Very disappointed! We had reserved a room for our Christmas dinner. We booked a month and a half in advance and received a confirmation text saying we had the room and everything was great. However, the day before when we called to confirm the exact number of people in the room, we no longer had the room! It was given by another group without even notifying us! Big lack of respect and professionalism...

Very good. Quite expensive, but you know the prices before you go. The bread bar is clean and good. The atmosphere and service are excellent.

It was for a Christmas party. Overcooked dishes, mixed bills. Prices too high for this type of meal. We had celebrated Christmas there and it was very different. We were disappointed this year.

The pasta is very good and very adequate quantity, the pizzas too but the traditional lasagna looks more like a starter than a main course. Fairly high price.

The only Paccini on the south shore of Montreal that does not offer gluten-free bread as an extra (even if the extra is colossal, it is an attention sought after by customers). My pasta was excellent but we were a group and I would have liked to have the tartare but there wasnt even a description and we couldnt have picked it up and 2 people in the group had it and the pistachios were not really good in the tartare and to spice it up as they told me, hot peppers are not great...otherwise, very beautiful renovated restaurant

Dinner (weekday) for my birthday. There were 2 of us and we had excellent service: Courteous and friendly which was much appreciated. The portions are generous. Only downside: the dishes are slightly too salty. But overall it was a great experience.

Je vous déconseille ce restaurant en période de canicule. Le serveur était charmant. Deux personnes ont pris une pizza à peine mangeable mais le saumon était excellent.

I have been going to this Pacini for over 10 years with always great satisfaction. Until now. I go there about twice a year. Being a full-time single parent with two children, its still a good outing. First of all, I found the waitress (Josée) very insistent when it came to extras. Not drinking alcohol, she promoted Virgin cocktails with a little too much enthusiasm. Not to me, To my children... I found it inappropriate. For the meal, I always order the Sicilian salt steak, rare, with parmesan fries. I would like to point out that I have tasted this dish more than ten times. I ended up with dry beef, without juice, without salt. To say... I didnt even finish it. With McDonalds style industrial fries without parmesan. The onions and zucchini in the fries were not fried, just wet. Not at all the taste experience of before. SO... Disappointment. The waitress (who speaks very loudly at the table) We asked at the start of the meal if everything was okay. Having barely started we answered yes. At the end of the meal I told him of my disappointment, Well.... I barely managed to get a few words in, Ultimately its my fault for not having mentioned it when she came to see us. She used this sentence as a shield without listening to me. If I go back, Which is not safe for a $150 outing without alcohol. Of course I specify to be served by someone else. But there is little chance that I will go back there... Now too expensive with lower quality ingredients.

Relaxing and beautiful atmosphere. Excellent food with good portions! Impeccable, courteous and professional service. I cant wait to come back and enjoy another beautiful evening! They even have a quite varied and delicious childrens menu! Slightly expensive but the quality and good quantity more than justify the price. Not to mention that a trip to a fast food restaurant can cost almost the same price for 3 people and youre still hungry. I left the store full and satisfied!

Reservation for 6 hours and received our meal 1 hour later. Very unfortunate. Dont think about going back there. It was my favorite restaurant. As for the prices, they are exaggerated in my opinion. At the bread bar, no more white bread. A customer takes a packaged loaf of bread, doesnt even put a gang on it and decides to put bread in the loaf???????? What is this service where????????? Without knowing if this man didnt go to the toilet before disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!! $40.00 for a spaghetti and a coffee.

The service was great but the food was very very ordinary for our entire group. Dont even try their risotto because it is by far the worst weve had. It was more of a rice soup. Regarding their dough, several of us asked for extra sauce because they were so dry that they were all stuck in ball shape. We will never go back there again.

Souper en famille au Pacino. Le bar à pain est toujours apprécié. Par contre la lasagne n était vraiment pas à la hauteur. Comme vous pouvez voir sur la photo, les pâtes étaient secs sur les côtés et il manquait clairement de sauce. C est un plat qui n aurait pas dû être servi. Pas vraiment le temps pour se plaindre quand nous somme en famille avec 2 jeunes enfants.

Great restaurant, good ambiance, good food and excellent service.

We have been going there for so many years and yet .. it seems to me that experience and less and less personalized. I can understand though with the staff shortage. We have celebrated each of our childrens birthdays at this place over almost 25-30 years. Yesterday nothing to say about the quality of the meal but the drinks that arrived after the meal should never have happened in a restaurant like this. Especially with a $230 bill I hope this review is constructive.

Pacini is THE RESTO in St-Jean. Warm atmosphere, courteous staff and wide Italian menu. Whether for business dinners, birthday dinners or simply for an evening out at the restaurant, I have never been disappointed at Pacini in St-Jean. Well done to the whole team!

The atmosphere of the restaurant is pleasant and warm. This is one of the most beautiful Pacini restaurants I have been to so far. Also, the waitress, who has worked there for a little over a year, was welcoming and we were served very well. As for what I ordered, I really liked the shrimp risotto. I would add more choices to the menu such as various veal escalope dishes.

We went there on a Sunday around 7:15 p.m. after a group show (10 people). The man who received us told us to make reservations next time and seemed unhappy to see us arrive even though the restaurant was not busy and it was not about to close. We couldnt believe this welcome... which wasnt really a welcome. Fortunately, we were well served by the young waiter and the food was good.

The atmosphere was nice and the service was good but I but the prices are much higher than I remember. Then again I guess thats true of most restaurants

I took the cod from the lunch menu and chose the Italian salad as a side instead of the pasta. VERY generous portion. There were 2 of us there and she had the croustade for dessert. Wow! The service was excellent and the atmosphere rather quiet, it was a Tuesday! :)
