Tb...... since we reopened ouch waited 30 minutes inside for my order which was not the right one waited another 15 minutes to get the right sandwich not able to get the cash receipt and hear the manager shout hee gang thats enough of the stupidity and ordered like everyone else..... no comment...lets not be the only one and lets not talk about all those at the drive-thru who were waiting in the parking lot and we werent in the dinner rush that will take time before returning to avoid or check your orders before leaving this advice

Pitiful service! 1 hour wait inside to have 2 trios + 2 happy feast.. We are told every 10 minutes your croquettes are in oil your order is coming... we complained to the manager and they refuse to reimburse us, in addition to being arrogant, a real joke! This McDonalds was closed and should have remained closed, if not able to supply, must at least hire employees. In short, go to Seminar!!

Self order. We waited +40 minutes in the parking lot waiting for our order. To finally go in and get a refund.

I came by around 11 p.m. for a cone. The service was very long so I had plenty of time to examine it. The employees dont know how to organize their time. There was one who was shouting 2 people ago at counter and several employees passed by without serving us. A good 5 minutes passed before we had service. But the main reason for my criticism today is not that. Its really rare that I criticize places but This is a serious question of hygiene. While waiting for my cone, I looked at the closed display of muffins and donuts. A DISGUSTING word!!!! There were so many baby flies flying around and were mostly on the muffins that it was really concerning. But no one sees that. I cant believe youre selling this. I wouldnt even have given this to a pet. So review your priorities!!!

30 minutes at the drive-thru to end up with an order full of errors, for example a hamburger with extra pickles that we received two buns with a meatball without a pickle and no toppings really disappointed

I would have given it 0 stars if it were possible. I placed an order online, the large fries were missing, and a spicy grilled chicken sandwich was given the bread and the cold chicken without sauce or lettuce, I ordered a poutine I received it ice cold the fries would say that they date from the day before, I called the restaurant and the response was sorry but we cant do anything, call Skip, I explained that the problem was that there were things missing in my order, the delivery man did his job well work. Disaster

Usually I dont give reviews on Google, but I wanted to highlight the excellent work of the manager on 10/30/24 around 4:23 p.m. who met my expectations and provided fast service with the employees behind. You can go there with your eyes closed.

Unfortunately a bad experience on Halloween night, a lot of waiting, little interior space due to construction, the drive-thru service was going through and the orders inside were not coming out.

Slow drive-thru

We waited 30 minutes for an order inside. Very very very long service and no employee is in the hive. I received my poutine with around twenty fries inside.... In short, I will never go again

Lots of customers, not enough employees, the places are very small, we wait for our order piled up like sardines and often make mistakes. The manager who yells at the boys who make the food. It is becoming as pocket-sized as the one at the Frontenac or Ste-Catherine metro stations in Montreal. Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance makes it difficult for a person in a wheelchair to enter smoothly.

Very good service. Fast, efficient, they speak French for once in McDonalds. I really recommend. Finally a McDonalds that lives up to its reputation and is truly local! Parking: Plenty of space, easy to find. Several places for the disabled and all the places are very close to the entrances. Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible, automatic doors work well. The spaces are less than 5 meters from the doors and the ramps are well maintained.

Very poor service at the counter. Orders are served out of order. Waiting 15 minutes and seeing people who came much later than us get served more quickly is not acceptable. We only ordered a smoothie, which wasnt complicated to make... Total disappointment.

Need Renovation and Expansion

Sometimes long service with employees who chatter .. the wait is very often long and please repair this printer on the terminal in front, it s been more than 3 months already since we have any receipts for that one .

