The sushi tastes good, and the packaging looks nice. Even if you don't speak French, you can communicate in English. However, it's a bit of a drawback that the staff answers the phone while wearing gloves and doesn't wear a mask while making the sushi.

I got the sushi burrito and it tasted great, unfortunately the fryer wasn't working so I couldn't get what I wanted and the burrito wasn't made with the crunchy stuff. I also got the sesame and yin yang sauce, and the yin yang tasted amazing! Service was friendly and the food was prepared quickly and neatly! The only problem was that the store was really cold and very very dark!

10 cooks in a place - we were the only client when we got there and yet we've waited 45 minutes for a poke bowl. I've enquired two times about our order, both times they were just starting our order. really poor service and average food

Looking at the reviews, I was perplexed by the many negative comments. I took the chance of having a box prepared. It looks like the sushi had been made 4 days ago, the rice was dry, the avocas black and even the wazabi was cracked because it was so dried out... in short, a horror. Ps: this is the first review I have left in my entire life, to tell you how negative the experience was.
Basically a takeaway sushi place, but there are also a few tables inside. Nice service, interesting, raw decor. Location - a building on the outskirts of a huge parking lot next to a shopping center. However, the sushi was a bit according to your own recipe (it was difficult to find something familiar on the menu). And the sushi man is clearly a fan of black sesame and hot spices.

The poké and sushi are excellent but really disappointed that in 2 years if its not more than that, I went back several times and each time I couldnt have the poké that I always take. The reason: the rice cooker doesnt work, the fryer is broken... on several occasions no chicken but problems with their supplier, I understand. There was once when I was with my friend, she had her sushi and I waited for my bowl which had been ready for 20-30 minutes and the staff just wouldnt give it to me. Im going back there a year later and its always the same story.
I like the Sushi Shop with the pokes and sushi. Prices have risen enormously over the past 2 years, however... we were at $29 for 2 pokes in 2021 and now were down to $42 in 2023... but luckily its good. It s just that we go there less often! The service is generally fast and good! Ive had a few mistakes on orders but they make up for it and I love that kind of attitude!
Order in advance a 50-piece chefs choice box for around $80 for dinner. Discovered at home that the chefs choice was the old awakening sushi. Avocado blacken and nothing fresh.
Damage ! The first sushi franchise in Quebec is no longer TOP. The rollers are soft, shapeless and fall apart when you try to pick them up. My homemade sushi is much better!

I always order in advance and have had no problems with my orders. Usually on Monday my order is done quickly. They have a wide variety in their menu and even for those who dont like seafood there is chicken sushi which is really good even the chicken pokebol is good, but I always ask if their mango is ripe first. Their chocolate-banana bomb is irresistible, I advise you to try it!
I have never seen a sushi shop so incompetent I once worked in a sushi shop and there was absolutely nothing in my order that was done well, wrong quantity, wrong ingredients, lack of ingredients, the employees work slowly. Ive ordered at least 4 times there and its over. I dont recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Employees pick up the phone so as not to receive a call! Arriving there there is nothing in the counters, they cannot make your order either because they have no rice at 6:00 p.m. when the restaurant closes at 8:00 p.m. Worst place for sushi in St Hyacinthe

I love it when its done well! But without exaggerating, I have only been satisfied once out of my last 5 orders. Very often there are missing ingredients in my veggie poké (avocado, sweet potatoes and edamame beans were missing). The last time I had a veggie sushi burrito there was a lot more tempura than anything else and it was missing almost all the other ingredients, it was not edible.. It would be nice if employees had the recipes in front of them when making them.
No more rice.... In a sushi restaurant..... The employees seemed to find it very funny when I left.
Its getting worse and worse, a ton of rice, ton of tempura, little fish and seafood, piece of avocado pit, pieces cut giant or so thin that it falls apart... ordered 5 kinds and everything tasted like it. same thing.

Dont be fooled by the schedule! They are short-staffed and have difficulty trusting the time they announce. Often close 1-2 hours earlier than scheduled. Despite everything, the staff is very friendly and does their best.

Very ordinary experience! Sushi for 4 people delivered with only 2 soy sauces!?! No wasabi or ginger to accompany. Really disappointing! And the avocado in the avocado rolls was hard, tough and tasteless. I do not recommend this restaurant!!!

Excellent sushi! I adore. The wait time is long sometimes but thats normal when its delicious! There are a few employees who are angry at times and dont seem happy, but in general they are polite. A small increase in salary might make them smile more! :)
Ordered at 2:30 p.m. for an order at 3:30 p.m., when I got there I had to wait 40 minutes to get the order. Please give an honest waiting time. P.S. clearly missing an employee. The only two employees there couldnt manage everything on their own.

I really like the Sushi Shop chain because I find their products excellent. On the other hand, this branch is pitiful and almost makes you want to go to the competition instead. There are often errors in the orders, they dont answer the phone and the employees are nonchalant, we almost have to do the work for them (ask for a bag, put our trays in it and the sauce... the basis!). I am seriously very disappointed...
Sushi congelés. On me répond que cest un aliment qui est comme ça. Ils nous prennent pour des valises.Les tables étaient sales et lemployée nétait pas occupée. Il a fallu quand même que je lui demande de laver ma table. Les prix sont semblables à ceux des autres restaurant de bon goût mais leurs sushis ne les valent pas. Faites-vous plaisir : allez ailleurs !
2 and a half years ago, I found a small spider in my sushi desserts. The cream sugar sauce for desserts was always full of mottons. I wanted to try this branch again tonight, but with the reviews Ive read, I definitely wont be going back!

I usually order around $80 worth of sushi and my order is always prepared in 25 minutes, which I consider a reasonable preparation time given that the sushi I order are more complicated to prepare than average. The only thing is that the restaurants ventilation is really ineffective because, no joke, after 10 minutes spent inside, my eyes were burning so much that I cried. I dont know how the employees manage to endure this but in any case they are pretty resilient.
The sushi is excellent. Sometimes the staff is a little mixed but they are very friendly. Check your order with them so as not to have any disappointments. Order in advance because they are often busy, really a lot, especially on Friday and Saturday. The staff changes quite often there is a good turnover, I have seen one or two employees who are really bad at customer service but the new gang is very cool. One of the best places in St Hyacinthe to order your sushi in my opinion.

La qualité y est. cest un peu dispendieux, mais cest des sushis. Toujours frais (et jy vais mensuellement, depuis 4 ans) et ils ont une bonne sélection de sushis de variétés différentes. Le seul hic, cest que le soir, il faut sattendre à patienter 45 minutes pour une commande, et souvent le frigo est vide, alors pas le choix dattendre.
