We booked a party for our Christmas party. We had a great evening with the host Dominick! We ate well, we tried three games which allowed us to have a pleasant time with colleagues. Lots of laughs and just enough competition! To do again!

I find it difficult to give stars to the service because during the day we have two types of services, that of the waitress for the food and that of the game master who explains and helps with the different games and questions throughout the day . So if we divide it in two, we had wonderful service from the entertainer for the games but less good service from the waitress who seemed a little less interested and it took a very long time to get the drinks or anything else. But for the rest its a place that I really like and I will still go back there

Magnificent discovery, we were lucky to have Jérémy as a facilitator who explains really well and who seems passionate about what he does. Just like our waitress Justine who was just as fantastic, super smiling and friendly. A big thank you to the entire team in the kitchen, at the bar and on the floor. I went to the Randolph Friday evening with my sister and our partners and it was a first experience. The staff were wonderful and very welcoming! We had a lot of fun with them! Lo lo, Maxime, Antoine and Jérémie, thank you very much! Maxime was a fantastic host, full of enthusiasm and energy and took the time to introduce us to fabulous games which had a lot of fun and made us laugh. Im really happy to have a Randolph with friendly staff and impeccable service in Saint-Jérôme, its a rare gem these days!

We went there this Saturday evening with my family. It wasnt our first visit, but the first time I was so disappointed with the service. The waitress didnt come to see us often and if we wanted something we had to go through another waiter. We often saw him on his phone or chatting with another girl. That wont stop us from coming back, but still disappointed with our evening.

Very pleasant to spend time with friends. There is a huge selection of games! The servers and advisors are pleasant. The food is sometimes satisfying and sometimes disappointing (avoid the nachos). There is a lack of partitions to create sections and encourage conversations between friends. As it is large and often crowded, this can create headaches for people who are sensitive to noise.

We had a most enjoyable afternoon and evening. We were a group of 8 and we didnt notice how much time had passed. And what can we say about Patrick and Max, thanks to them we received truly outstanding service. I recommend this place. expensive but super good food! but dont go there thinking that you are going to spend a nice relaxed evening playing board games, its a bar long before being a place to play board games with friends, the waitress who was too busy getting drunk with a super noisy group and when we ask her something she apologizes by saying Im sorry, Im taking advantage of this while my manager is not present not super professional there were people just shouting non-stop, big party, we couldnt even hear ourselves listening to the rules of the game, and when we tried to ask nicely if we could pay because the noise was too loud and... in an arrogant tone they told us sorry sir we cant stop people from having fun here as if thats what we had said very unfortunate because the first time we were there we had been very well served but this time it was surely unfortunately our last time! $40 in butter I tell you, shouting and not even being able to hear the rules, customers were running behind the bar to get beers, it was a chaotic atmosphere, not even able to hear each other speak, very unfortunate! There should be two sections, one for those who want to play and another for those who come to drink and party! because I want you to know that we NEVER want to prevent people from having fun by talking loudly and drinking, but as much as they have the right to drink I believe that we also have the right to enjoy a great experience for play games with friends! the place did not offer an atmosphere for relaxed games that evening! but yet I believe that everyone should be able to find what they are looking for on a hike? board games and also the face-palming party at the bar! My family and I wanted to try a new game that we didnt know about and still seemed complicated. We were there on a busy Friday evening. The only advisor who knew this game seemed sorry since given the crowds this evening it would be difficult for him to show it to us. His colleague passing by and understanding the situation immediately offered to take over in his section and thus we were able to learn the game. And guess what we bought it when we left!

The employees are very friendly, there is a large selection of games, it is the biggest and most beautiful Randolph I have seen to date. Its worth the detour!

