Fast service and very good food I recommend

Good restaurant for lunch. I like to go there in the morning around 7:30 the prices are really good for early risers. The service is really good. They offer a good variety of lunches.

We went to eat at Petinos at the beginning of the year. The potatoes were tasteless and visually appeared to have spent too much time in the fryer, my waffle was undercooked. My husband had a spinach/cheddar pancake, it was cold and also undercooked. The waitress doesnt come to see us the entire meal, we have to run after her to get a coffee which is included in our meal. On the other hand, when paying at the table, she stays next to us and starts chatting, hoping to get a good tip. I wanted to give this restaurant a second chance for my mothers birthday. Usually, when it comes to large groups (6 people or more) you have to book in advance, but at Petinos, they dont take ANY reservations, no matter how many people there are, its ridiculous .

Not too cheerful with customers. In my opinion, the welcome must be impeccable in a restaurant. On the other hand, the waitress Chantal was really nice and pleasant with a beautiful smile, even with the other customers. In general, I find that the staff is not very cheerful. However, it is my favorite restaurant, because the ceilings are not high, so no cacophony. The plates are generous and very appetizing.

Im in the lobby, Im arriving for a meeting. The waitress tells me that the owner will make us wait until everyone has arrived.... What a moron 1) I come in advance to be sure that my appointment does not wait 2) I feel like having a SITTING tea and looking at the menu 3) we make 20 people wait standing because one person is missing 4) it makes people dependent on each other when everyone has their own way of life and it puts pressure and can easily make the latecomer feel guilty. 5) it transfers the responsibility of the latecomer to the person who is on time and prevents them from sitting down and enjoying their moment 6) its stressful staying in the gantry in the cold and I havent even started my experiment yet. The owner thinks about his pockets to the detriment of the customers experience. Unpleasant.

Le Petinos de St-Jérôme is the only restaurant serving lunch since 2022 where I notice that my vegetable omelette with extra cheese; has freshly cut vegetables and freshly grated cheese inside. The coffee is good. The service is super nice! The waitresses always welcome us with a smile and they recognize us. Our only bug with an impeccable atmosphere is that we find that it would be more pleasant to see something other than bad news on the TV screens. Above all, you come to have lunch at the restaurant to get away from it all. But, the good news is that there are tables in a section where we dont see any TV. LOL

Good restaurant, beautiful dishes! We always loved going there!! On the other hand, our experience last Saturday (February 17, 2024) did not live up to our expectations. We have never felt so unwelcome.. or should I say.. just extra bills. We were with family...we dont see each other often... On arrival, we had a table even though 2 guests were missing... a few minutes late... the waitress made it clear to us that if we had known we would not have had our place. Cold and pressurized service... so that we leave as quickly as possible... our invoices were brought to us without us finishing... To top it all off, our waitress was reprimanded (in front of us when leaving) that we had stayed too long... a good hour at most in total. In short... for quality time... dont dare to drag out your reunion with a little coffee before leaving and enjoy the moment... well make you feel it in titi... Damage..

The food was excellent as usual but you didnt send me the right order and what I ordered was more expensive than what I asked for and whats more we called back to Pétinos the receptionist didnt want us accommodate and was stupid. This is the last one I had delivered by Pétinos.

The plates are really big and its delicious, but in terms of order accuracy when delivered by Livro, there is always something missing in our orders. Its a bit frustrating .

We arrived at 1:20pm on a Tuesday. No one in line except us. We waited awkwardly for 10 minutes. No welcome and no one spoke to us, greeted us or even looked at us. We left. And I am a regular customer. What a bad experience!

I went this afternoon around 1:30 p.m., but as I was alone, I was made to wait, there were benches available, but the hostess told me that she kept them for customers two or more , its the end of the traffic, theres no one behind me...so when youre alone, youre less welcome, youre not important, so I waited a little and decided to to leave. I see that this restaurant does not want single customers. Very disappointed, I traveled a long way to get there, but it was my last time. Even if we are just one, we should have the right to courteous service like everyone else, the right to be seated comfortably, the right to have VIP service.
