Good service and good food

Very disappointed with the welcome and professionalism of the manager! She had lost the reservation for a group of 18 people taken a month in advance, no excuse, no compensation. There were finally 14 of us sitting on benches! So 14 people who will never return there.

Second visit and I will return

When I went to this bistro I honestly didnt expect anything more than to be served the same type of dish that Im used to seeing. BUT, following my experience there I can confirm to you all that the dishes are really good and are 100% worth a visit there, the prices are fair and the portions are reasonable which is what you really expect of a restaurant these days. I really have them a good experience in everything and everywhere.

I cant say its good or not... we reserved for mussels: the person on the phone when booking assured me that we would have mussels despite the late reservation time! Arriving there we were told that there were no more mussels! THANKS! This allowed us to discover another excellent restaurant where we were served mussels!

My WOW goes to their EXTREMELY high price for a simple delicacy. There were three of us... and it cost $100+ for Junk Food!!! Even if their food is pretty decent, there are limits to ripping off the world! See for yourself before you go.

The service was very good, the food, good but nothing more. As for the atmosphere... we were seated next to a group of drunks, who screamed, belched, spent their time at the jukebox shouting songs like karaoke and broke glasses... I had trouble speaking and hearing my friend and it was just 9 oclock in the evening... I would have liked someone to intervene, but the poor waitress seemed distraught.

The boss is disrespectful for no reason when he is asked for a simple bottle of water, because the water is not drinkable! And whats more, were told that if youre not happy to change restaurants, its a lack of professionalism.

The welcome was impeccable but it was the level of service that left something to be desired. The waitress was very cold, flat didnt smile or look at the people she was talking to. When it was time to pay, she literally threw the machine on the table in my direction, with no respect and no delicacy. I have never had such poor service from a server. Frankly disappointed.

Finally a real brasserie atmosphere with attentive staff. I return there despite the knitting of streets to get out to go towards St. Jean.

We ate very well in a beautiful atmosphere on the outdoor terrace. The waitress was very friendly.

Ive never had such bad service from my waitress (cold, unpleasant, everything I asked seemed to bother her), but the bartenders were really good so I wont give it just one star. Worse from what I heard, the waitress who served us (and a few others) acts the same with everyone

Beautiful atmosphere Friday evening singer and seafood with drinks

I loved it, the atmosphere was very good with the singers, I ordered the snail gratin starter with the Bris Burger, it was absolutely delicious with a reasonable price. The waiter Simon gave us excellent service, courteous, funny and attentive. If you go there for a birthday with a group of more than 6 people, the birthday persons meal is free! Once again I loved it and it s a place that I highly recommend

Nice atmosphere, even if the restaurant is on a busy boulevard, the passing vehicles make a lot of noise. The amount of ice in the drinks means that the alcohol tastes little or nothing at all. Impeccable service. I couldnt eat much, but the natchos were good.

My girlfriend and I chose the bri cheese burger and exchanged for sweet potato fries, its worth the $3 extra per plate! It was excellent, I recommend it. Lots of waitresses ready to serve you! $62 for 2 plates and a drink is expensive so we wont go often. Lack of decorations on the walls

Really nice place to have a drink, watch a match or see a good band (excluding covid) The meals are good and tasty and it is quite affordable. Wide choice of drinks. The waitresses are really nice. Very large parking lot which fills up quickly during peak periods (meals). Parcontre la Terrasse is really too noisy during the day with trucks passing regularly. The restaurant-bar is clean and sanitary measures are fairly respected. Unfortunately the owner has no control over this.

Superb place! Good choice of beef and also good quality! I would have given 5 ***** but when it comes to microbrewery, the choice is slim between some Unibroue and an IPA from Domaine Bertillaume. (Ps for the restaurant the IPAs... its maximum 3 months after that, it tastes empty).
