It s always super good no matter the menu. Everyone is always amazed and satisfied! The summer pop-up menu at the Trinquette kiosk is also awesome, go try it!

The quantity on the plates is minimal! We even had 2 starters and we were still hungry when we left.

Best restaurant in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. Excellent service and nice atmosphere on site. If you are entertaining at home, this is the best option! You will have the same delicious meals with the superb presentation and the steps to follow are very very simple.

After several take-out orders since the start of the pandemic, it is truly a gem of a restaurant that stands out as much for their passion for fine cuisine that we find in each of their dishes as in the presentation. Whether its the starter, main course or dessert, the quality is consistently exceptional, week after week. An easy-to-use online ordering system with efficient quantity management. A real favorite.

We ordered their takeout meals during the pandemic (3-course menu) and we loved our gastronomic experience! The flavors and presentations were superb. A great discovery in St-Jean, I recommend and we will certainly come back.

What can we say about Bistro Braque? To try it is to adopt it!!! The quality of the food, the careful presentation and the mixture of flavors are breathtaking!!! Im not an expert on the subject, Im just a self-confessed epicurean who just wants to live extraordinary culinary experiences and for that, Le Braque has no equal!! Lets make Bistro Braque a flagship of our City and encourage other small, talented local restaurateurs in order to propel St-Jean among the culinary references in our Belle Province!!! With the Braque as leader, we are in business!!!!!

Absolutely delicious meal and superb presentation despite the take-out menu. Clear instructions for pick-up and preparation (reheat and serve). I highly recommend!

My wife and I ordered during the COVID-19 pandemic. We ordered the octopus carpaccio as a starter, the duck tartare and pork shank as a main meal and the cheese mousse and choco pound cake for dessert. Everything was excellent (especially the carpaccio!). The portions were very generous and the online ordering and pickup process was very well organized. We were even able to eat leftovers the next day! Looking forward to visiting post-pandemic. Suggestion: sale of reusable bags at the restaurant for people who forget to bring theirs.

A place to discover! The dishes are exquisite and sought-after. Great for small groups. Book well in advance to guarantee a place or go as a couple, there are often 2 places available at the front. The braises are exceptional.

We ate a starter before our main meal and everything was frankly delicious: very good mix of flavors. My ceviche, among other things, was amazing. The portions are generous too!

A seasonal menu that includes half a dozen dishes and as many starters and desserts, with all kinds of ideas and flavors, each more intriguing than the last. I ate very, very well. I discovered flavor combinations that I wouldnt have suspected were so delicious. A cuisine as gourmet as it is delicious, and bring your own wine too. This provides a sought-after quality meal at a reasonable price with the opportunity to try a tasty starter, main course and dessert that youve probably never tasted before.
