This was our first time trying this chain and we'll never be back. Our order was taken incorrectly to start, with the hostess charging for a regular poutine, rather than a Benny & Co. with Chicken poutine that we asked for and wanted. We ordered a Chicken Caesar Wrap which was served without any Caesar dressing and was smaller than a wrap you'd get from Timmy's. Finally the Chicken Club Sandwich was not toasted and had little to no mayonnaise and chicken on it. If we'd been eating in the restaurant, rather than getting takeout, everything would have been sent back to be fixed. So disappointed, but shouldn't be surprised based on other reviews.

The food was good for an unexpected stop. We did not expect so much food from our meal but we did enjoy it! The service was great especially when we faced a language barrier. The employees tried there best to explain everything to us and we were grateful for there help.
The restaurant needs a renovation to bring it into 2023. The booth where we sat was dirty and the bench was broken. The service was decent and the food not bad. Although it falls a bit short of other Benny's I've been to. The kids section was not available, it was full of boxes. Ample parking.
Super slow delivery (1.5 hours). Plus they deliver me croquettes instead of ribs. No refunds possible on weekends. Almost no meat on the breast and very few fries. Too bad, its over for us. Difficult for restaurateurs, but you just have to watch out for customers!

Good morning, I would like to report a disappointing experience during my last visit. The drive-thru was unresponsive for several minutes, forcing me to get out of the vehicle to place my order. I ordered a chefs choice, but the cashier charged two choices, which increased the amount. When I requested a refund, the exchange received contained an incorrect part. I felt like they just wanted to get rid of me. Thank you for considering my complaint.

Bad experience this evening when ordering online. My partner travels to pick up our order because they do not deliver to my address. It s a good 12-15 minutes to get there so that s 24-30 minutes of travel. He comes home and my childs kibble box has no kibble. This is the 2nd time I have ordered online and there have been errors. Last time, they redid my entire order and gave me a $25 credit for time and travel. So I call and explain the situation. The person on the line asks me, after speaking with her colleague, if I want to get a credit or if she will reorder. She even adds that because there was an error on their part, they will deliver it to my address. I explain to her that my partner has already left with the 2 hot meals ordered because his will be cold when he returns, so I ask that she change them. It is accepted. Arriving there, my partner was only questioned about the bite box. He doesnt talk about his because I was the one who spoke about it with the person in charge on the phone. So he comes back with the change for my child. There, they offer him an extra dessert or juice which, in my opinion, is not worth rectifying the situation. I call back! Another person answers. She tells me that she understands and that she cant offer me anything else. She assures me that the box of la croquette was made in front of her because my partner suspected that we had only added the croquettes and left the same fries. She also explains to me that the person who is working with her this evening is new and she doesnt know everything. She also told me that delivery would not have been authorized either. Calvintia! I therefore told him that it was their duty to train the new ones by informing them about their ways of operating and that the situation should be reported to his manager so that other unfortunate situations do not occur again. Ask them to cut the ties and check your orders before leaving the restaurant.

They made a mistake in my order (delivery) and they said it was me who ordered wrong and not them when it was their fault. After calling them, I was told that there was nothing they could do except send me an order again and then wait another 45 minutes for delivery!!! And whats more, I will have to pay for THEIR mistake. Ultimately no arrangement possible. Very very very disappointing. It was the last time!!
Bennys worst experience with Uber order.. order number 1 just one meal out of 2 to give. So I recommend my meal.. I get half a side instead of a full one...

Gracia, the cashier, does not seem to be working for customer satisfaction. I called to ask for a packet of mayonnaise to be added with my delivery, for my club sandwich, since I didnt have the option to do so by placing an order online. I was not asking for a change in delivery, simply to add a note for his colleague who would assemble my order. She told me that it wasnt possible for orders placed online and she couldnt do anything. However, its not very hard to tell your colleagues and add a few sachets of mayonnaise to a bag for a customer. I am disappointed with my experience, it seems obvious to me that a solution could have been found to make my experience pleasant and positive at your restaurant.