WAITRESS MORE THAN OUT OF PLACE! I still cant believe it! We went to the Randolph in Laval several times and had a great experience. For our first time in St-Jerome = DISASTER!!! The waitress (lilac purple crop top, shoulder-length brown hair and glasses) goes WAY over the top! We had ordered drinks at least 20 minutes ago. We asked him kindly if we had been forgotten. She responded to us and I quote ah the barmaid this CROSS this evening.. she said laughing phew already you re off to a bad start! ZERO professional.. we are all left speechless by his awkward response..The next moment, at the same time as we (the customers) are waiting after our drinks, his colleague arrives and gives him a shooter and they clink glasses! (We are there waiting and she drinks in front of us and ON HER WORK TIME. Unfortunately, what happens next is even worse. When we asked for the bills because we had decided to leave after several hours of play, she insisted and insisted that we stay. 1x is funny, but when its been 5 times that Ive told you No and I want to have the bill, STOP! I just want to go away. I was uncomfortable. I didnt know how to say that I just wanted to leave. And at that moment, it seemed like she had drunk too much, (ON HER JOB TIME) One of the girls in our group said to the waitress do you have children? Mine get up early.. and the waitress replied: NO I SWALLOW THEM !!! WELL LET S SEE! I CAN T BELIEVE IT! NO BUT SERIOUSLY! Disrespectful, unprofessional, immaturity is not even strong enough to express the discomfort and anger we felt at his behavior! Just because we are a similar age doesn t mean this behavior is acceptable! Im not your friend, so this kind of response has NO place in a professional context. Really disappointed with my experience... we were there for a birthday and lets just say that it more than ruined our evening with the attitude of this inappropriate waitress!! I still can t get over his inappropriate responses and attitude, our experience was so bad, uncomfortable, and phew and so on Not to mention that the game animators seemed almost jaded with their jobs. Zero smiles and no joy. We were in a fun place where pleasure is emphasized or not? Its a shame, because the place seemed good. We will never return to this Randolph!

Its impressive to see how the pub is already so well functional and full even though it hasnt been open for very long: what a success. You should know that I have tried several branches (Montreal, dix 30 and centropolis) and I can honestly say that this is my favorite. You dont go to a fun pub to eat gourmet food. Despite everything, compared to other branches this is the one where the food is the best. All in all, its pretty good! Unlike another branch, I never saw a bunch of employees chatting and drinking instead of going around the tables..... We were always well served. Yes, sometimes there are delays but these are entirely acceptable and justifiable given the traffic. We are regulars at games and Randolphs and every time we went to St Jerome we were offered games that I had never heard of and which we loved! The owners are former employees and it shows: in the selection of games, the selection of staff, the desire for the optimal customer experience, etc. The branch is also superb. The division gives the impression of being in a more intimate place despite the fact that it is quite spacious. The atmosphere is good. Yes its noisy in the evening but thats normal its still a pub. I recommend going there during the day to learn big new games, and in the evening to learn simpler games or replay well-known games. The only negative is Tony. He explained to us the rules of a game quite clearly. I dont understand how he can be a supervisor! If it were my pub it would be a direct dismissal. (This is a joke, a little inside that I hope he reads! Hes one of the best animators weve had. The rules were super clear (once they were the right ones hahaha) and he passed all the time necessary with us to be certain that we had understood correctly despite the interruptions of the Don Cheek!!). It was our 3rd experience, this time for the Joue Don Challenge (Intense but endearing) We cant wait until next time!! I highly recommend you go visit them :)

I went there on a Tuesday evening during Spring Break, for a Disney quiz. It was a first time for me. The place was packed. Although my reservation didnt work, the waiters moved us to better hear the host! Already there, the evening is off to a good start, the service was a little long but our server had taken the trouble to warn us in advance. The animators were very friendly. Very nice evening for us. I will go back there for sure.

We went for my birthday. We were 16 people. We would have liked to position ourselves so that everyone could see each other. We were instead seated at a very long table, all in a line. It was a long time before the last guests were served their drinks. A nacho arrived cold. We returned it and it came back lukewarm. However, it was not loaded. There was no more salad. The music was too loud for a place where we have to talk to play games. It was a little expensive but now everything is pretty expensive everywhere. The strong points: the waitress Pamela was very nice, the games we played were fun and in line with our requests, the veggie burger was good, there are good non-alcoholic beers. I offered suggestions to Pamela who welcomed them. Vegetarian options: Lots of choice for vegetarians and even vegans. Kid-friendliness: This is the first time that we were able to bring our teenage daughter to a Randolf because in Laval, its 18 and over.