The place used to be poor, but now its a good McDonalds. Notes: There is just something to improve, like emptying the trash cans during the rush and filling there with an automatic machine (the tickets are often missing) Positives: -Small therefore often calmer -There are wall outlets to plug in your Computer or Phone -Friendly staff -Two Toilets (RIP men only have one Toilet (Unisex) / GG Dads!!) Negatives: -Sometimes there is a shortage of paper for the Automatic machine (No tickets) -The trash cans are often full. -Opening and closing times are not always reliable

Lots to say... Firstly for fast food I have never seen such slow service, no organization in the kitchen. NO MORE FOUNTAIN DRINKS and I had to return my order 3 times because there was a mistake, once the sandwich, then the drinks and again the sandwiches!! I will never go back there again and I strongly advise against it. I would like to add that they had 3 customers with us!!

Jai commandé un mcwrap poulet croustillant avec sauce ranch avocat, jai spéciquement demandé sans concombre ni jalapinos, avec un ajout de fromage râpé et bacon, a ma grande surprise lors de la livraison, jai un wrap sans fromage ni bacon mais avec beaucoup de concombre et jalapenos... je ne suis pas particulièrement surprise mais je suis déçu..

On several occasions the order was not correct. Today I got a spicy MCcrispy even though I asked for non spicy at the drive-thru and respecified non spicy when paying. On the same order I asked for a double quarter pounder with cheese and got two single quarter pounders. Thats three times in a row that my order has been wrong. A few weeks ago, there was no mayonnaise in my MCcrustillants. Another time there was no bacon. Youd better go to the McDonalds seminar, its a little better.

I ordered a cheese BURGER, there was no meatball inside, NO MEATBALL!!! It was a cheese bun...very disappointed...to force you is to assume that burgers are your specialty, how can you forget a MEATBALL!

MESSAGE TO THE FRANCHISOR this service point (St-Luc) is terrible, bad service, stupidity in the kitchen, long time to get a response. Trash cans overflowing, no napkin, no ketchup... I never complain but its worth saying because its not the first time Ive been there and it was similar.... on the other hand the new McDonalds in Chambly had problems but everything is back to normal, well done to this franchisee for having taken measures to resolve the problems!....once again I passed and error in the drive-thru order. ....changed from fanchized McDonald!!!!

I was served very well by a young man named Zackary who was very attentive while the others in the kitchen were hanging around, playing the music too loudly and doing my order wrong! very disappointed by the people who are supposed to take care of the food and not play with it!

Lack of experience, several errors on the order

Relatively good in general. I didnt experience it at the counter and inside. But in general its okay... A little long sometimes at the drive-thru even if I order 15 minutes in advance, the order takes time to arrive, the same as when checking in in the app. In addition, the card system for orders from delivery people and customers is really not clear. It is written in large letters reserved for delivery people, the intuition is to NOT use these spaces. But I am told that I should have used them... I may have read it wrong, but I believe that an improvement to this effect is necessary.

Clean and well maintained, fairly fast service, please be careful, a lukewarm Big Mac is not great. Parking: Parking near the gates is 25 spaces but further away 30 spaces are available. Wheelchair accessibility: Its okay

This is the best McDonalds in the region for delivery. The staff is nice. The delivery people are served quickly. The manager often offers the delivery man a coffee in the morning. Well done to the whole team

McDonalds in Saint Luc are truly focused on respect. They serve their customers with respect and will never show any emotion related to anger. The food was waste, probably left in the stove for more than 10 minutes. Nevertheless it was edible and we must not forget that most of them are young people who are just starting out in the working world and must be given a chance

Waiting 10 minutes for a coffee, when there are no other customers, the lobby is very dirty and all the trash cans are overflowing and full cabaret boxes are scattered around. The employees told us god damn because we wanted our coffee.

My sister actually bought a liquor this morning and they didnt change their drinks again. No flavor. This evening at 7:55 p.m. my sister returns for me this time. And no flavor yet to the liquor. You are not able to check your liquors as you should. You sell drinks for a whole day without any flavor. And its not the first time this has happened. Almost every week. Dietary restrictions: You dont do your liquor checks. You sell flavorless drinks and that happens often.

Always great service and well done to the young people who keep their cool and their professionalism while disrespectful customers give them a bad time! One of the only McDonalds Ive seen with a VERY clean pastry display!
