I was disappointed with the two baguettes I purchased on Saturday. The next day they were hard as rock. I would not recommend. In addition, when the person served me she stopped in the middle to leave to make a sandwich for another person without saying anything. There was also no explanation provided for making a choice. I wouldnt come back.

Les produits sont frais, nous avons commandé le feuilleté au saucisse, une religieuse au café ainsi qu un pain au fromage. Tous les ingrédients sont de haute qualité, un vrai délice tout simplement! Les employés ont fourni un excellent service, une superbe expérience globale:)

Its not just a bakery, its a whole taste journey

I discovered this bakery today and I really want to express my happy surprise. I was shocked by a lot of negative comments. Some may be commendable because everyone has their own experience, but to criticize the price, taste, quality and quantity of the product I find it unfair. As for me, I took 3 pieces of pastry, a chocolatine and a baguette. -The price of the set was more than reasonable. I found it inexpensive compared to everything else you can find around it. -the taste was present and this on the 3 different pastries. -the quality of the products used are good and of good quality, the baguette was crispy and the bread crumbs were airy and very good. -the quantity and portions are more than correct, lets not forget that its products are handmade with quality products. One thing for sure is that we will come back and thank you for enjoying us.

Everything is delicious, whether its the breads, special or seasonal breads (take the time to check their seasonal bread, its worth it) or the pastries, the staff is cheerful and extremely attentive. Small dining room reminiscent of a small French bistro and fantastic summer terrace for lunch.

After several attempts to get a sandwich at lunchtime, there was never anything, no inventory, empty counters and whats more, I was answered with a stupid and arrogant look. I wont set foot there again. I expected an arrogant response from them and BINGO! This is what I received...am I surprised? No because it reflects perfectly well what they are, liars and arrogant!

What a privilege to have such a good bakery and pastry shop in St-Jérôme. Everything we taste is delicious. We can also call and have our favorite products set aside for pickup later in the day and the same thing during the holidays, orders in advance are preferred. In addition, they have a nice selection of local products such as honey and jam as well as imported products. The staff are welcoming, smiling and charming. Dont be surprised, there is often a line out the door! We can also order something to eat on site with a good coffee or beverage of your choice. There are a few tables inside and a small terrace area at the front during the summer.

I have been a customer of yours for a long time. The holidays without your pastries would be different. This year, I bought 2 Jesuits, 2 nuns, 2 pistachio éclairs and two French bread baguettes. Everything was perfect except the two loaves which had excessive holes. They had lacked love or kneading. I still give you a 4 out of 5. Happy New Year to the whole team. JacquesB.

I have rarely eaten cream eclairs this good..... The best in the world lol Just one problem... opening time on the internet is not good... Saturday at 3:10 p.m. they were closed.....and it says closed at 4:00 p.m.

Ive arrived at the bakery more than once and its closed. After the first time I started looking at the times on Google AND on their website before traveling. Unfortunately I still arrived more than once and it was closed. Even if it is temporary (I understand the labor shortage), out of consideration for customers it would be respectful to modify the opening hours to reflect reality.

Its one of the best pastry shops I go to. Everything is fresh daily, the place is small if you want to eat there, but warm. Either way, one day you will bite into your fresh bread today, sandwich, with almonds, with chocolate almonds (my two favorites) or even the essentials you will all forget. Seriously, you have to go and taste it, I swear you wont be disappointed. You can call to reserve whatever you want. Because its so popular that it sells out quickly

A magnificent place, you can feel the joy of living there. And when you leave, the joy of tasting good bread and tasty pastries. Efficient and friendly staff. Mr. Lio, the owner, is always in a good mood and gives his very Provençal greeting if you come by very early. My favorites: sourdough bread, sports bread (nuts and raisins), ptit Jo (chocolate bread), pastries, Chantilly cream éclairs, lemon tarts, Paris-Brest cakes. And what about a little lunch: veggie pâté or ham and brie sandwich. Excellent coffee with milk too. Local products from other artisans are also interesting: cheeses from Fromagiers de la Table Ronde, jams and chocolates. Its worth the detour, believe me.

I can recommend the viennoiserie, but the cream cakes are not up to par. It tastes too much like butter. Plus the portion is too small for their price.

Honestly, its not wow, I dont find what Im looking for or maybe Im used to the products from the Ange bakery and the Raffin bakery.
