her the amount of the tip by credit card, after which she replied - very kind this time - thank you very much!. I understand that being a waiter is not a simple job and that you must be able to encounter very unpleasant customers, but in this situation I could not know that it was necessary to give a tip, and in all cases there was no no reason to speak to me in such a rude and disrespectful manner, especially after I apologized for my misunderstanding. Its a shame.

I placed an order online for a pizza + fries meal after rush hour (after 7:30 p.m.). We receive the pizza around 8 p.m. So far everything is beautiful. For the pizza, I have nothing to say because it was really good. However, the problem is that I didnt receive the fries. We had to call the restaurant and the attendant told us that a delivery man would come quickly to bring the fries. So Im waiting at home. I put the pizza in the oven to keep it warm. I end up getting impatient and start eating my pizza slowly. Unfortunately, after 45 minutes of eating my pizza one slice at a time, I had to call back to the restaurant to find out if the fries would finally come. The attendant simply replied that it would arrive soon and that the delivery people were busy. The fries arrived at least an hour late. I had time to eat my entire pizza and drink my entire beverage without receiving any excuses from the delivery guy! Lets just say the fry went bad. Will I recommend this restaurant? I think Ill wait a little while. Its really a shame!

I ordered linguini with carbonara sauce regular portion and Im sure I received a moderate portion (compare to my friend who had a moderate portion). The pasta had almost no sauce which made the noodles a big clump, its not appetizing, it didnt taste like much and there was no bacon. Additionally, my order arrived lukewarm almost cold. I will no longer order from this restaurant, because they do not respect the order, there are missing items and it is not good for the price we pay.