Really disappointing I always ordered at St-Hubert before, and now I changed to Bennys because people told me it was better and fresher. This evening, I order 2 gourmet platters at $27.50 each, with an extra portion of rice and an extra fruity sauce. In the boxes, there were only 4 sweet and sour, which was not at all the choices I had taken, NO marinade sauce in the 2 boxes for the cheese sticks, then no sauce for the chicken wings, still in none of the boxes. Then the kibble tasted absolutely nothing It all came to me at $77 with taxes and delivery, tip Its really expensive and Im missing some ingredients, the rice was half full Please employees, it takes you 10 seconds more to check that you have put everything in or that the order is correct. Positive point, the cheese sticks were really good, then the fried onions too Then do you think you can put at least the small coleslaws in the meal portions? That would have at least mitigated everything, and especially at that price, I dont see why it wouldnt come with I sincerely hope that my message will be constructive to you :)

Order 4 chicken fillets with chicken and rice soup at the drive-thru. Already to be semi imposed the tips on the machine for non-tip employees its ordinary but at the price he charges at least it would be the minimum to have a complete order missing sauce, gravy and roll. Ordered online, I was 15 minutes away from there and food was ready when I showed up. However, seems like its now à common thing to have an incomplete order when you order takeaway nowadays, it was no different this time, kiddos juice bottle was missing. Its a real pain in the a** when you order food on the go and you find out, back on the motorway, that you dont have what you paid for, sometimes going back just isnt an option. I really have to double check my orders from now on oh, and shoddy shovelling job, the stairs to go in were partially cleared of the previous days snowfall...
I have lived in St-Jérôme for two years.. and every time I order there, there are always errors in my orders. Every time I tell myself that its not possible that this happens every time and I continue to order there, BIN JOUALVERT every time something is missing. When it s not a side dish that I pay for, it s a full meal or half of a meal. Delivery is A1 and food quality has always been perfect for me. Its customer service when you politely call to tell them that something is missing and are told that you will have to wait for all deliveries to be completed before receiving what is missing. Worse than that, yesterday they even told my partner that there was no point in taking the phone number for credit since we werent going to call back. Quite ordinary.

No return and no news. A manager had to contact me. I conclude that your manager doesnt care about customers. I seem to believe that people representing the executives of your company seem incompetent at the very least. Please note that negative comments are usually not very good for the image of a business... When ordering I specified GLUTEN FREE due to celiac disease. The dish was received mixed with GLUTEN!!! I wanted to meet the manager (Yan) who didnt want to chat for a minute because he was busy in the kitchen!!! Bad experience when ordering at the car! The girl dropped the bottle of juice on the ground outside between the car and the building, she rolled under the car and it broke... she didnt offer me another one so I left without a juice that I paid!! I had just given a $5 tip on a drive-thru order.... besides why ask for a tip on the interac machines at the drive-thru

We just ordered from St-Jérôme and for real....really on it....well just to say if the chicken is barely cooked....still pink ...the breast was pasty and the thighs also pink and really dry...I find that there is a lack in the kitchen.....its nice to have very fast delivery.....but we would have preferred our chicken sufficiently cooked!!

The food is delicious but the service is terrible. Always errors in my orders. Always. I call the restaurant, no way to speak to the manager, no service, no return. You offer great customize your poutine promotions but in reality, a simple cheese poutine is delivered to me, without any toppings or extras that I PAID. No way to get a refund or credit. I have often been told on the phone that I would be credited an amount on my next order and yet, every time I call back, no credit is on my file. Never. What a desappointment.

I ordered two plates of half ribs and they were cold after 45 minutes of waiting. Atmosphere side: OUFFFF! It was hell. There was a big family (the beer was flowing freely) at the back of the restaurant, unrestrained and they were talking and shouting loudly and the children were running all over the restaurant (which is already small). I had to ask the cashier for a box to take my meal. It was really noisy and I asked if there was a manager in the place and the cashier told me he left right before this family arrived. Customers asked for boxes to bring their meals and left the premises. Really disappointed with this restaurant. P.S. Your cashier No:4 is a very good employee and very courteous.