Wow!! Do it again! We went there with our 3 pre-teens aged 12-14-15 for the evening. We had bubble tea, candy and desserts! What a beautiful place!! Really festive, I gave 5 stars for the food, having only tried 3 desserts, but seeing the plates go by, Im not worried about the quality of the dishes. Yum!! The service is great too! Great dedicated team, both for service and entertainment. I gave the atmosphere 4 stars simply because around 10 p.m., a gang of very noisy girls came to make everything a little less pleasant. I understand that we are in a restaurant-bar and that we are having fun, but it was very unpleasant. Luckily they arrived late, we left not long after their arrival. When we have games where we have to read the questions, sometimes the noise doesnt help us to have fun!! Otherwise, Ill have to do it again and Ill go back with my chicks and friends. Right off the bat (sorry the pun), I have always had a great experience in Montreal. Ive been to the one in St-Jerome twice now and its not great. SERVICE The first time, it took 25 minutes before anyone came to see us. This time, 15 minutes, I see an improvement. The problem: there were 4 tables of us in the whole pub. The waitress is hard to catch... CONSUMPTION The nacho was good. I ordered a cider, she offers me choices, I take a rosé. The menu said $9.75 for a pint of cider. When I received my bill, it came to $30 for 2 pints. The rosé cider on the slate was $15 a pint. Seems like a $5 difference, do you mention it to the customer before? ( ah by the way, the rosé is $XX and not $XX ). Not very cool. And on the invoice, the tips offered are on the amount with taxes... Calculate your tips by adding up your taxes, friends. Always. And finally, they add simple syrup to the black velvets (they say its their recipe, but I had it the first time and it was the classic half and half that we love). It was an abomination. It calls itself playful AD, but they need to work on the AD part. GAMES We had done our research beforehand and asked for a game that we thought was known, for two people (Patchwork). The game master brings it to us and invents rules for us. He didnt seem at ease, and started talking nonsense to us while putting the rules in the box at the end of the table. It took us 5-10 minutes to read and understand the rules. You have to start somewhere, its super chill if he doesnt know the games (how many games do they have! He cant know them all, especially if hes new), but hes not going to make up rules for us. Sit with us, a simple hey I don t know him, shall we read the rules together? would have been perfect. This is almost insulting. The two other guys who came to see us: super comfortable, chill, checked the rules 2-3 times, explaining them to us to validate their statements. They came to see us several times during the game to see if we had any questions or if we were stuck. Its only thanks to them that I dont give it 1 or 2 stars. We played some really good co-op and vs games. Its a shame that the service is so slow and disrespectful. I have the impression that we are going to go back there... out of spite.

I LOVE this place. We are regulars at the different Randolphs and this is the last one to open. It is MAGNIFICENT, The servers and entertainers are always so friendly and Jérémie (one of the two owners of this franchise) recognizes us every time we visit. He always takes 2 minutes to talk to us, even in the biggest rush. For us, its guaranteed fun every time you visit!

Nous avons pris 2 assiettes de filets de poulet, dans une des assiettes la panure était brulée et dans les 2 assiettes le poulet était sec et dur. Les serveurs(euses) de jeu et de boisson étaient très sympthatique, venaient souvent nous voir si tout allait bien.

The place is great. The only thing is that the music is so loud that we have trouble hearing each other, and when we play board games, its not easy if we understand 1 word out of 2 ^^. I went on a Friday evening.

Bad service, we had to go get the waitress to come see us. We ordered drinks and received them 20 minutes later, because the waitress had not punched our order. We might have ordered food, but we were too afraid to receive the food at the end of the evening The facilitators were super nice and passionate, but the games offered were a little basic for my taste... Games that we already knew and/or were not very interesting. In addition, once again, we had to go find the animators ourselves to change games. The music is good and sets a certain mood, but is unfortunately much too loud. You have to shout to be heard and require a lot of concentration to listen to the facilitators explanations. The toilets are tiny, we have the door opened while we are washing our hands We were warned that this was their biggest party since opening, so its possible they werent prepared enough. Despite everything, we still had a great evening, but I think there is room for improvement!

Hello we went to this place after visiting the St Jérôme Christmas market. We were looking for a place to have a quick bite... What a wonderful discovery great welcome a fun pub wow good choice of beers we had nachos and tried their beers yum...We will definitely go back to try a game of company and still enjoy this magical place... An addition to say thank you to Carolane for her excellent service and her beautiful smile!

First experience at Randolph. The staff was very available to answer our questions. Very interesting game suggestions. To do again without a doubt!

Jai été agréablement surprise : les parcomètres semblent être actifs jusquà 17:00 et aucune file, il ny avait pas foule, nous avons eu un excellent service et beaucoup de plaisir! Jai même pu profiter de leur supers rabais (Black friday) ! Très heureuse également que les mineurs soient les bienvenus, ça permet de superbes activités en famille (pour la prochaine fois!).

Extremely noisy which makes the explanations of the games very hard to hear. The animator seemed burnt out and uninterested but he still accomplished his job. Very average food for the price. So I give 3 stars for an OK experience in addition.
