Si je pourrais mettre aucune étoile je l aurai fais. Franchement déçu de notre poutine buffalo croustillant. Aucune sauce buffalo à l intérieur, aucun oignon vert, c est à peine s il y avait du fromage et la sauce poutine régulière et seulement 4-5 morceaux de poulet. On était assez déçu du résultat lorsque nous avons ouvert notre poutine. Aucun effort, je déconseille.

First, the lady who served us at the drive-thru between 2:30 a.m. and 3:11 a.m. was very arrogant and disrespectful. We waited 40 minutes to receive an incomplete order 3 times in a row, when we returned to get the correct order, she told us that she was not incompetent, implying that it was our fault with a lot of arrogance despite all our patience and politeness. The lack of seriousness is starting to invade restaurants of this type. You know whats frustrating? Its when you have a little money and you want to reward yourself a little by going out to eat and the food disappoints you at the worst level. I bought croquettes with a mcchicken and the chicken on both of them was dry and tough, almost inedible, I had to force myself to eat my dish because I have no other money to spend elsewhere. Really, Im never going back to this McDonalds again except for drinks. Extremely disappointed with the quality of the food.

Food is cold, 2 errors in the order. When we call, no one answers. For an order of $47 and not receiving your dishes its disappointing.

It s always a pleasure to eat at McDonald s. Children love the modules and its easy to operate on the large touch panels. My only criticism is: when will it finally be possible to recycle all paper and cardboard stuff? Its discouraging to see the gigantic quantity of stuff that could easily be recycled being sent to the trash, worldwide, every day... Lets think about deforestation please! This applies to all fast food restaurants, not just McDonalds.

False advertising in the building is marked as open 24 hours for drive-thru ordering and all night it is closed there are always cones in the drive-thru and employees in the restaurant are really very disappointed

The morning staff are absolutely brilliant, there is a young lady who has worked at this McDonalds for a long time, she does everything, very charismatic, responsible and a lot of interpersonal skills, an example to follow.

Longer service than usual. My trio was undone in the packaging. Unpleasant to rebuild. fried salty a little too much. Lots of salt in the bottom of the fry container. I will go back even if this happened. In my opinion, someone was out of sorts. . But I give the runner a chance. This situation was a first for us... good evening to you. Hello, I have just returned from taking possession of a McPoulet trio and unfortunately for the restaurant a young person must have decided to make a joke! Instead of a normal meatball I had a croquette between two breads!!! Wow, stupidity! I strongly advise against it, who knows what else they can do after that. Customer trust is hard to earn, but very easy to lose. Now I have to go back to the restaurant to have dinner, come down, thank you stupid guy. UPDATE: my partner went back to do the trio again and the young manager at RIT proud of him!!!!! While the Manager apologized for him. Pathetic really.

Pure customer service experience I ordered for my two sons-in-law and my partner I didnt get half of my order and my burger was not properly made (ask for crispy bacon received grilled pouket) it was missing buffalo poutine and when it came to me They gave it and dropped the pot of sauce in the poutine. My food, super good, I was even surprised by how they put together my wrap. As beautiful and big as in the menu photo! HOWEVER !!!!! I have a big downside! I went to the bathroom and the changing table fell on me! I noticed that there is nothing holding the changing table in place!! In addition, dont imagine putting a baby on it, because it might fall....it leans too far down, plus with the weight of a child its sure that it will fall.
